              Blues for Fast Car

Accruing, I am a living blues machine
my commute is for food, gas, mechanic, hardware, parts
being w we-People, 135 miles one-Way, speaking-out yet
staying against new-Rome tyranny run by the-Technocrats

the water I import from reverse-Osmosis stays frozen
as my kitchen has expensive electric for heat
my culturalization gets mighty-Insufferable
the neighborhood cats overstay the nite outside
office-window that sees their fur-coats windy

‘give me a reason’ not to leave outta here and not come
wanderin’ back around, I call down the ex-Fellow tRukkoRs
who have not been open-Consciousness so much for peace

cold of WYoming’s winter has captured my arthritis hands
give me one good reason to be single as sole-Survivor
of two surnames, and not visited by 1,000’s e-Mails
my love for Life is strife against “chem-tRails and wars”
too plentiful for we-People not to speak-out every minute

i drive my vehicle fast, I drive very slow, conditions here
they’re not the Conditionalist military-Hegemony nor those
Hegemonyites of wars murdering millions and oligarchs
trying to get we-People not-to-Know, but have 1,350%
propaganda to maintain useless GMO’s and NSDU-238

while the pogrom for masse` murdering, the civilians
killed in name of collateral damage, those dRone-Weddings,
the Iraq door-to-door-americans death-Squads entertainment
what family, who was she I empathened, my driving keeps

i am putting-Off my tRek this month each day for the last
eight-days-a-week not trying to eat by getting hungry
yet whatever words, whatever after-taste, whatever parent
my memory can admonished a re-challenge to upbringing

memories of public-Poems anti-Nuclear, activism against
wars-Tyranny and Injustices in the plutocrats retinue
one adult professional-at-a-permissive, my space-Time holds

these blues sacrosanct many women I’ve loved, never-ending
the specifics of harangue against not being enabled to be
come-back that way, parsimonied photographic memory
like governmental non-Accountability to laws-Lawfulness

Lyrics to: Fast Car … written by Tracy Chapman, sung w her band of four musicians

“You got a fast car
And I want a ticket to go anywhere
Maybe we make a deal
Maybe together we can get somewhere
Anyplace is better
Starting from zero got nothing to lose
Maybe we’ll make something
But me myself I got nothing to prove

You got a fast car
And I got a plan to get us out of here
I been working at the convenience store
Managed to save just a little bit of money
We won’t have to drive too far
Just ‘cross the border and into the city
You and I can both get jobs
And finally see what it means to be living

You see my old man’s got a problem
He live with the bottle that’s the way it is
He says his body’s too old for working
I say his body’s too young to look like his
My mama went off and left him
She wanted more from life than he could give
I said somebody’s got to take care of him
So I quit school and that’s what I did

You got a fast car
But is it fast enough so we can fly away
We gotta make a decision
We leave tonight or live and die this way

I remember we were driving driving in your car
The speed so fast I felt like I was drunk
City lights lay out before us
And your arm felt nice wrapped ’round my shoulder
And I had a feeling that I belonged
And I had a feeling I could be someone, be someone, be someone

You got a fast car
And we go cruising to entertain ourselves
You still ain’t got a job
And I work in a market as a checkout girl
I know things will get better
You’ll find work and I’ll get promoted
We’ll move out of the shelter
Buy a big house and live in the suburbs

You got a fast car
And I got a job that pays all our bills
You stay out drinking late at the bar
See more of your friends than you do of your kids
I’d always hoped for better
Thought maybe together you and me would find it
I got no plans I ain’t going nowhere
So take your fast car and keep on driving

You got a fast car
But is it fast enough so you can fly away
You gotta make a decision
You leave tonight or live and die this way

Bio-sketch (2-27-16)…

I started into believing that I would be able to show my data and my photogRapHics in 1996. By 1998 I was learning computers would gain ascendant methods thru technics of programming for a future connected to data and information. That was nuclear-Molecular finding(s) to share and my personal-Activism w first account specifics and engendering(s).

As cameras went 'digital-Tech' I fond that editing was also to follow in 2004. Then, in 2005 my first digital camera had replaced usage(s) of s.l.r. 35 mm's. I have no mercy nor pity for the thieves who have stolen my hard werk, as anxiety of what I allowed was mid-stReam--anyway! Those asshole-Pukes have cost me $1,000's on a fixed income and I remain single, sole-Survivor of two-Families w.o. offspring!
