Disarmament Two Nuclear Weapons for “clean-UP” monies or looks like Daiichi’s

The coRpoRate-Welfare is akin the example of staying home to do homework to get-in-Bed w your neighbor’s wife, instead of facing down your own existence. The coRpoRate greed rears it’s “ugli-Scape” head in programs of excess in order not-to-maintain: radionu-clides clean-UPs of necessity, which would really be a boon to fulfill-Help to all citizenry? This last decade has proven one of my favorite “plutocratic-Defined insouciant-Methods” that of allowing oNLY nuclear-Weapons (maybe nerve-Agents and bio-Weapons) to be staid: in background as “IN-surance” that wars Can-and-do-go-forward—rather than any ‘democracy’! This is not a matter of “I can learn to love the planet” but rather “I can rip-Off the funds that allows people to live in peace, and really feel ‘good’ that I got the neighbor’s wife pregnant for a good reason”?

The basic of “Disarmament” is how much knowledge about pollution is known. History and monitoring have never quite overlapped as these excruciations of social-Depravity, and government’s manipulated by “coRpoRate-Nuclear Industry” have shown theirs is Deter-minism philosophy writ large: plutocracy-Ensemble (Regal-autocracy rapprochement) or we win because we have CFR and military-hegemony deep-Pockets? What is not seen on a very large scale is what “Livermore Action Group” in cohesion w “reduction and Disarmament” groups favoring anti-Nuclearist issues, had been transcended to peace-Propositions for halting the ‘cold-War’ as well as “clean-UPs” such as Chelaybin-sk-40 (1957) and nevtest-Site, and Hanford, and Y-12 and Savannah River. Thes same aspects remain to be started, yet!       “R”

“A group of anti-nuclear activists held a rally on the Capitol steps Tuesday to call for the U.S. Department of Energy to resume funding Georgia’s monitoring of air and water quality for dangerous emissions from Savannah River Site.

The group, Women’s Action for New Directions, said the funding was needed as an early warning against accidental releases of nuclear hazards that could contaminate the air, crops, wildlife and private wells and raise the risk of cancer in people living in Richmond, Burke, Screven, Effingham and Chatham counties.

Dr. Helen Caldicott, a pediatrician who co-founded the group and Physicians for Social Responsibility, contended federal officials feared an objective environmental assessment because it would show that the residents of those counties would have to be relocated.

“I think one of the reasons they don’t want to test is because it’s obvious that area is highly polluted with radioactive materials,” she said, adding that SRS should be shut down completely.

For 10 years, the Department of Energy provided money for the Georgia Environmental Protection Division to monitor wells, air samples, wildlife and crops in those counties.

In 2003, the policy changed, and the funding stopped the next year.

The state continues to use its own money to monitor areas around commercial reactors, which includes Plant Vogtle near Waynesboro.

“We’ve not seen anything unusual,” said Jim Hardeman, the manager of EPD’s environmental radiation program.

DOE still funds $1.5 million for monitoring by South Carolina annually.

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control collects samples of air, soil, sediment, vegetation, fish, water, milk and game animals to determine the amount of radionuclides and chemicals present.”

What then is the reason that ‘defense for communities’ can be had be taking coRpoRate-rule on wearing oNLY a hardhat is a mite cumbersome. The issues are of pollution is not defense. Primarily we need defense, and we-People need clean-UPs simultaneously! Big gov and big-Biz and bigger IMperium are not going to let you into their “mono-Poly of mono-Tony” Until you prove you’re a Bildenberg list associate, or a Council on foreign relations executive, or a bought-OFF Oligarch of the 1% syndrome/u-S. Any more than understanding is where I have been, and that limb is a strong verity of live Oak—pollution can bring that branch 4 feet thick down in an instant. Do I know that you need “defense’ or naught? Soooo, what are radionuclides riding around w.o. fares on the bus-Systems and in the farmlands, and inside those once pristine waters of merely 71 years ago, lookin’ like UN-measured, so we can start “measured and monitored”?       “R”

“More than six decades of U.S. nuclear weapons research, testing, and production have left dozens of DOE sites polluted with massive amounts of radioactive and hazardous wastes. This contamination threatens millions of people living near the sites or along major waste transportation routes. Most DOE sites are now on the Superfund list of the nation’s most environmentally dangerous facilities. While some progress has been made, DOE has missed legally–agreed–to milestones, resulting in fines and penalties, increased contamina-tion, and escalating costs. The FY2012 Budget Request estimates that cleanup will stretch at least to 2038 and as long as 2062 for a number of sites. All told the cost will be between $275 billion and $308 billion. Those funds are on top of hundreds of millions of dollars needed every year to cover costs at sites declared “closed.”

In the face of such daunting challenges, DOE has yet to provide a publicly accessible database of its thousands of cleanup milestones, updated baseline cost and schedules, or annual evaluations of whether performance measures are being met at each site. DOE is finally ending the waste of billions of dollars for the flawed geologic repository at Yucca Mountain, Nevada. Now, DOE must safely remove high-level waste from leaking storage tanks, solidify it, and place it in safe and secure long-term storage at Hanford, Savannah River, and Idaho. In the meantime, additional wastes should not be sent to DOE sites because it would divert resources from addressing existing threats.

Irradiated fuel from commercial nuclear reactors should be moved into hardened on-site storage. In addition, very radioactive “low-level” waste (Greater than Class C) from com-mercial nuclear reactors should not go to the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant in New Mexico, because it would interfere with WIPP’s current mission, contrary to existing law and promises made to the state.”

Reactors and Radioactive Waste Issues–Nuclear Waste and Pollution Alliance 4 Nuclear Accountability April 2011 (12-30-11) pdf

One of the people I met in the many Hanford “disarmament-Talks and discussions” was this man, now considered an outcast by Bechtel coRp. The video was found on the website of Alliance for Nuclear Accountability—hey what do want, I’ve been out-the-fields for 37 years and trying to write the past seven and did INdustrial studies the first 3-years. ANA was the result of Military Productions Network. Dr. Tamosaitis, finally allowed me to grill him on facts of disregard on the “leakage” and why the vents could not be useful in the mid-1980’s. I thankful that he remembered me the next month when again the points of view needed interpreting for the lay-Public and homeowners associations which included many real-Estate business people. He said “I’m into talking on the irresponsibility w b by being responsible” and I think, his interview on Maddow show shows his template in full?

Hanford whistleblower relates that the mix is laden w too much non-function and dismal accounting of problems inside piping that would allow escaping hydrogen gases—this procedure is part of the manner of separating radionuclides from one-another: types. The accounts of processes must have no gases, no corrosive piping and no corrosion inside the tanks…Unless mixed appropriately this manner gets excised—which Bechtel is renown in their UNdoings of contracts ‘not completed’? Talk about largest engineering coRpoRation in world!!      “R”

ANA activists on Rachel Maddow!

ANA member Tom Carpenter and 2011 whistleblower awardee Dr. Walt Tamosaitis were interviewed on the Rachel Maddow show on December 15th. They discussed prob-lems at the Waste Treatment Plant which is supposed to process millions of gallons of nuclear waste currently leaking underground in Washington State.”

Trillions of dollars not invested in infrastructure of propping-UP the United nations “clean-UPs” in Iraq, and Kosovo, and now Afghanistan and Libya, were obvious superce-dent laden by “munitions-Testing” followed immediately by use. This in 1987-89 pushed aside the needs for more “radionuclides-Clean-UPs” w.o. haste and further waste-of-Funds —time inespecially? Now the abrogations continue, and immutable causes to deal funds-into-Munitions for conquering the world in militant-Control, while polluting the very fuel that cannot ever be extended “INdefinitely” have been superceded by illegal-Wars, wh9ile the soils, waters become inequities of debtor-Nation, and public scorn. Who needs them. We need ourselves.    “R”

“”The risk from the materials we are dealing with over there is simply too great (not to com-plete the plant),” Washington Gov. Chris Gregoire said in a recent interview with The Associated Press. “Here, we thought we were making such progress, and now to learn that, for reasons I don’t know, we’re at serious risk of missing more milestones is disappointing.”

Issues raised by the whistleblowers about the plant’s safety would be equally disconcerting, Gregoire said.

Roughly one-third of the federal government’s entire budget for nuclear cleanup — about $2 billion each year — goes to Hanford, and nearly a third of that goes to construction of the plant. Last month, U.S. Rep. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., demanded that the Energy Department pro-vide an accurate statement of costs and schedule for the facility, and answer questions pertaining to safety complaints.

Markey is a senior member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

Plutonium production also left behind a slew of waste and debris in trenches, buildings and underground tanks, making Hanford one of the most challenging cleanup projects in the world.

There have been successes in recent years. Spent nuclear fuel was removed from two water-filled pools near the Columbia River, dozens of buried waste sites have been dug up and workers continue to monitor and treat contaminated groundwater.

But the worst of the waste is still decades away from being completely removed. Milli-ons of gallons of a highly radioactive stew — enough to fill dozens of Olympic-size swim-ming pools — are stored in aging underground tanks. Some of those tanks have leaked, threatening the ground-water and the river.

The price tag already has grown from $4.3 billion to $12.3 billion. The U.S. Department of Energy, which manages Hanford cleanup, recently announced additional costs of at least $800 million, as well as the possibility of additional delays.

The plant is currently scheduled to begin testing in 2019.”

Bio-sketch (2-27-16)…

I started into believing that I would be able to show my data and my photogRapHics in 1996. By 1998 I was learning computers would gain ascendant methods thru technics of programming for a future connected to data and information. That was nuclear-Molecular finding(s) to share and my personal-Activism w first account specifics and engendering(s).

As cameras went 'digital-Tech' I fond that editing was also to follow in 2004. Then, in 2005 my first digital camera had replaced usage(s) of s.l.r. 35 mm's. I have no mercy nor pity for the thieves who have stolen my hard werk, as anxiety of what I allowed was mid-stReam--anyway! Those asshole-Pukes have cost me $1,000's on a fixed income and I remain single, sole-Survivor of two-Families w.o. offspring!
