Waste of Water, Kofi Annan’s death, poem, Where is the Defense

The chems of nite beneath an almost full moon, are a whispie-thin cloud disseminating as though we-people should sleep and inhale “garbage-Galore”. My taste of garbage is to duck-and-cover flip-the-bird. This past 20-years those chemicals are laden w “strontium-90” and on my test of sampling from ”beneath the WYoming-corridor” my thoughts about my health, are post “get medicare-Health”.

Editorial: A look back to move forward

Allison Pytlak | Reaching Critical Will of WILPF

“The death toll from small arms dwarfs that of all other weapons systems. In terms of the carnage they cause, small arms, indeed, could be described as ‘weapons of mass destruction.’ Yet there is still no global non-proliferation regime to limit their spread.”

Kofi A. Annan

The opening day of the Fourth Conference of States Parties (CSP4) to the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) began on a sober note, with a moment of silence to remember Kofi Annan, former UN Secretary-General, Nobel Peace Prize winner, and the kind of genuinely inspiring leader that only comes along once in a generation.”[i]

I met w Kofi Annan’s wife, awaiting a hitch-ride on fifth avenue in Manhattan, 1988. Much astonished, the limosine stopped for me, and Mrs. Annan was there asking where I wanted to go. I answered that I wanted to have a few good minutes w the United Nation’s assistant headship Mr. Kofi Annan. She said that she knows him, quite well, and that she may be of assistance in allocating that request. I’d not eaten but a bagel in two-days and was wracked for loss of sleep. However, I was pleased and stated thanks are in order. When he came home to his large apartment, he was angry that his wifey had let me have a drink, a whitey or western u.s.a. artiste` inside, to have a few minutes, which turned out to be 41 seconds. Nonetheless, I was there to ask in a sense of gRavure thRu a consternate warning, as that was how I did my proposal. That NSDU-238 would be used by the US-military and could, would the world’s people be better informed had the United Nation’s chiefs ‘forewarned’ them of how dangerous that omen.

I would not have been bemused, as I would have asked, which he did, his wife, who I was, first of all. He never answered, was quite abrupt and somewhat offensive to my visit, asked me to leave, but did not say w.o. and answer. His curtness was rude as well as non-Decipherable, and I had suggested that I could await another 10-minutes while merely sitting, for his day was being interrupted, altho I had waited hours to ask…then, he said, ”what do you want”. An answer that I never got, butt-hold. He did not listen, and was not any but obsolescent. He died last week and many others will not have known of my attempts, including this one good measure, to travel 2,850 miles merely to inform a good-Soul of NSDU-238, because of the non-Descript scenario of US-militarism, being a chasm—which I’d practiced all the way there to New York city!           “R”

“More Water Than Oil

The shale industry has been heavily focused on amping up the amount of fossil fuels it can pump per well by drilling longer horizontal well bores and using more sand, water and chemicals when fracking (which raises the costs per well and, as DeSmog recently reported, raises risks of water pollution).

But the water use and wastewater production per well have been growing even faster than the per-well fossil fuel production, the researchers found, labeling the water demand and wastewater growth “much higher” than the oil or gas increases.

Shale drilling and fracking often occurs in areas already suffering from water stress.

Duke University

The researchers studied data from more than 12,000 oil and gas wells representing each of the major shale-producing regions in the U.S.

Their findings are particularly troubling news for arid areas like the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico, where underground water supplies are already taxed by residential and agricultural demand, and where fights over water use are brewing.

On average, a Permian Basin well used 10.3 million gallons of water in 2016, according to a San Antonio Express-News investigation earlier this year—more than double the average per-well demand just a few years ago.

A Waterfall of Waste

The wastewater problem has attracted the eye of industry analysts, particularly in the Permian…

Wastewater disposal—which often uses “injection wells” that pump toxic water down underground into areas where oil has been pumped out—is suspected not only of playing a role in causing earthquakes across the U.S., but also linked by scientists to the emergence of massive sinkholes in parts of Texas.

“The ground movement we’re seeing is not normal,” said geophysicist Zhong Lu, an earth sciences professor at Southern Methodist University, who recently published research that highlighted the connection of the sinkholes to fracking. “These hazards represent a danger to residents, roads, railroads, levees, dams, and oil and gas pipelines, as well as potential pollution of ground water.”…”[ii]

All my living-Life, I have striven as an independent-Sole, not as individualist, for not a whatever astringency, but an answerable allocation of questions on and of “defense of planet and human-Longevity”. Defense, not NSDU-238 should have come first. Foremost to that, the discussions on whether a nuclear-Molecular-concern was worth the preemptive-measures, would and not difficulty to repair and not make excuses, if post-Use be-came preamble. What then, was ‘defense’ if the Dept-of-war was allowing the illegality, that of usage following the 2ndnuclear-molecular weapon, which never should have allowed a President being “bought-bought-bought”! tRuman of course.           “R”

“The disastrous effects of anthropogenic climate change aren’t some distant abstraction. They are happening now. People are being displaced. People are dying. Ecosystems are being destroyed. Conflicts have emerged. At the moment, those most directly feeling the effects are those least responsible for the systemic crisis. If you see yourself as part of the global community, their suffering is your suffering.

The need for reform-based action has long since passed. We must urgently

transition away from capitalism, a system that must accumulate in order to maintain itself. Whether or not you agree with socialism is inconsequential.

This isn’t about belief or perspective. This is about survival.

How do we do this? We start at the community level. “Community” can, of course, take many shapes. Our friends and families, our neighborhood, our places of work, our schools, our online networks. It is critical that we couple two tasks: (1) education that highlights the relationship between capitalism and climate change; (2) possible solutions. Starting discussions where they’ve yet to take place. Listen-ing. Learning. Putting ideas into action. Building power that’s aimed at establishing an ecosocialist future in a world where the possibility of a “future” is dwindling by the second.

We also have to grasp the reality that the solutions aren’t going to come through the Democratic and Republican parties. Both parties exist to serve capital, which lies at the source of the problem. In the United States, we’re fairly well-conditioned to see “democracy” as synonymous with the ballot box. A seismic shift away from that line of thinking will be necessary. We’ll need to participate in the establishment of democratic institutions — institutions that include the voices, input, and direction of our oppressed communities. These are the communities that are by-and-large those most heavily-affected by anthropogenic climate change. That means we will have to be present. For white folks, this will mean we’ll have to confront and unpack systemic racism. The situation and solutions are both incredibly complex and incredibly simple.

Ecosocialist resources are plentiful. If you aren’t sure where to look, ask. Ask me. If I can’t find an answer, I will try to find one for you. Do your research and educate yourself as soon as possible. This isn’t about belief or perspective. This is about survival.”[iii]

The inaffable-Resoluteness by US- fanatic-penataGooons is the reason beyond delightful to tReason i.e. that of subterfuge. Humanity is Universal, yet we 6.66 billions are not of one consciousness. The illicit use of “nuclear-Molecular: weapon #1” or NSDU-238 has not been helpful to gaining a solid-state of Consciousness, altho that possibility has been further negated, and reduced to brain-foggieness, or getting closer to singularity. We’re here w.o. Exceptionalism, must be that the majority does listen to the we-People voices of non-reticence. That is called resiliency, not Conditionalism, which remains Irresolute.     “R”

“An international team of scientists has published a study in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) showing that even if the carbon emission reductions called for in the Paris Agreement are met, there is a risk of Earth entering what the scientists call “Hothouse Earth” conditions. A “Hothouse Earth” climate will in the long-term stabilize at a global average of 4-5°C higher than preindustrial temperatures with sea level 10-60 m higher than today, the paper says. The authors conclude it is now urgent to greatly accelerate the transition towards an emission-free world economy.

“Human emissions of greenhouse gas are not the sole determinant of temperature on Earth. Our study suggests that human-induced global warming of 2°C may trigger other Earth system processes, often called “feedbacks,” that can drive further warming — even if we stop emitting greenhouse gases,” says lead author Will Steffen from the Australian National University and Stockholm Resilience Centre. “Avoiding this scenario requires a redirection of human actions from exploitation to stewardship of the Earth system.”

Currently, global average temperatures are just over 1°C above pre-industrial and rising at 0.17°C per decade.

The authors of the study consider ten natural feedback processes, some of which are “tipping elements” that lead to abrupt change if a critical threshold is crossed. These feedbacks could turn from being a “friend” that stores carbon to a “foe” that emits it uncontrollably in a warmer world. These feedbacks are: permafrost thaw, loss of methane hydrates from the ocean floor, weakening land and ocean carbon sinks, increasing bacterial respiration in the oceans, Amazon rainforest dieback, boreal forest dieback, reduction of northern hemisphere snow cover, loss of Arctic summer sea ice, and reduction of Antarctic sea ice and polar ice sheets.”[iv]

This, above, is what has happened since Harry tRuman was being prone to indigestion is continuing wars-Warring w.o. redress. And by that, I do mean not apologizing for fire-Bombings multiple cities in haste to kill-maim-destroy infrastructure (whatever word may have been transposited in 1945 lingo) but the rudeness does yet, now apology for both nuclear-Molecular and napalming civilians, like the a-Hole the wars-Dept liaisons to tRuman may have been. You, people, read-those reports, as well as recall what a mite stupid war-Mongering harangue has been back-then to continue this far in future-Forward, as well as not a word of peace-measure is apologize and blow-one-off over pacific, to show how Radionuclides CONTAMINATE. They were “power-Mongering” altho the military liaisons would state “power-Associating at first—then, that too, did change to more superlative.           “R”

“This is a very well written book that explores the dawn of the atomic age, and the US Government’s careless disregard for adverse biological effects of radiation. After the effects became clear, the government began testing off the US mainland, on near islands inhabited by people who had no idea what was going on and let their kids play in the fallout that looked like snow. This book isn’t incredibly scienti-fic, but inspired me to do more research on mainland US atmospheric nuclear testing and the correlations between various cancer rates of people who lived in the areas that the wind carried fallout to. Also, I found grad research at Vanderbilt library on direct correlations between atmospheric mainland tests and SAT scores 18 years later ( ie pregnant women exposed to the fallout from tests hundreds of miles away had below average kids ). While I’m pro-nuclear with regard to power, the other side of the nuclear coin is a truly horrifying story. In essence, we’ve already had nuclear war over the US, with approximately 330 atmospheric nuclear explosions in the western US, and the wind carrying fallout eastbound.”[v]

The atmospheric-Tests have not had conclusive “high-altitude: research” nor has NSDU-238 (not-so-depleted ur-238) had conclusive reports which is amongst her articles and other books. Radionuclides of “all radioisotopes” need be vacuumed, or controlled by separating and not touching via UN-clothed humanity. The mainstay of her research is informative. Tritium from NPP’s can and should be surrounded at all times by phytoremediation “gReenery-Botanical”. The use of NPP’s is to industrially ‘produce’ putonium-239, for which much ur-238 is also intermixed–also ur-234, ur-236, th-234. Thus, ur-235 must be removed to enrich and separate ur-238 from pu-239, as well!

Dr. Bertell, ought to have been more reported, as she and other “nuclearist-Rese-archers” have not floundered such as Dr. Chris Busby, Mr. Dai Williams, Prof. Siegwart-Horst Gunther, Prof. Asaf Durakovic, Dr. Doug Rokke, Ms. Leuren Moret, Prof. Michio Kaku. Not at all! I’ve studied under all these knowledgeable researchers. We can HALT expoRts of ur-238 from Paducah TN and from any ole NPP’s in u.s.a. Gar-off your ‘collective-Asses’.       “R”

How bad is acid rain?

The ecological effects of acid rain are most clearly seen in aquatic environments, such as streams, lakes, and marshes where it can be harmful to fish and other wildlife. As it flows through the soil, acidic rain water can leach aluminum from soil clay particles and then flow into streams and lakes. Jun 1, 2017

How is the biosphere affected by acid rain?

When acid rain enters the water it makes the rivers, lakes and streams more acidic. … The biosphere is also greatly effected from acid rain because the effects of acid rain plus different environmental stresses leave trees and other plants less able to withstand insects, cold temperatures, and disease. What can be done to reduce acid rain?

Because nitrogen oxides are created in the process of burning coal and other fossil fuels, some power plants are changing the way they burn coal. A great way to reduce acid rain is to produce energy without using fossil fuels. Instead, people can use renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power.

The Oligarchs reign supreme but they have their head-up-annuses as far as fascist-Plutocracy, because when they pull their heads out they stink. The E.P.A. was being cutback by the drone weddings expert murderer, Ohh-bom-bah-bin-dingy. That there were at most 99-other afro-Amers, none w the nature of being bought by the democratic-Party: machine of Chicago more than Ohh-bom-bah who inherited a “do-Nothing but tyrannize voters: twice” regime of georges-Enron. Some of the soldiers who enlisted went to have sooo much fun, such as “death-Squads” and gates of security for the Iraqs who were never-so-Enlightened as to carry-on the torture-Extenuations the US-military provided them. Yes.

Of course Ohh-bom-bah’s extReme was not less than arrests of “whistleblowers” who had not done intel-Against, but patriotism fore, which the anarchyist el-Presidente’s could never abide– having sworn on Bible and then gone to bombing here and tyRannizing w zionist-Fascists for a “tyRanny-gate’ to happen. Ohh-bom-bah was such a jerk-o-Bin, oligarch, afro-Amer or not! Of course, I voted american-Socialist, as they do not allow ”pip-Squeaks” to run for office, because they’re liars and war-Mongers. Cicumnavigating the US-constitution is an impeachable-Offense, but he had gHW Bushwhacky, bully-Boy Clyneton, georges-Enron, to proceed and ”did not allot that they were guilty of fooking doorknob-Holes” and had them arrested to be the FDR that liberal-Democrat-, party of Chicago machine, had allotted in the elect-Afros no-Matter!

Some democracy should be we-People: democracy, not Oligarchs-Plutocracy!?     “R”

“Now in the US we have President Trump. One of the richest men to ever become president. However, like Putin whom he admires, Trump leans more towards populism and nationalism. He has tapped into the anti-globalist anti new world order view held by so many ordinary people which they have blamed as being responsible for the decline in their living standards. The British Brexit can also be seen in part within this context: a revolt by millions of ordinary people against an indifferent establishment that presided over the destruction of their living standards and communities. It explains why Trump praised the Brexit supporters in the UK and criticised the current plans of May’s government so openly. Oligarchs like to keep things, their deals and compromises, in secret. Trump goes against the established order by his blunt openness. Hilary Clinton was the preferred candidate of the Establishment, and they were visibly shocked by Trump’s victory. They were complacent and have been retroactively undermining his presidency to a degree which many regard as an open coup.

The entire Trump/Russia narrative of the establishment media has openly revealed the separate fiefdoms that operate within the US ruling elite. That the office of the presidency is in open conflict with his intelligence services is unprecedented and reveals a deep split in the US ruling class. Trump was supported into office by a group at the Pentagon who have recognised the military failure that is Afghanistan and Syria and wish to withdraw. The recent deal by Trump, in his recent meeting with Putin, to abandon the sunni jihadis in Southern Syria that prompted Israel’s rescue of the infamous White Helmets is confirmation of this.

In the press Trump is continually ridiculed, (admittedly not hard), for his constant faux-pas, and his inability to put intelligent sentences together. This is part of the tactic of ostracism that Oligarchs use. It is based on the individual being punished for not conforming to the established norms. In many respects Trump reminds one of the parvenu at the doyenne’s ballroom, inflating his wealth to get on the Forbes rich list. This is not to say he does not represent the elite, he is as much a man of the bankers as any politician in Washington who hopes to get anywhere. Trump’s tax cuts have benefited the wealthy and his austerity cuts have hurt the poor. To protect his own financial interests and those of his family, he will make deals the Establishment.

Today the word Oligarchy, originally Greek, has become attached to Russia. In the West we simply refer to the ruling class as elites, implying some special abilities. It is more accurate to understand that our society is run and controlled by a few and that is technically an Oligarchy. Individual Oligarchs come and go but families that build and learn to hang on to their wealth are what forms the heart of Oligarchical rule. They do not operate in public but through privately funded think tanks and foundations we do now glimpse elite concerns. Certain names such as Rothschild, Rockefeller, Morgan, Koch, Walton, Murdoch, Bezos, and Roberts, are prominently involved in helping to shape public discourse. If that is not the wealthy having undue influence I don’t know what is. Or you can do what they want you to do, shake your head and call it all a conspiracy theory.”[vii]

Just one thinGy-Bop, I do not go for people who know nothing about American-Political-Parties, to shunt not reading and elucidating “american-Socialists” as we are 4-5 parties and are totally anti-war, in as much as “tyRanny-Gate” is ever-Onward. Why not HALT NSDU-238 allow de-Contaminations to proceed on “all-Radionuclides”. Ohh yes, the BAILOUT was against you having a payable moRtgage, you do know! Lately, I’ve seen Harpys Eagles. They are from central and south-Americas and level-off @ 6,650 feet. They shall be posted, photos that is, here on nUkiEmOLe. There were fewer, probably due “chem-tRails” increases of usually protected “WYoming and coloRadie ‘eagles’. I miss those, as these looked somewhat sick and not too familiar. One was a Bald Eagle, near Laramie, two ‘golden-Eagles” spotted, drives to/fro, since October 2017.       “R”

“Finally, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei reiterated his fundamental approach towards

the AngloZionist Empire:

The Saker: “Iran’s Reply: No War And No Negotiations”

The contrast between the kindergarten-level low-IQ bumbling hot air and threats coming out of the White House and the words of Ali Khamenei could not be greater, especially if we compare the words the two leaders decided to post all in caps;

Notice first that in his typical ignorance, Trump fails to realize that Hassan Rouhani is only the President of Iran and that threatening him makes absolutely no sense since he does not make national security decisions, which is the function of the Supreme Leader. Had Trump taken the time to at the very least check with Wikipedia he would have understood that the Iranian President “carries out the decrees, and answers to the Supreme Leader of Iran, who functions as the country’s head of state“. It is no wonder that Trump’s infantile threats instantly turned into an Internet meme!

In contrast, Khamenei did not even bother to address Trump by name but, instead, announced his strategy to the whole world.

The Saker: “Iran’s Reply: No War And No Negotiations

Trump’s ALL IN CAPS meme

Of course, issuing ALL IN CAPS threats just to be treated with utter contempt by the people you are trying to hard to bully and having your words become a cause of laughter on the Internet will only further enrage Trump and his supporters. When you are desperately trying to show the world how tough and scary you are, there is nothing more humiliating as being treated like some stupid kid. Therein also lies the biggest danger: such derision could force Trump and the Neocons who run him to do something desperate to prove to the word that their “red button” is still bigger than everybody else’s.

It is important to note here that making negotiations impossible is something the Trump administration seems to have adopted as a policy. This is best illustrated by the conditions attached to the latest sanctions against Russia which, essentially, demand that Russia admit poisoning the Skripals. In fact, all the western demands towards Russia (admitting that Russia is guilty for the Skripal case, that Russia shot down MH-17, that Russia hand over Crimea to the Ukronazis, etc.) are carefully crafted to make absolutely sure that Russia will not negotiate. The sames, of course, goes for the ridiculous Pompeo demands towards the DPRK (including handing over to the USA 60 to 70 percent of its nukes within six to eight months; no wonder the North Koreans denounced a “gangster-like” attitude) or the latest US grandstanding towards Turkey. Sadly, but the Neocon run media has successfully imposed the notion that negotiations are either a sign of weakness, or treason, or both. Thus to be “patriotic” and “strong” no US official can afford to be caught red-handed negotiating with the enemy of the day.

Under these conditions, why would anybody want to negotiate with the US? Frankly, the “no negotiations” approach makes perfectly good sense, and while the Iranians are the only ones who have openly said so, the Russians have hinted to the same on many occasions (see their words about the US being “non-agreement capable” or about US diplomats confusing Austria and Australia). To any objective observer it should by now be completely obvious by now that a) the US cannot negotiate (due to intellectual, cultural and political limitations) and b) the US has no desire to negotiate. This is, of course, a highly undesirable and dangerous situation, but it would only make things worse to pretend that civilized negotiations with the USA are possible.”[viii]

I first heard “the Saker” speaking w Bonnie Faulkner, who I’ve known since 1972 in Berkeley CA, we used to meet @ Addison St. B.A.R.T. while she was watching patrons of commute trains, or reading and trying to relate, as I was, about why be a boomer. Bonnie’s been told to leave her program to go w her. The “gUnS ‘n ButTer” program (every Wednesday @ 1 p.m.) one reason to listen to the olde, defunct, democratic-Party outlet, anti-Socialism and anti-Directed energy weapons and anti-Chem-tRails idiocy got to me about 10-years ago. Did A.I.P.A.C. win w KPFA? Pacifica or whatever. Music does not make news. There are very nice D-J’s but!

The word “hype” was catalyzed into use, publically, by publics around and intransience to “tRansient-Berkeley” in 1968-69-70-71. The derivative-Word is ‘hypertensive” or “hyperattenuation” foreshortened to a four-letter causality-Word. Hype   does not mean “interconnected” obviously or not! Why allow “KPFA-fm” to hype not having a war, because “decadence is good for whomever is lambasted into a pRopaganda-Robot?

Wars are sooo much “fun”. I’ve signed this petition and sent that to two wArmonger SenatoRs (they’ve never raised an issue on UN-constitutionality, nor munitions-Sales, likely Oligarchs) of the egregious-Extent: Barasso (a so-called medical-doctor) and Sen. Enzi, w whom I’ve talked about halting NSDU-238 when he was here, in 2005. He answers letters and e-mails but does not get to the point of my questions at all.         “R”

“Sen. Enzi, Sen. (medical Dr.) Barrasso:

STOP ALLOWING ILLEGAL WARS TO CONTINUE, especially the unannounced

involvements in Yemen that Barack Ohh-bom-bah started. As you ought know by

On August 9, an airstrike by the Saudi-UAE-US coalition struck a bus packed with children in the northern village of Dahyan in Yemen, killing at least 51 people, including 40 children, according to the Red Cross. Saudi regime spokesmen have defended this horrific massacre, calling the bus a “legitimate military target.”

When journalists asked a senior US official if the US supplied that particular bomb, he responded: “Well, what difference does that make? We are providing the refueling and support to Saudi aircraft. We are also selling them munitions that are being used… We are not denying that.”

CNN broke the news that the bomb Saudi Arabia used to kill 40 children on a school bus was manufactured by military contractor Lockheed Martin. The sale was approved by the State Department, making the US complicit in this most recent atrocity in Yemen.

The Washington Post editorial board says: “It is long past time to end U.S. support for this misbegotten and unwinnable war. There is a clear path out: A U.N. mediator has called the various parties to Geneva early next month to discuss a peace process. Among the first steps would be a cease-fire… U.N. sources say the Houthis…are ready to strike these accords, but the Saudi and UAE regimes have been resistant…[the Saudi and UAE regimes] will accept a peace process only if it is clear that they will not have Washington’s support for more war.”

Senator Chris Murphy (CT) introduced an amendment to stop allowing US tax dollars being used to create the worst humanitarian crisis in the world. This amendment to the Pentagon appropriation would stop US tax dollars from funding this unconstitutional war – a war that was never authorized by Congress. Support Senator Murphy’s amendment and stop US complicity in the war on Yemen.

52 Senators have voted against the war in a floor vote, either in June 2017 or in March 2018 on the Sanders-Lee-Murphy bill invoking the War Powers Resolution.

Stop the killing in Yemen and vote in favor of Senator Murphy’s amendment!

I also have 6-more, that I might hand-off to some cumli-Lassie, if she’ll ever show here in Medicine Bow… is doubtful. Like, I need to move four-Years now. Lastly, I’d like to get away “statistical-Ability” and get back “cReative-ability”. I continue to look forward to new-Folks and renewed interests of boomers, and many others, as my Life’s wurk-ups parallel yours w.o. indifference.          “R”

Bio-sketch (2-27-16)…

I started into believing that I would be able to show my data and my photogRapHics in 1996. By 1998 I was learning computers would gain ascendant methods thru technics of programming for a future connected to data and information. That was nuclear-Molecular finding(s) to share and my personal-Activism w first account specifics and engendering(s).

As cameras went 'digital-Tech' I fond that editing was also to follow in 2004. Then, in 2005 my first digital camera had replaced usage(s) of s.l.r. 35 mm's. I have no mercy nor pity for the thieves who have stolen my hard werk, as anxiety of what I allowed was mid-stReam--anyway! Those asshole-Pukes have cost me $1,000's on a fixed income and I remain single, sole-Survivor of two-Families w.o. offspring!
