Imbecility of establishing bases that oil can be had to pollute thru ‘waRs’

The politeness of propaganda is what words the we-people, you and I, ring-out form disparateness-Excesses of technocracy that alleviates a compunctive merely to incite the ‘destabiliziation program’ of meagre protection from all radionuclides “waste as per used but never disposed’ as well as CO-2 is not for you but all of us, including the dead millions murdered by the new-Rome. Altho, I have discussed ‘Khalid Shaikh Mohammed’ quite often, Quantanamo is where they’re hiding the procedures because propaganda that Osama bin Ladin was irresponsible party, is not wholly accurate. Osama could never do the planning as he was “propaganda figurehead for Jihadi’s”. However, oil makes more contaminations of C-2 and helps laminate the NSDU-238 molecules of Iraq-lands yet scattering in winds and contaminating freshwaters. Did Shaikh werk w Osama-bilt-ski? Hardly, because the ‘base-camp’ is al qaeda by definition. As Allen Ginsberg was wont not to state, life has meaning, but that is camp.             “R”

“Among the observers who watched the hearing behind soundproof glass were several family members of the nearly 3,000 people killed in the Sept. 11 attacks, separated from reporters and other observers by a blue curtain. (A closed-circuit feed was also broadcast to several locations around the United States.) Some family members at the hearing whispered angrily about the disruptions.

…After Mr. Mohammed was captured in March 2003, he was subjected to the most harrowing set of the so-called enhanced measures, which included slamming prisoners into walls, shackling them in stress positions and keeping them awake for as long as 180 hours. Like two other prisoners, he was subjected to waterboarding.

“…On May 5, 2012, Mr. Mohammed and four other detainees accused of conspiring in the Sept. 11 attacks were arraigned on war crimes charges before a military tribunal at Guantánamo Bay. The five men had been arraigned at Guantánamo Bay before, in 2008, but the Obama administration shut that case down upon taking office, then tried to move it to federal court in New York, before surrendering to a political uproar.

As the United States restarts its effort to prosecute — and ultimately execute — the five defend-ants, it has fallen to Brig. Gen. Mark S. Martins both to prove them guilty and to show the world that the tribunal system is now legitimate. General Martins is trying to rebrand the system by emphasizing changes that Congress made in 2009 — notably, a higher bar to “hearsay” evidence and a prohibition against using statements made during cruel or degrading treatment. Obama administration officials echo those arguments, saying that the current tribunals are fair, unlike those during the Bush administration.

Military lawyers for the Sept. 11 defendants say that the improvements are exaggerated and that they intend to test the claims of fairness.”

Subjected to So-Called ‘Enhanced Measures’

Just as Mr. Mohammed is at the center of the 9/11 plot, he has also been at the center of a long-running debate over the use of harsh interrogation techniques by the Central Intelligence Agency, a debate that flared anew in the wake of the killing of Osama bin Laden.

Documents have shown that the C.I.A. used waterboarding— a controlled drowning technique — against Mr. Mohammed 183 times in March 2003. After that became known, members of the Bush administration argued that the technique was justified by the cooperation it brought from Mr. Mohammed and other “high-value detainees.’’

After Mr. Mohammed was captured in March 2003, he was subjected to the most harrowing set of the so-called enhanced measures, which included slamming prisoners into walls, shackling them in stress positions and keeping them awake for as long as 180

hours. Like two other prisoners, he was subjected to waterboarding.

His Case and the Courts

In December 2008, Mr. Mohammed, along with four co-defendants, sent a note to a military judge at Guantánamo asking to confess and to plead guilty.

Almost a year later, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. announced that Mr. Mohammed and four other men would be tried in civilian courts in New York City for the Sept. 11 attacks, rather than by a military tribunal. But an uproar ensued, with the move attacked by Republicans and some Democrats, and Mr. Holder soon bowed to pressure from New York politicans and moved the trial out of Manhattan.

No other location was ever secured, and in the lame-duck session that followed Republican victories in the November 2010 elections, Congress voted to bar the transfer of any prisoners from Guantánamo to the mainland United States.”

Thus and whereupon the idiocy of concocted wars, are not as fundamentalist any longer, now that Malaki government is subdued and anarchism is rank and rancorous underground methods of those 180 billions dollars is not going to stay scattered like NSDIU-238 microns. Dig. Soooo, whether guns remains the destabilizing effort o the dollar is going to collapse because ‘illegal-Wars” the Washington Pentagons “sore-heads” have won the destabilization award, at long last in Iraq, because Yugoslavia and Afghanistan are now past-Events of humiliation, scorn and ascetic-Reproof.

Facts of history are yet appearing w the scope of data coming from the Iron Curtain Revolution of 1991, European so-called democracy-Movement. That social-change history has been held together by “social-Responsibility adherents” coalition of American-Socialists, Libertarians from peace & Freedom splits and newbies into what capitalist cronyism cannot purposefully be, altho Libertarians are not conservations. The gReen have kept party is not pro-Ecology in coloRadie, soo far, 14 years after “conifers die-offs from acid-Rains overdoses” due the constant of non-flux Geoengineering: chem-tRails–not yet a parody-analyzed party, therefore I do not accentuate that they have political-History as movements—such as all socialists are anti-War!         “R”

“Nastase played an important part in the restoration of capitalism in Romania and is a representative figure for a layer of former Stalinist bureaucrats who enriched themselves through the plundering of state assets. As prime minister (December 2000 to December 2004), Nastase presided over massive privatizations and drastic austerity measures that were preconditions for Romania joining the European Union. He was involved in numerous corruption scandals and is renowned for his arrogance and for flaunting his considerable personal wealth. Nevertheless, his conviction points to an erosion of democratic rights in Romania and the increasing use of the courts as a tool for attacking political enemies.

Nastase’s attempted suicide as well as the alleged attempt by the Social Democratic Party to keep him out of prison were taken up by the Liberal Democrats and used as part of a right-wing campaign designed to whip up anti-communist hysteria. Another theme used in this campaign was Ponta’s alleged plagiarism of his doctoral dissertation and the hastily adopted legislative and administrative changes for suspending President Basescu, which were termed a “coup d’état”.

Supporters of the conservatives were called to take to the streets to “defend democracy” and the rule of law. Wearing white instead of their traditional orange, they called for the resignation of the “thief” prime minister, Ponta, who was accused of leading a “Bolshevik invasion”, and carried placards portraying the latter as Lenin. Scuffles broke out between the right-wing demonstrators and those calling for Basescu’s resignation.

This campaign received international support, in particular from German Chancellor Angela Merkel, whose Christian Democratic Union (CDU) is aligned with the Romanian Liberal Democrats in the European People’s Party. After the Romanian parliament voted to suspend Basescu, she declared that it was “unacceptable” for a member of the European Union to “violate basic principles of the rule of law” and threatened Romania with sanctions by the EU.

A host of petty-bourgeois protest groups present in University Square during the January anti-austerity protests reassembled in recent days. The Green Movement; one of its recent split-offs led by Claudiu Craciun (who gave a speech at the European Parliament on February 1, presenting himself as a simple protester from Romania); the Romanian Academic Society; and an assortment of other NGOs and pressure groups have tried to direct popular opposition into safe channels. They claim that by “occupying a public space” and addressing single issues, “citizens” can pressure the main bourgeois parties to change course.

Those who hadn’t joined the USL coalition government—like Victor Alistar, leader of Transparency International Romania, who was proposed as delegate minister for governmental strategies and civil society, and Remus Cernea, president of the Green Movement, who became personal adviser to the prime minister—now joined the conservatives in calling for Ponta’s resignation.

Pseudo-left outfits—such as CriticAtac, the Group for Social Action (GAS), Anti-Capitalist Fight—are working to prevent the independent organization of the working class by promoting “civil society” and toothless protests.

In an article on the CriticAtac web site, Victoria Stoiciu tried to justify their association with the conservative rally by saying that “for now this is the political framework within which we are constrained to move and protest: even when you are above all things you still unwillingly tip the balance in favor of one of the two evils”. These movements speak for a better-off section of the Romanian middle class and are not trying to challenge the existing political establishment, but rather to carve out a better position for themselves within it.

The Social Democrats and the Liberals are both big business parties and represent a section of the Romanian bourgeoisie that came to the conclusion that Traian Basescu and the PDL had provoked too much popular resentment and were no longer able to impose the drastic austerity measures demanded by the IMF and the European Union.

The Social Democrats were in government with the PDL in 2009 when the deal with the IMF was agreed upon and the Liberals, who formed the government from 2000 to 2008, introduced the flat tax and promoted Romania as a cheap labor market in Eastern Europe.

Ponta has already signaled his commitment to the austerity program. An 8 percent increase in salaries was agreed with the IMF only after reassurances were given that public employment reductions will continue in order to keep the public sector wage bill at 6.7 percent of GDP, the same value it had in 2011. The government’s letter of intent to the IMF outlines a deepening of the austerity program. This program includes creating the legal framework for the privatization of health care, privatizing the remaining state-owned enterprises and increasing gas and electricity prices.”

Enter the paradox of Oil as CO-2 and neo-Liberalism as Fundmentalist counter-Insurgency practices of the cIAS, US Military hosted by munitions gambits and off-shore derivatives trading focuses on losing the planet, not on democracy stRonger and freer than plutocracy! Yet, get “we-Peeps’’ yet have the R-O-N-G phooel for transportation and subsidy by egregious non-needing fed-Gov’t! The oil-Refinery refines lots of oil into “chemicals, into liquids, solvents and has remaining “nat-Gas” which is what we’ve need as phooel since 1974’s debacle, oil-crisis. That altho an earth-gas is not petroleum and burns 90% cleaner, altho CO-2 is derivative. Nice, not-so-chaste factoid, that derivatives of refining and derivatives from selling en masse’ one’s neighbor’s mortgage thru fReddy Mac and Annie Mae gives the we-Peeps no credulity excepting, of course the boredom at he end of the polluted tunnel!

Soooo, why is a gas field off coast of Cyprus great entertainment to expand conservative: neo-Liberalist, banking if not for more schemadura, and factoids of propaganda-wheel.       “R”

“Shiarly criticised troika policies, claiming that the cause of Cyprus’s economic problems was the deal struck in late 2011 to force a “haircut” on Greece’s creditors. The agreement saw the debt owed by Athens to private creditors cut by up to 100 billion euro. This resulted in losses for Cypriot banks of up to 80 percent of their investments in Greek government bonds, according to Schiarly, totalling 4.2 billion euro.

Speaking as Cyprus assumed the rotating presidency of the EU, Christofias insisted, “We main-tain the right to have relations with third countries”.

Christofias, president since 2008, was the general secretary of the Stalinist AKEL, the Progressive Party of Working People. He has presided over a significant strengthening of Cypriot-Russian relations. Russian deposits in Cypriot banks total 22 billion euro, the largest of any non-EU state. This figure is greater than the country’s GDP. Total bank deposits, at 150 billion euro, are nine times greater than Cyprus’s economic output.

Out of a total population of less than 900,000, between 40,000 and 50,000 Russian citizens re-side in Cyprus. Several Russian companies have a large presence on the island, with energy firms Gazprom and Lukoi having offices there. Nicosia and Moscow have a tax exemption agreement, which permits Russian investors based in Cyprus to take advantage of the extremely low 10 percent business tax rate while paying no tax in Russia. As a result, a significant level of investment in Russia is conducted by companies with their bases in Cyprus.

Russia’s growing influence is viewed with hostility by the EU and the United States. A recent article in the German daily Die Welt accused Cyprus of playing a “double game with Russia and the EU”.

The possibility of a Russian loan to Cyprus prompted reports that Britain was considering extending a bilateral loan to Nicosia alongside EU support. Cyprus is a former British colony and two British military bases remain on the island.

Extending financial aid would be aimed directly at preventing Russian expansion. Recently, there has been considerable speculation that Moscow is viewing Cyprus as an alternative military base in the region to replace its operations in Syria, which is threatened with western-led military intervention.

Beyond the island’s strategic location in the eastern Mediterranean, the interest of the major powers in Cyprus has grown sharply due to the discovery of vast energy resources. According to a 2010 report from the US Geological Survey, the Levant basin contains a possible 120 trillion cubic feet (TCF) of natural gas supplies.

Commenting on the find, leading project official Brenda Pierce observed, “The Levant Basin Province is comparable to some of the other large provinces around the world, and its gas resources are bigger than anything we have assessed in the United States”.

… This policy is already underway in Greece, where the troika’s insistence that Athens privatise the remaining state-owned assets in the areas of energy and sea ports will allow foreign investment, chiefly from the US, to profit highly from the development of oil and natural gas resources in the Aegean Sea.”

I’ve been into 15 nations-States that were warring in one of three-ways virtually possible, not knowing he probables other than self-Preservation! This is no-way to find fellow-boomers from nations in Africa, or asia, but in Australia Iived w the Aborgines and they were constantly wondering why ‘whitey’ was sooo fooker-Egregious! Like, what are they was what I got from one rifle amongst 120 aborignals in the outback. What now wars there. Lookout, the US military is on it’s way to impact your nations w inhuman contaminating bases, even in 1977 thru 1981. A military cannot conduct “Welfare and healthcare and traumatization like pTSD” yet the nations were impacted and corruption would follow in the pollution’s of oil industry’s wake.   Wars odiously disturb, the human psyche’s need to relax the body’s demands for R & R. the noise of modern-Machinery and the high decibels couple w industrial contaminant   s, but morosely the waste of metal for our human needs is as high a cost as 40% of allCO2comes from US military and those 120 nations where the penataGooons have accomplished unkempt psychopathologic diatribes for waste akin that of NSDU-238 and all other Radionuclides never put into pronouncements of Rad-Active: not good for any humanity.   “R”

“It was opposition’s biggest victory in sixteen months of battles in Al-Qusayr. It allowed them to take control of the vast majority of the town. They decided to rig the building with explosives, and demolish it, so that it could never be retaken.

Assad forces still control a number of checkpoints dotted around the edge of town, and they hold the town’s hospital. It is no longer a medical centre. The doctors fled months ago. It is now an army barracks.

The only working medical facility is now a small clinic converted into a field hospital.

FSA holding ground against Assad’s Forces [Al Jazeera]

Hospital. The only doctor available is not trained as a general surgeon. He is actually a gastroenterologist. With a couple of nurses, he works around the clock. Some of the battlefield injuries are horrific in a town that is being repeatedly shelled around the clock.

But he tells me that civilians are suffering in other ways too, particularly the children. They face malnourishment, disease and illness in a place where supplies of food, medicine and baby milk are scarce.

“We need to stop the killing of people every day” he says. “We want to stop the Assad regime. [They] kill children, women, everybody, and destroy buildings and houses.”

The clinic has a hole in its roof. Most of the buildings around it have been hit too. One bombardment immediately opposite the field hospital was recent – it killed two people.

In addition to the helicopter gunships, Syrian forces are using artillery, mortars, rockets, missiles and tank rounds.

These are all inaccurate “area” weapons – being fired relentlessly into this conurbation, with no regard to the safety of the many civilians still living in Al-Qusayr.”

Sometimes, the weapons are fired to create an airburst in the sky – showering part of the town with fragments of shrapnel. It is difficult to sleep. You hear the explosions around the clock.

In the dead of night, it is terrifying. One landed so close to the room where I was sleeping that masonry fell from the ceiling. Sometimes the trajectory of the weapon is directly overheard – resulting in a loud whistling sound before you hear the bang.”

I started into believing that I would be able to show my data and my photogRapHics in 1996. By 1998 I was learning computers would gain ascendant methods thru technics of programming for a future connected to data and information. That was nuclear-Molecular finding(s) to share and my personal-Activism w first account specifics and engendering(s).

As cameras went 'digital-Tech' I fond that editing was also to follow in 2004. Then, in 2005 my first digital camera had replaced usage(s) of s.l.r. 35 mm's. I have no mercy nor pity for the thieves who have stolen my hard werk, as anxiety of what I allowed was mid-stReam--anyway! Those asshole-Pukes have cost me $1,000's on a fixed income and I remain single, sole-Survivor of two-Families w.o. offspring!
