truth, some-Dysfunctional impropriety and other socio-Polity
apeco © 2-15-09
1] Was Ivin’s involved beyond the u-S secrecy-Policy or entrapped by the Pat-Act? Seems that somebody may have duped him or that he meagrely suggested that some-Dysfunctional impropriety could be carried along because he would be from his desk, as per useful for any human ‘need’. The pressure on him was by somebody who ostensibly was into over-powering his methods as well as his protection guaranteeing he would not need to become paranoid. Thus, he was entrapped by either himself or someone-Else helped that issue along into sequences of obduracy in the freakish-Incident that parable’d outside-Use! “R”
“In reading through reams of coverage of Ivins’s suicide and the FBI case against him, I found only a single reference to the work his lab at Fort Detrick had been dedicated to throughout most of the Cold War era. Here is that sentence from the Washington Post: “As home to the Army Biological Warfare Laboratories, the facility ran a top-secret program producing offensive biological weapons from 1943 until 1969.” And yet, if you don’t grasp this fact, the real significance of the anthrax case remains in the shadows.”
“This essentially remained the state of the case until, as July ended, Ivins committed suicide. Then, what a field day! The details, the questions, the doubts, the disputed scientific evidence, the lists of kinds of drugs he was prescribed, the lurid quotes, the “rat’s nest” of an anthrax-contaminated lab he worked in, the strange emails and letters! (“I wish I could control the thoughts in my mind… I get incredible paranoid, delusional thoughts at times, and there’s nothing I can do until they go away, either by themselves or with drugs.”) Case solved! Or not… The “mad scientist” from the Army’s Fort Detrick bio-wars labs finally nabbed! Or not…
It was a dream of a story. And the mainstream media ran with it, knowledgeably, authoritatively, as if they had never let it go. Now, as the coverage fades and the story once again threatens to head for obscurity (despite doubts about Ivins’s role in the attacks), I thought it might be worth mentioning a few questions that came to my mind as I read through recent coverage — not on Ivins’s guilt or innocence, but on matters that are so much a part of our American landscape that normally no one even thinks to ask about them.
Here are my top six questions about the case:…”
Double Standards in the Global War on Terror: Anthrax Department

2] The last time I traveled down and to the northern reaches of this Americas continent from the high-Country, was in 1977. Charley & I hiked from Nome to Beaufort Sea, and there was one place, south east of Prudhoe, inland where we had to by-Pass the muskeog, that gave us fair and ever-Warm air. The Indige-Tribe I went back to three days later said right-Off, What will happen next”? We were lucky that we had a ship to take us eastward along the coastline we explored as they delivered to people, parties, tribes, businesses, w scientists coming ‘n going, too! That we could further our hikes onto ice floes and inlands white-Snow ‘n ice remained w the command of ecology’s quest, or paradise, cold ‘n amusing. The report last summer, 2008, states that the Arctic “ices” will disappear in five years from August. I sense that the area where we headed inland had an inversion as the heat stayed in the high sixties late into evening before dissipating, as a fog would warm-Up, dissipating w.o. leaving moisture behind. “R”
“When we did the first climate change computer models, we thought the Arctic’s summer ice cover would last until around 2070,’ said Professor Peter Wadhams of Cambridge University. ‘It is now clear we did not understand how thin the ice cap had already become – for Arctic ice cover has since been disappearing at ever increasing rates. Every few years we have to revise our estimates downwards. Now the most detailed computer models suggest the Arctic’s summer ice is going to last for only a few more years – and given what we have seen happen last week, I think they are probably correct.”
Meltdown In The Arctic Is Speeding Up by Robin McKie /8-11-08 http://www.commondreams.org/archive/2008/08/11/10924 Scientists warn that the North Pole could be free of ice in just five years’ time instead of 60…
3] NSDU-238 is not to be good for you, so why would a whole war be invented for the excessive “piles” to used elsewhere, as vehicles can pollute 5-times over “normal-Background” elsewhere? That’s why they’d use NSDU-238, because the stuff can make a bigger “mess” than having hospital-Car ingratiated like workers may need their health all though they should smoke themselves to death in worries, first! All that became egregious as March of 1991 came around. The story since is multiples of stories, lies by the government not more than merely delinquency to keep using the “totally innocuous” chemical and radiation i.e. low-Level, which makes even worse the manners of finding what diseases have been caused thru a multiplying force of forensics involving studies the “d-F Pentagons” oNLY covered-Up to avail “lies & deceits together” which made for less than superficial “deceits”. Fouls committed since then, must be brought around full 180* to in-Front of the public, even if that takes the passage of the “referendum” and the total “abandonment” of the federal-Reserve-Act: 1913, which has never, not yet even, been PASSeD? “R”
“”The most worrying is that many of our women have suffered loss of their babies, and some had babies born with deformations.”
“I had two children who had brain damage from birth,” 28-year-old Hayfa’ Shukur told IPS. “My husband has been detained by the Americans since November 2004 and so I had to take the children around by myself to hospitals and private clinics. They died. I spent all our savings and borrowed a considerable amount of money.”
Shukur said doctors told her that it was use of the restricted weapons that caused her children’s brain damage and subsequent deaths, “but none of them had the courage to give me a written report.”
“Many babies were born with major congenital malformations,” a paediatric doctor, speaking on condition of anonymity, told IPS. “These infants include many with heart defects, cleft lip or palate, Down’s syndrome, and limb defects.”
The doctor added, “I can say all kinds of problems related to toxic pollution took place in Fallujah after the November 2004 massacre.”
Many doctors speak of similar cases and a similar pattern. The indications remain anecdotal, in the absence of either a study, or any available official records.
The Fallujah General Hospital administration was unwilling to give any statistics on deformed babies, but one doctor volunteered to speak on condition of anonymity — for fear of reprisals if seen to be critical of the administration.
“Maternal exposure to toxins and radioactive material can lead to miscarriage and frequent abortions, still birth, and congenital malformation,” the doctor told IPS. There have been many such cases, and the government “did not move to contain the damage, or present any assistance to the hospital whatsoever.
“These cases need intensive international efforts that provide the highest and most recent technologies that we will not have here in a hundred years,” he added.
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) expressed concern Mar. 31 about the lack of medical supplies in hospitals in Baghdad and Basra.
“Hospitals have used up stocks of vital medical items, and require further supplies to cope with the influx of wounded patients. Access to water remains a matter of concern in certain areas,” the ICRC said in a statement.
A senior Iraqi health ministry official was quoted as saying Feb. 26 that the health sector is under “great pressure”, with scores of doctors killed, an exodus of medical personnel, poor medical infrastructure, and shortage of medicines.”

footnote: International Commission on Radiological Protection (from: Uranium Weapons Summary: A concise guide to uranium weapons, the science and their legal status) “The ICRP is an undemocratic, self-sus-taining body, which issues recommendations to govern-ments and supranational bodies on radiological protection. They make political choices between dose received and the benefit obtained to society; a job that many would say should be left to politicians. While its members appear strong on radiation physics, they have been criticised for being significantly weaker on radiobiology. The ICRP uses data from the Hiroshima and Nagasaki blasts to estimate dose and exposure rates. Japanese bomb victims were exposed to an acute burst of external gamma and beta radiation. As has been shown, long-term environmental DU contamination leads to chronic internal exposure from alpha radiation, thus rendering the ICRP’s whole body and organ dose rates largely irrelevant.”
4] Altho distance is infinite, “nucleus-Radiation” is finite! One of the reasons that nuclear-Power is not evidence to “clean-Electricity” is because reprocessing costs are high-Carbon producers, as well as high “reprocessing-Enrichment: costs & expenses” plus the dangers involved have not been calmed to honing significancies of awareness-Levels of any pertinent aspect factorable of “accidental” melt-Down, let-Off, over-Water pollution , emergency ‘shut-Down’ and a host of penury in mental-microns or electric pulses of the human-Brin. Those are nuons necessitating animo acid breakdowns, etc. GnEP is a 1-31-06 plan by the latent and manipulative, past admin of george-Enron’s making into the polemic, some factors that may or may not be needed in “100-Years from now”! The trouble is that the DEIS and public input “comments” period” does not end until March 16th i.e. next month.
Basically, the use of plutonium instead of uranium formidably 200,000 times more deadly has made the “bill” a misnomer, however, we do know Congress votes and places riders, like foreclosures must be supported by banks that have been give billions, when the government has needs not currently being utilized in helping those “families” 2.5 million who’ve lost a place that they were purchasing. Does the purchasing power of the
Pentagons go “upward” because of the latter. The hazardous “dust” is unsettling!
GNeP is fallacious, but nuclear-Energy is also fallacious. One aspect is that the nosy-Pentagons do not report the amounts of NSDU-238 that they place into and outta the nuclear-Munitions arsenal, since they can get-away-w “we’re just-Making: armors” and they do not, are not required to report that to “both” a House & Senate committee, nor government committee. There has been a need to halt the NSDU-238 uses, since 1972, when Israel—you know the nation-Religious: state military who’s belonging sense are to kill the Palestines “civilians: en masse” and not dealt w the consequences since that same year that parable, “the dirty Lil ‘ace’”. Any commitment in the u-S can be made into reprocessing NSDU-238 and that’s where enriched uranium and plutonium get intermixed w the so-called ‘clean’ NSDU-238. That ur-236 has been traced to Paducah clean-ups of 1981-83 means that when found in Iraq, that man-Made “stuff” was transuranic, and thus upwards of 200,000 times more volatile than merely “extracted ur-238” that leaves “mostly” ur-235. That also means that fissile-Matter, is over the 60% threshold that NSDU-238 is maintained by “the military” to be authoritatively-Controlled. No wonder most scientists say the “system” is flawed, too! “R”
“Over the past few years, attention to the recycling of nuclear power spent fuel has grown. Fears of global warming due to fossil fuel burning have given nuclear energy a boost; over the next 15 years dozens of new power reactors are planned world-wide. To promote nuclear energy, the Bush administration is seeking to establish international spent nuclear fuel recycling centers that are supposed to reduce wastes, recycle uranium, and convert nuclear explosive materials, such as plutonium to less troublesome elements in advanced power reactors.
Advocates, such the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think-tank, argue that used fuel at U.S. power plants contain enough energy “to power every U.S. household for 12 years.” Heritage points out that nuclear recycling “can be affordable and is technologically feasible. The French are proving that on a daily basis. The question is: Why can’t oui?”
The key to recycling is being able to reuse materials while reducing pollution, saving money and making the earth a safer place. On all accounts, nuclear recycling fails the test.
Nuclear Recycling and the Environment
In order to recycle uranium and plutonium in power plants, spent fuel has to be treated to chemically separate these elements from other highly radioactive byproducts. As it chops and dissolves used fuel rods, a reprocessing plant releases about 15 thousand times more radioactivity into the environment than nuclear power reactors and generates several dangerous waste streams. If placed in a crowded area, a few grams of waste would deliver lethal radiation doses in a matter of seconds. They also pose enduring threats to the human environment for tens of thousands of years.”
Nuclear Recycling Fails the Test by Robert Alvarez July 7,2008 http://www.commondreams.org/archive/2008/07/07/10177
5] No nuclear power-Plant is safer than the closest accident awaiting the happenstance. Any nuclear-Armaments facility would be the same. Critical mass may not be apparent, however radionuclides accumulate wastes, that are not depositable for immediate recycling. Soooo, these used radiologic materials accumulate and do nothing more than accumulate. Is this a paradigm of fresh air, or healthcare that alleviates pain, too. Hardly, butt-Holds! This stuff is primed for the 100,000’s of years before the “first: half-Life ends” which is apparently why so many people do not feel safe “protesting in front of nuclear power Plants or Y-12 near Oak Ridge or nev-Testsite, where the ‘orge-Nal: witch’s-Brew” happened along in perpetuity. Ask me, I’ve had over 24-injuries! Do I need healthcare, or radionuclides from chemo-Therapy uses added to NSDU-238? “R”
“In the late 1960s, Dr. John Gofman was asked to evaluate the killing power of so-called “normal” releases from America’s fleet of atomic reactors.
Gofman was a towering figure. He was instrumental in developing the atomic bomb. As a medical doctor, his breakthrough discoveries in heart disease and LDL cholesterol are still in use.
Dr. Gofman was chief of health research at the Atomic Energy Commission. But he discovered that regular radiation emissions from America’s nukes would kill 32,000 citizens per year, even without an accident or terror attack.
The industry demanded Gofman change his findings. When he refused, he was fired. He spent the rest of his life warning that Americans were being killed every day by the ever-growing fleet of US reactors.
In 1979, human error caused the melt-down at Three Mile Island Unit Two. The reactor’s owners immediately denied there was any melting of fuel. This was a lie. Robotic cameras later showed that at least a third of the fuel had melted.
The owners said there was never a danger of a major catastrophe. That was a lie. The plant was very much at the brink of an apocalyptic radiation release.
The owners ridiculed those—among them Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Health—who desperately warned that local citizens should be evacuated, especially to protect pregnant women and small children. The governor finally ordered just such an evacuation, but later fired his long-time friend at the Department of Health, who had advocated the evacuation, and who warned of damage from TMI’s stealth radioactive fallout.
TMI’s owners denied that its releases harmed anyone. But the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has admitted to Congress that nobody knows how much radiation escaped or where it went.”

6] Let us see! There are no “demonstration-Speakers” placed on you-Tube, nor on Democracy Now (www.democracynow.org ), but DU is new “stuff”?
You now want me to give you four other questions that pertain to the un-Declared wars, being that you arte all so conscientious about the u-S Constitution and Universal Declaration of Human Rights being supreme laws well-Adapted to the u-S statutes that keep us from allowing “the national-Guard” to leave the territorial borders of the new-Rome?
You also want me to go around driving and mentioning the facts of these past “seven” un-Declared wars for your community, so that you DO NOT HaVE to lift the middle-Finger, but you will not tell me first, that the middle-Finger is raised for the in-astute dept-of-War!
Ohhh, I get the reason that communicating daily the virtueless aplomb of the illegal bombings of Clinton admin, were to make sure that there was no “public-Discussion” on NSDU-238, because there was for much distrust spoken about @ home, preparing for the phase-# of Iraq, oNLY that Kosovo came and used-Again, the NSDU-238?
Okay, you were outta time because altho “marijuana” is not “legalizing” you were smoking the baggies by-the-Day and never thought to help in the legalization processes, while Iraq was being “hydro-Carbon, polluted”, AS WELL AS NSDU-238 toxicity obliterated for removal to beyond the moon the next week—a small project involving only a month’s laborers pay? “R”
“the one real feel-good factor left in Iraq – depleted uranium… That it is left all over Iraq just shows how much we care, because DU is gorgeous stuff – gorgeous uranium-238 with a dash of gorgeous uranium-235. It’s cheap, if you’re subsidizing nuclear power to the hilt, and frankly we have whole slag heaps of it to dump. It’s almost twice as heavy as lead, so it’s great for armour plating, radiation shielding, ballast in missiles and aircraft counterweights… It’s splendid for shells and – better yet – it’s pyrophoric. Which is to say, if you bang it into anything, it produces blasting amounts of heat…War, naturally, involves many things banging into each other. If we’re not wasting our own troops by mistake, there’s always enemy action to consider, plus accidents and malfunctions – it’s not all shiny flight-suits and blasphemous profiteering: combat has it’s dark side, too… A few of you have heard that DU is toxic and radioactive, and maybe you’re fretting about that. With so many vehicles containing DU and so much DU ammunition rattling about and the possibilities of violence being fairly high, DU could be released into the environment and come into contact with people, even British people… And I won’t lie to you, there is a tiny chance that the tons of DU fired at and in Iraq may also have landed there. And some of it may have been slightly damaged on impact. But that’s no cause for concern, because measures are in place to deal absolutely effectively with every possible scenario.”
Our Gift to Iraq: Depleted Uranium by Al Kennedy July 10, 2003 http://www.commondreams.org/views03/0710-04.htm
7] The uses of peacefully adapted uses of DU is not the same factorable morass of autocratic-Prevalency that comes form Pentagons, lobbyists, some Congresspersons, since they’re into no-legal-Ends for the means of killing via NSDU-238. There is a world’s history found actually in western “war-as-History” parable that is the one ‘n oNLY “olde-Rome” utilized the war-Theory rhetoric for utilizing and wasting armies of peasants imprisoned in the cast system of caring for slaves and not becoming a freeman—while the populous sleeps their tax-Monies are wasted, but who are the slaves?
The olde-Rome won the geography, made the domain-of-Empire thru vicious attacks on Carthage, and upon the peoples who needed not the “Latin” tongue, they were interred to camps as slave-Earnors—another misnomer of astute “war-as-History” reckoning.
“According to Iraqi health statistics, the country’s recent increase in health problems has been concentrated in the same areas of the country that took the brunt of U.S. attacks: Baghdad, the southern port city of Basra, and the northern cities of Mosul and Kirkuk.
No similar problems are known to have occurred in Kuwait, where DU was also used, because such weapons were used mainly outside of population centers and because Kuwait carried out a comprehensive, well-funded postwar cleanup of spent munitions and combat wreckage.
Among children throughout Iraq, the number of cancer cases has risen five- fold since 1990, and congenital birth defects and leukemia have tripled, say government health officials. Overall cancer rates among all Iraqis have risen by 38 percent, the Iraqi government says.”
“Iraq has experienced a dramatic increase in child cancers, leukemia and birth defects in recent years. Wisam, Iraqi medical authorities and growing numbers of American activists cast blame on the U.S. weapons containing depleted uranium that were used in the 1991 Gulf War and in the 1998 missile attacks on Baghdad and other major cities. They also assert that such munitions — which were also used by U.S. forces in Bosnia, Kosovo and Serbia in far smaller quantities — may be a cause of Gulf War diseases, elusive maladies that have affected 50,000 to 80,000 U.S. veterans of the 1991 conflict.”
“Military experts regard DU as an almost magically effective material. DU is 1.7 times denser than lead, and when a weapon made with a DU tip or core strikes the side of a tank or bunker, it slices straight through and erupts in a burning radioactive cloud. In addition, armor made of DU appears to make tanks far less vulnerable on the battlefield.
During the Gulf War, U.S. airplanes and tanks fired off munitions containing 320 tons of DU.”

8] Where there is war there is said that the practice of corruption or graft carries “forward”. That in Iraqs three-Phases of un-Declared: wars, both was prevalent, because of Richard Cheney and george-Enron, double-Indemnity of cronyism was also respite of grief. The death to 1.2 millions of Iraq-Lands people, the displacement of 4.3 million to refugee and un-employed in the hone nation-State ubiquity arisen makes for not “reconstruction” as need, but so much more as psychological repatriations, and social-Amenities of stress-Disorder for them. Now, PTSD for returning veterans of national-Guard illegally doing duty! How does that faire when one knows wholeheartedly that the 140,000 mercenaries and private-Contractors get a heftier “fee” and medical beyond. Why not a comparison. But, then, the BAILoUT, and them tax-Monies and surfeit of giveaways while the sub-Prime could not prime a pump, let alone a monetary-System predicated upon “elitist-Tenditiousness”.
The $13 billion in cash flown to Baghdad in a 737 aero-Jet fully loaded w palletized shrink-Wrap hundred-dollar bills, whatever happened to the lack of accounts for accountability sake being reported, as these trials ensume the consciousness in yet another paradigm so exonerable that “cIAS torture-Rendition” and excesses of expense-Accounts for “officers” why not some assemblance toward “less-Anarchy”? The 2003 (fall) for payoffs to bring Sunni’s into arms disagreements w Shiite, well that was a durned crutch. Yet that crutch did not have healthcare backup, but for sure the losses had “insurance” backups! “R”
“…officials say that several criminal cases over the past few years point to widespread corruption in the operation the men helped to run. As part of the inquiry, the authorities are taking a fresh look at information given to them by Dale C. Stoffel, an American arms dealer and contractor who was killed in Iraq in late 2004…Before he was shot on a road north of Baghdad…according to government documents obtained by The New York Times and interviews with officials and Mr. Stoffel’s lawyer, John H. Quinn Jr. There is no evidence that his death was related to his allegations of corruption.
Prosecutors have won 35 convictions on cases related to reconstruction in Iraq, yet most of them involved private contractors or midlevel officials. The current inquiry is aiming at higher-level officials, according to investigators involved in the case, and is also trying to determine if there are connections between those officials and figures in the other cases. Although Colonel Bell and Colonel Hirtle were military officers, they worked in a civilian contracting office.
“These long-running investigations continue to mature and expand, embracing a wider array of potential suspects,” a federal investigator said.
The reconstruction effort, intended to improve services and convince Iraqis of American good will, largely managed to do neither. The wider investigation raises the question of whether American corruption was a primary factor in damaging an effort whose failures have been ascribed to poor planning and unforeseen violence.”
