That is correct and suspect of majoRitarian fecundry incumbent to becoming more than plastispheres in all waters of this planet, which is where we have been since 2009. “In the Wake of the Cold War

In the wake of the Cold War, the Central Asian region is not only strategic for its extensive oil reserves, it also produces three quarters of the World’s opium representing multibillion dollar revenues to business syndicates, financial institutions, intelligence agencies and organized crime. The annual proceeds of the Golden Crescent drug trade (between 100 and 200 billion dollars) represents approximately one third of the Worldwide annual turnover of narcotics, estimated by the United Nations to be of the order of $500 billion.[14]

With the disintegration of the Soviet Union, a new surge in opium production has unfolded. (According to UN estimates, the production of opium in Afghanistan in 1998-99 — coinciding with the build up of armed insurgencies in the former Soviet republics– reached a record high of 4600 metric tons.[15] Powerful business syndicates in the former Soviet Union allied with organized crime are competing for the strategic control over the heroin routes.

The ISI’s extensive intelligence military-network was not dismantled in the wake of the Cold War. The CIA continued to support the Islamic “jihad” out of Pakistan. New undercover initiatives were set in motion in Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Balkans. Pakistan’s military and intelligence apparatus essentially “served as a catalyst for the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the emergence of six new Muslim republics in Central Asia.”[16]

Meanwhile, Islamic missionaries of the Wahhabi sect from Saudi Arabia had established themselves in the Muslim republics as well as within the Russian federation encroaching upon the institutions of the secular State. Despite its anti-American ideology, Islamic fundamentalism was largely serving Washington’s strategic interests in the former Soviet Union.

Following the withdrawal of Soviet troops in 1989, the civil war in Afghanistan continued unabated. The Taliban were being supported by the Pakistani Deobandis and their political party the Jamiat-ul-Ulema-e-Islam (JUI). In 1993, JUI entered the government coalition of Prime Minister Benazzir Bhutto. Ties between JUI, the Army and ISI were established. In 1995, with the downfall of the Hezb-I-Islami Hektmatyar government in Kabul, the Taliban not only instated a hardline Islamic government, they also “handed control of training camps in Afghanistan over to JUI factions…”[17]

And the JUI with the support of the Saudi Wahhabi movements played a key role in recruiting volunteers to fight in the Balkans and the former Soviet Union.

Jane Defense Weekly confirms in this regard that “half of Taliban manpower and equipment originate[d] in Pakistan under the ISI”[18]

In fact, it would appear that following the Soviet withdrawal both sides in the Afghan civil war continued to receive covert support through Pakistan’s ISI.[19]

In other words, backed by Pakistan’s military intelligence (ISI) which in turn was controlled by the CIA, the Taliban Islamic State was largely serving American geopolitical interests. The Golden Crescent drug trade was also being used to finance and equip the Bosnian Muslim Army (starting in the early 1990s) and the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). In last few months there is evidence that Mujahideen mercenaries are fighting in the ranks of KLA-NLA terrorists in their assaults into Macedonia.

No doubt, this explains why Washington has closed its eyes on the reign of terror imposed by the Taliban including the blatant derogation of women’s rights, the closing down of schools for girls, the dismissal of women employees from government offices and the enforcement of “the Sharia laws of punishment”.[20]

The War in Chechnya

With regard to Chechnya, the main rebel leaders Shamil Basayev and Al Khattab were trained and indoctrinated in CIA sponsored camps in Afghanistan and Pakistan. According to Yossef Bodansky, director of the U.S. Congress’s Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare, the war in Chechnya had been planned during a secret summit of HizbAllah International held in 1996 in Mogadishu, Somalia. [21] The summit, was attended by Osama bin Laden and high-ranking Iranian and Pakistani intelligence officers. In this regard, the involvement of Pakistan’s ISI in Chechnya “goes far beyond supplying the Chechens with weapons and expertise: the ISI and its radical Islamic proxies are actually calling the shots in this war”. [22]

Russia’s main pipeline route transits through Chechnya and Dagestan. Despite Washington’s perfunctory condemnation of Islamic terrorism, the indirect beneficiaries of the Chechen war are the Anglo-American oil conglomerates which are vying for control over oil resources and pipeline corridors out of the Caspian Sea basin.

The two main Chechen rebel armies (respectively led by Commander Shamil Basayev and Emir Khattab) estimated at 35,000 strong were supported by Pakistan’s ISI, which also played a key role in organizing and training the Chechen rebel army:

[In 1994] the Pakistani Inter Services Intelligence arranged for Basayev and his trusted lieutenants to undergo intensive Islamic indoctrination and training in guerrilla warfare in the Khost province of Afghanistan at Amir Muawia camp, set up in the early 1980s by the CIA and ISI and run by famous Afghani warlord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar. In July 1994, upon graduating from Amir Muawia, Basayev was transferred to Markaz-i-Dawar camp in Pakistan to undergo training in advanced guerrilla tactics. In Pakistan, Basayev met the highest ranking Pakistani military and intelligence officers: Minister of Defense General Aftab Shahban Mirani, Minister of Interior General Naserullah Babar, and the head of the ISI branch in charge of supporting Islamic causes, General Javed Ashraf, (all now retired). High-level connections soon proved very useful to Basayev.[23]

Following his training and indoctrination stint, Basayev was assigned to lead the assault against Russian federal troops in the first Chechen war in 1995. His organization had also developed extensive links to criminal syndicates in Moscow as well as ties to Albanian organized crime and the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). In 1997-98, according to Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) “Chechen warlords started buying up real estate in Kosovo… through several real estate firms registered as a cover in Yugoslavia” [24]

Basayev’s organisation has also been involved in a number of rackets including narcotics, illegal tapping and sabotage of Russia’s oil pipelines, kidnapping, prostitution, trade in counterfeit dollars and the smuggling of nuclear materials (See Mafia linked to Albania’s collapsed pyramids, [25] Alongside the extensive laundering of drug money, the proceeds of various illicit activities have been funneled towards the recruitment of mercenaries and the purchase of weapons.

During his training in Afghanistan, Shamil Basayev linked up with Saudi born veteran Mujahideen Commander “Al Khattab” who had fought as a volunteer in Afghanistan. Barely a few months after Basayev’s return to Grozny, Khattab was invited (early 1995) to set up an army base in Chechnya for the training of Mujahideen fighters. According to the BBC, Khattab’s posting to Chechnya had been “arranged through the Saudi-Arabian based [International] Islamic Relief Organisation, a militant religious organisation, funded by mosques and rich individuals which channeled funds into Chechnya”.[26]

Concluding Remarks

Since the Cold War era, Washington has consciously supported Osama bin Laden, while at same time placing him on the FBI’s “most wanted list” as the World’s foremost terrorist.

While the Mujahideen are busy fighting America’s war in the Balkans and the former Soviet Union, the FBI –operating as a US based Police Force- is waging a domestic war against terrorism, operating in some respects independently of the CIA which has –since the Soviet-Afghan war– supported international terrorism through its covert operations.

In a cruel irony, while the Islamic jihad –featured by the Bush Adminstration as “a threat to America”– is blamed for the terrorist assaults on the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon, these same Islamic organisations constitute a key instrument of US military-intelligence operations in the Balkans and the former Soviet Union.

In the wake of the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, the truth must prevail to prevent the Bush Adminstration together with its NATO partners from embarking upon a military adventure which threatens the future of humanity.”[1]

When the Ecology gRoup was inside U.S.S.R. we had long since been from café’s and cafeterias–short-order hot meals. Getting into Chechnya, was not thRu Dagestan. We had heck of time finding language-tRanslatoR. The basics aside we found a rebel leader, and that was suRprise to me, as he asked peRtinent military questions, but I told to him “I am anti-NucleaRist: peace-Diplomat”. That was accepted by him, altho we could hear steadily, and from two-Directions, guns firing loudnesses. I dislike those affections of wArs, killings, and not planting tRees and oRganic foodstuff, instead. Such afflictions however, made me feel good, that he accepted my peace-Terms, as someone who he is he should not forget. The main-Battles of “the raw-Goons” afflictions against-Humanity were felt later i.e. after 1985 and 1986-87 (dRag-on wars).

I tried to configure how Muslims were in a Soviet Republic, but w wArs-always-ongoing studying their socialism or afflictions fRom Communism were not separated, but divided. “Although the bulk of the weapons and ammunition supplied to the Syrian rebels (including the FSA, Al Qaeda affiliated entities and ISIS-Daesh) are channelled by Turkey and Saudi Arabia, the US is also involved in the routine delivery (originating from third countries) of light weapons to the rebels including anti-tank and rocket launchers.

America’s weapons shipments to Syria’s rebels are commissioned by the Pentagon (and/or a US government agency) through several intermediaries via private weapons trading and shipping companies from the Black Sea port city of Constanta. None of these weapons under this de facto (unofficial) “US military aid” program are “Made in the USA”. These light weapons purchased in Eastern Europe and the Balkans in the illicit market are relatively inexpensive.

Moreover, Washington’s decision not to send US made weaponry to the rebels is meant to uphold the camouflage. No doubt, what Washington wants is to ensure that US and/or Western made weapons are not found in the hands of terrorists. As we recall, the White House narrative at the outset of the war in 2011 was: “humanitarian aid” to the rebels, coupled with “some military gear….[but no weapons]” (BBC, October 10, 2015)

US military aid to the rebels channeled (unofficially) through the illicit market, is routine and ongoing. In December 2015, a major US sponsored shipment of a staggering 995 tons of weapons was conducted in blatant violation of the ceasefire. According to Jane’s Defence Weekly, the U.S. “is providing [the weapons] to Syrian rebel groups as part of a programme that continues despite the widely respected ceasefire in that country [in December 2015].”

“According to Jane, the shipments of weapons on behalf of the US are entrusted

to private weapons traders and shipping companies:

“The FBO has released two solicitations in recent months [early 2015] looking for shipping companies to transport explosive material from Eastern Europe to the Jordanian port of Aqaba on behalf of the US Navy’s Military Sealift Command.” ( April 2016)

The shipments of weapons purchased and funded by the US are carefully coordinated, with deliveries to rebels in the North and South of Syria respectively. The weapons are shipped out of the Romanian Black Sea port of Constanta (December 2015):

1) First, to the Turkish Eastern Mediterranean facility of Agalar-Limani near

Tasucu in support of rebels in Northern Syria, to be smuggled into Syria with the

support of the Turkish authorities. (half the shipment unloaded)

2) The remainder of the shipment to the Jordanian Red Sea port of Aqaba (for rebels in Southern Syria) via the Suez canal. From Aqaba, the weapons would be smuggled into Syria through the Southern Syria-Jordanian border.

According to Jane, the cargo of light weaponry included AK-47 rifles, PKM general-purpose machine guns, DShK heavy machine guns, RPG-7 rocket launchers, and 9K111M Faktoria anti-tank guided weapon (ATGW) systems. It is worth noting that a large share of the RPG rocket launchers were slated for delivery to Northern Syria (see table below).

Also of significance, the Black Sea route to Syria has also been used to ship Ukrainian weapons to Al Qaeda and ISIS Daesh.”[2]

Do the Turkey’s people want the dictator-Tyrant to be like the lack-of-control and too much aggression from the olde-Turkey, when an empire? Why support another fascist-Dictator, is that soo important for off-Shore accounts by Oligarchs? Why is the polemic for empire’s-Invasions more important than defense and democRacy is Justice? “This past August, 2019, the United States withdrew from the landmark Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, the INF, as it has been known. It was an arms control treaty between the United States and the Soviet Union. US President Ronald Reagan and Soviet General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev signed the treaty on December 8,1987. It has held the lid on nuclear arms escalation all these years and now it’s essentially gone. It was an agreement that was unprecedented and eliminated all US and Russian missiles between the ranges of 500 to 5500 kilometers. The two countries destroyed a total of 2,692 ballistic and cruise missiles.

According to historians, the INF Treaty had enormous impact: It lowered the threat of nuclear war in Europe and paved the way for negotiations on tactical and chemical weapons. We have the INF to thank for the peaceful end of the Cold War and it became the cornerstone of Euro-Atlantic security in a time rife with extreme changes.

But now, 2020, “The proliferation of nuclear weapons in the world today is one of the most dangerous situations ever faced by humanity,” according to Gary Spanovich, Executive Director of the Wholistic Peace Institute.”[3]

Why not please stReet-People whether they be veteRans or junkiEs? Look forward and be very waRy? StReet people are very waRy, yet that is the reason they need a “spell”. This video-skitch, bRought home my being disabled, since 1973. Also helps me remind myself that I gave over 58 years of my Life to peace and anti-NucleaRism. My lack of hot-water in my stop in Rest Cabin, remains a haRdship, but profound memoRies help me aspire to 16-years of bloGs, now! Thieves do not get their way, they try to assuage that losing, ways weigh-ins being drunks, not having cancerstick-Money, is not poverty. Since when? Peace is not wArs. The illegal new-Rome empire’s invasionings are never for peace. Besides, I’ve personally met more stReet-People than authors that I “also admire”. So, what.

“Today the United States signaled to the world (again) that it does not respect international law, desire peace, nor does it recognize the hypocrisy put on full display by its actions. Perhaps more irresponsibly, and I would dare say with blatant dishonesty, the mainstream media does everything in its power to either obfuscate or frame the story so as to misinform its audience. The main stream media has once again shown that its intention is not to inform, but to pedal a narrative that is in the interests of the military industrial complex and the entrenched political elites that serve it.

…This was stated within the first paragraph. The author failed to mention that it was the United States that unilaterally abandoned the treaty. Russia only abandoned the treaty after the U.S. did, despite numerous Russian efforts to keep the treaty alive. Russia only abandoned the INF treaty when it became the only party to it, and treaties are quite pointless when they do not actually have more than one party as a signatory. Russia had in fact adhered to the restrictions imposed by the treaty, vague and unproven Pentagon leveled accusations aside.

Let’s be honest, both Russia and the United States have had the technology and the guided missile systems in service to field the intermediate range land-based missiles prohibited by the INF treaty. Both field such systems on their naval warships. The only thing that kept them from fielding such weapons was the INF treaty itself. Now that formal framework of prohibition is gone.

Now that we can acknowledge the fact that the INF Treaty no longer exists because the United States unilaterally abandoned it, let’s take a look at the missile that the U.S. military tested.

…So, the U.S. military launched a land-based version of a missile that has been in its inventory (in one variant or another) since 1983. The Tomahawk Land Attack Missile (TLAM) has been more widely used than any other U.S. cruise missile and in every major U.S. initiated conflict since the Gulf War. It was not prohibited by the INF treaty, because it was always based on U.S. Navy warships. Russia has pointed out (for decades) that the TLAM could very easily be adapted to land-based use. These concerns were met with U.S. denials and dismissed for decades. Well, Sunday’s test just gave credence to Russian concerns.

It is also important to point out that the U.S. officially abandoned the INF treaty on August 2nd. The U.S. then test fires a land-based intermediate range cruise missile on August 18th, a mere sixteen days later. Are we all to believe that the United States did not possess INF treaty prohibited missiles prior to August 2nd, and only developed and test fired one on Sunday? So the overly bureaucratic U.S. military weapons acquisition process and bloated and corrupt defense industry somehow put all this together in sixteen days? No folks, the Tomahawk LACM has always had the capability of being land based and could always be adapted to violate the INF treaty at short order. Armed UAVs in the U.S. inventory starting with the deployment of the first MQ-1 Predator in 1995, have all arguably been in violation of the INF treaty as well.

So despite a mountain of evidence and all logical arguments to the contrary, the Associated Press simply prints the false and delusional assertions of the Pentagon. How truly blessed we are in the United States to have such a free and unbiased press. Move along, nothing to see here.

The Trump administration has finally signaled beyond a shadow of a doubt that the U.S. military has always possessed weapons systems in violation of the INF treaty, and has the ability to field these weapons directly along Russia’s European borders. So, President Putin and the Russian MOD were in fact correct, their fears were always warranted. It may be a cold day in hell before any Russian leader, let alone a Chinese or North Korean one, ever makes the laughable mistake of signing a weapons prohibition treaty with the United States in the future.”[4]

Weapons are very costly, yet while no reparations for we-People not having “universal health-Medicare” does not aspire because the Bourgeoisie is always bought i.e. sides w “the empire’s system of technocrats for plutocRacy”. “Alessandro Manzoni, From The Betrothed (I promessi sposi)

This was the second year of the scarcity; in the preceding one, the provisions, remaining from past years, had supplied in some measure the deficiency, and we find the population neither altogether satisfied, nor yet starved; but certainly unprovided for in the year 1628, the period of our story. Now this harvest, so anxiously desired, was still more deficient than that of the past year, partly from the character of the season itself (and that not only in the Milanese but also in the surrounding country), and partly from the instrumentality of men. The havoc of the war, of which we have before made mention, had so devastated the state, that a greater number of farms than ordinary remained uncultivated and deserted by the peasants, who, instead of providing, by their labour, bread for their families, were obliged to beg it from door to door. We say a greater number of farms than ordinary, because the insupportable taxes, levied with a cupidity and folly unequalled; the habitual conduct, even in time of peace, of the standing troops (conduct which the mournful documents of the age compare to that of an invading army), and other causes which we cannot enumerate, had for some time slowly operated to produce these sad effects in all the Milanese, – the particular circumstances of which we now speak were, therefore, like the unexpected exasperation of a chronic disease. Hardly had this harvest been gathered, when the supplies for the army, and the waste which always accompanies them, caused an excessive scarcity, and with it its painful but profitable concomitant, a high price upon provisions…”[5]

The longer we anticipate nothing is going-On, the more morose the sitcom of tyRanny suRmounts what ought have been laws and lawful-Accountability. ““No, YOU’RE the bully!” is probably not what most people entering the United Nations would expect to hear in an official meeting. Not unless those people had spent the last few years participating in the UN’s disarmament machinery. Here, it has become fairly typical—though some might credibly argue that it is getting worse. For having only two days of substantive work last week, First Committee has already seen a lot of fire. Three of the nuclear-armed states have gone for each other’s jugulars, so to speak, while almost every other delegation participating so far has expressed alarm about the new arms race, rising tensions, rising military spending, and weakening arms control architecture. All of this is transpiring while people are on the streets of major cities around the world engaged in nonviolent direct action to demand governments declare a climate and ecological emergency, halt biodiversity loss, and cut greenhouse gas emissions. All of this transpiring while people living in conflict and violence around the world watch their lives, homes, and communities be destroyed by war profiteering and geopolitical war mongering.

So yeah, someone is a bully. Multiple someone’s. We know who they are. But we don’t come to the United Nations to call someone a bully. We come to talk, to work it out, to find another way to live together without killing each other. To build community, not burn it down.

But the United States seems intent to burn it all down. It has walked away from multiple multilateral and bilateral arms control and non-proliferation arrangements over the past few years. First Committee was stalled for two days last week because the US government apparently denied visas to the diplomats from certain countries, causing Russia and Iran to ask for the work of the Committee to be postponed on the basis that this is discrimination and manipulation of countries’ participation in the United Nations. Then, when work finally got underway after an agreement was reached to hold the general debate while efforts are made to resolve the visa issue, the United States issued a statement blasting Russia and China as “autocratic powers … determined to undermine the liberal democratic order established in the wake of the Second World War and upon which the United Nations was founded.” The US delegation called on all UN member states “from every region of the world that value the democratic way of life and share a sincere interest in further progress on disarmament” to “demand that Russia and China join the United States at the negotiating table in good faith, to initiate a new era of arms control for the sake of international peace and security.”

In turn, China said the US remarks were “replete with jaundiced ideological bias and anachronistic sentiments.” It said the international community “[bares] collective witness to the US perversities in international affairs, in defiance of norms and reason.” Russia, meanwhile, said it and China are on their “best behaviour,” in full compliance with international law and norms, while the world witnesses the United States “deliberately dismantling the system of arms control agreements developed for decades, that it now believes to be unacceptably limiting in terms of its capabilities to project and use force.”

The space allowed for this editorial does not permit a thorough accounting of the ways in which all of these statements are direly hypocritical when applied against these governments’ own behaviour. What’s important for First Committee and for disarmament is the fundamental problem that these statements illuminate. It’s something the Prime Minister of Malaysia touched upon in his remarks to the UN General Assembly last month: “Almost three quarters of a century ago five countries claimed victory in the Second World War, he said. “On the basis of that victory they insisted on the right practically to rule the world. And so, they gave themselves veto powers over the rest of the world in the organisation they built—an organisation they claim would end wars in the solution of conflicts.” That veto power allows each of them to “negate the wishes of the nearly 200 other members. It is totally and absolutely undemocratic. Yet, there are among them those who berate other countries of the world for not being democratic or being not democratic enough.” Furthermore, “that very power has resulted in an arms race. Each one of the five rely on their military might in order to challenge any attempt to take their power away.” The Malaysian Prime Minister identified this as the key structural impediment that renders the United Nations “incapable of achieving its principle objectives—that of preventing wars between nations. Indeed, the structure enabled the promotion of war within countries and between countries.”…”[6]

Should we allow a power-Elite to cause havoc against us, the we-People, or should we just beome more and further, bought-Off? Are the “empire-Invasions” good banking agreements or gReat fascist-Accords”? Does Ionizing and non-Ionizing conventional and Informational weapons (huh) could be used, yet the past seven-times el pResidente’s do not say why or for whatever purpose, accord the logical “democRacy” has stronger than money thrown into a pay-off account, nor that would pollute and contaminate to whatever-ends: specifically. This abidance seeking-pRotections for the world’s people is at least, on par, level w at-tempts to have daily “reports” on every 4-hours of chemicals “parts per million and parts per thousand. Is the United Nations stRong enough to suppoRt almost all non-Fascist nations. Unfortunately, the United States does not yet qualify, as continuously amalgamating “support” w.o. use of cIAS and other states devaluation. Treaties of non-Use: nuclear-Molecular, weapons i.e. not merely thermo-Nuclears, but all THREE nuclear-Moleculars.

There is also the dementia and dimensions of “nucleaR-ElectRicity”.. The question remains, should the we-People have to “finanically-Support those 99-NPP’s” or allow them to be neglected fRont row degerate-coRpoRations, on the merits of living from expenses? Of course the answer is yes, altho the 4-times NPP’s of Illinois supported Ohh-bom-bah, and he turned against “whistleblowers” because that was his fascist-Schema to do such i.e. disobey the US-constitution yet again. This stat is to not stRay form arrests of perpetrators, insiders, and outsiders of September 11th 2001, especially, since strontium-90 winds for chem-tRails was already being dumped for 3-years by that timeline. Thus, one stat makes for one negative and one positive anointment to understand what corresponds as issue and what negates pRemise for positive-Re-enforcement of not tyRanny. This is the easy and partially “cybernetic-RestRaint” from anarchism as the el pResidente’s are yet anaRchyist and not abiding by all three-National, laws. “The internet, GPS, voice recognition programs like Siri – many of the technologies that we use today were developed with national security in mind. These inventions and many others began as projects of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Defense Department’s secretive military research agency. For more than fifty years, DARPA has held to a singular and enduring mission: to make pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security. The genesis of that mission and of DARPA itself dates to the Cold War and the launch of Sputnik in 1957, and a commitment by the United States that it would be the initiator and not the victim of strategic technological surprises. Working with innovators inside and outside of government, DARPA has repeatedly delivered on that mission, transforming revolutionary concepts and even seeming impossibilities into practical capabilities. The ultimate results have included not only game-changing military capabilities such as precision weapons and stealth technology, but also major innovations in modern civilian society.

How do they do it? What makes this military organization such fertile ground for invention? What technologies with useful daily applications have failed to enter into civilian use? Can Silicon Valley learn from DARPA, or vice versa? Drawing on extensive interviews, declassified memos and inside sources, investigative journalist Annie Jacobsen will share insights into this top-secret organization.[7]

“Scientists announced today that pesticide use on rice fields led to the collapse of a nearby fishery in Lake Shinji, Japan, according to a new study published in the journal Science.

The long-term study seems to have borne out the prophecy of Rachel Carson’s seminal 1962 book Silent Spring, in which the author describes the nefarious trickle down effects of chemical pesticides that could “still the leaping of fish.” While it is impossible to say that the use of pesticides caused the collapse of the fishery, the correlation is extremely strong.

The researchers looked at the degradation of the food chain around rice paddies after the introduction of the pesticide neonicotinoids in 1993 in Japan. The study showed an immediate decline in insect and plankton populations in Lake Shinji after the pesticide was sprayed in nearby rice fields, as The Guardian reported.

The decline in insects and plankton then led to the collapse of eel and smelt populations, which rely on the tiny insects for food. The scientists looked at other possible causes for the collapse of the smelt and eel fisheries, but those were all ruled out. The scientists say there is “compelling evidence” that neonicotinoids are the culprit, as The Guardian reported.

The pesticide has previously been linked to declines in pollinator populations. Researchers have found that it lowers the sperm count of bees and shortens their lifespan, as EcoWatch reported. Its role in colony collapse disorder and in declining butterfly populations caused the European Union to ban the world’s most popular insecticide for all outdoor use in 2018, as Reuters reported.

Previous studies have also linked ripple effects of the pesticide’s application to cause collapses of mayflies, dragonflies and snails. A Dutch study found that bird populations declined where the insecticide was sprayed. In that case, the absence of swallows, starlings and tree sparrows does not mean they were dying, but possibly moved to riper feeding grounds.

By contrast, the study is the first time a potential link has been shown between the insecticide and its effect on other animals, including vertebrates, according to a press release from the American Association for The Advancement of Science.

The year that the insecticide was first applied, 1993, coincided with an 83 percent decrease in the average amount of springtime plankton. A year later, the smelt harvest collapsed from 240 tons per year to just 22 tons in a single year, according to the study. Additionally, the midge, Chironomus plumosus, which smelt also feed on, was one of the worst affected bugs. It vanished completely from all 39 locations sampled in 2016, despite being abundant in 1982.

The researchers noted that Rachel Carson’s book was prophetic. In their paper,

The Guardian reported, the Japanese researchers said how “she wrote: ‘These sprays, dusts and aerosols are now applied almost universally to farms, gardens, forests and homes – nonselective chemicals that have the power to kill every insect, the ‘good’ and the ‘bad’, to still the song of birds and the leaping of fish in the streams.’ The ecological and economic impact of neonicotinoids on the inland waters of Japan confirms Carson’s prophecy.”

“This disruption likely also occurs elsewhere, as neonicotinoids are currently the most widely used class of insecticides globally,” worth more than $3 billion per year, they said, as The Guardian reported.

The German company Bayer is the world’s largest producer of neonicotinoids.

“The annihilation of humble flies and the knock on effects on fish serve as further testament to the dreadful folly of neonicotinoids,” said Matt Shardlow, from the charity Buglife, to The Guardian. “Let’s hope this is a wake-up call for Asian countries and they move to quickly ban the chemicals from paddyfields.”…”[9]

“It’s become near-consensus on the social democratic left that you can fund a decent welfare state by taxing the rich and shrinking the military. Sad to say that isn’t true. Those are good things in themselves, and you could pay for some excellent things with that agenda, but it would still be well short of actual social democracy.

I’m defining social democracy as a large and robust welfare state that socializes a lot of consumption through taxation and spending, compressing the income distribution, reducing poverty sharply, capping the political power of the rich, insulating people from the risks of sickness and unemployment, and educating people at low cost, all structured to reduce racial, gender, and other inequalities. It’s not the end of capitalism, but it’s a lot bigger than Medicare for All and free college, as badly as we need both those things tomorrow.

We’re sure not spending much on human uplift now. As the first graph below shows, the US spends less and taxes even less than other rich countries. In 2017 (the vintage of most of these stats), the US government at all levels (aka general government in fiscal jargon) took in 34% of GDP in taxes and spent 38%. Australia spent somewhat less and taxed somewhat more, but otherwise the US figures are the lowest of the bunch.

The three countries who are labeled “Scand” in these graphs – Denmark, Norway, and Sweden – spend an average of 50% of GDP and take in 53%. None is very far from those averages, which are 12 and 19 points above US levels respectively. The US lags the averages of the entire OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development), the Paris-based think tank of, by, and for the richer countries (and the source of all these stats), by 4 points on spending and 8 points on revenue.

Some on the left suggest that we could also borrow more, but we’re already doing a lot of that, and to little good effect. Our budget deficit, over 4% of GDP, is the largest of any of the countries shown. It’s nine times the OECD average. The Scandinavians run a surplus, though Norway’s oil gusher distorts that average. Sweden and Denmark run surpluses over 1% of GDP. Australia and Canada run small deficits; Germany, a small surplus. If you listen to some of our more fervent populists and MMTers, to whom deficits are essential for economic health, you’d think these countries would be in a deep slump, but they’re not. And all have lower poverty rates and less inequality than the United States.

If you take out interest payments to get what’s known as the primary balance, the US had the largest deficit of any country but France. But you can’t take out interest payments – they can be big. They’re 3.4% of GDP for the US, three times the cost of Bernie Sanders’s free college scheme. That’s just a bit less than Italy, which has a far larger debt relative to its economy. (See top left graph of “spending shares,” a few paragraphs down.) Taking money from the mass of taxpayers and handing it over to mostly rich bondholders is a perverse use of state power.

Deficits accumulate into debt over time. As the graph below shows, while the US debt burden is above the OECD average, it trails debt champs Italy and Japan. Australian and Scandinavian debt levels are low. Surprisingly, though, the effective interest rate (computed as the interest/GDP ratio divided by the debt/GDP ratio) paid by the US – the cornerstone of global capitalism whose government debt it the world’s benchmark – is twice the OECD average, and higher than Italy, a country not known for fiscal righteousness. But when you remember that junk bonds helped put Donald Trump where he is today, it begins to make sense. We’re not the sterling credit we used to be.

And cutting interest interest payments and radically shrinking the military and “criminal justice” system, which are minima for a better society, still wouldn’t change the public sector’s share of GDP, only redeploy it. Increasing that share would be essential to a serious social democratic program.

Surprisingly, the US spends a lot on health – more than any other country in the graph. More on all this in the near future, but it’s a reminder that public spending on health in the US is already enormous, and comes nowhere near covering everyone. Grafted on top of that public finance system – mainly Medicare and Medicaid – is an enormously wasteful private system that isn’t captured in these stats. That could be euthanized, its cash flows repurposed into a universal public system.”[10]

“The Bolivian President in exile said that the just coup aims to establish a state

of siege in the face of constant protests calling for the respect of democracy.

The Bolivian President in exile, Evo Morales, said on Monday that the de facto

government established in his nation is preparing for a state of siege to contain the protests against the coup.

“After massacreing 24 indigenous people, they now preparing for a State of

Siege. It would be the confirmation that instead of respecting democracy, they

installed a dictatorship,” the Bolivian leader said via his Twitter account.

He also repudiated that the de facto government does not seek the pacification of the country and, instead, order the “defamation and repression” of those who demand respect for democracy.

When presenting his resignation, Morales asked the opposition to cease the violence generated against the indigenous people and followers of the Movement to Socialism (MAS), a government party. However, since then the persecution and aggressions against him have increased.

Human rights defenders repudiate repression against peaceful demonstrations that demand the resignation of Senator Jeanine Áñez, self-proclaimed interim president.

The marchistas reject the coup d’etat and the grievances against the natives committed by the coup plotters, such as the burning of the wiphala, ancestral flag of the original peoples.

A little more than a week after the coup d’etat was consummated, the demonstrations in Bolivia continue, while the performance of the military and police forces intensified.”[11]

“The interim government has already shown it is willing to use force to exert its will over the people, thousands of whom have taken to the streets to demand the safe return of Morales, who fled to Mexico in fear of his life after losing the support of Bolivia’s military. Security forces opened fire on protesters in Cochabamba on Friday, killing at least nine and injuring scores more – just a day after self-declared interim President Jeanine Anez exempted them from criminal prosecution.

Footage of the carnage triggered international condemnation, while Morales personally pleaded with security forces to “stop the massacre.” Protesters could be heard begging for media coverage in some of the videos, suggesting the interim government’s warnings have already had a chilling effect on the press.

The interim government’s heavy-handed crackdown on nonviolent protest, along with its designation of leftist politicians and journalists as subversives, has evoked fears it will follow in the footsteps of Latin American coup regimes past, many of which were not-so-secretly backed by the US. Military juntas in Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay “disappeared” or otherwise massacred thousands of left-wing activists, union leaders, and politicians in the latter half of the 20th century over the course of the US’ ‘Operation Condor’.

Journalist Ben Norton likened the “far-right coup regime” to a “Pinochet-style dictatorship,” warning it was becoming “more authoritarian and murderous by the day.” Author Naomi Klein, who wrote about the Operation Condor juntas in detail in her book ‘Shock Doctrine’, declared “Bolivia is living through a violent, regressive, completely undemocratic power grab,” and urged nations to “sever relations with this illegal regime.”  Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein pondered “which US-backed coup will be the model for Bolivia?” recalling the Washington-assisted devastation of Chile, Guatemala, Honduras, and Haiti.

Formerly an opposition senator, Anez declared herself interim president last week in absence of the requisite quorum of lawmakers, and MAS politicians loyal to Morales have refused to legitimize her leadership – nor have they technically accepted Morales’ resignation. MAS still has a two-thirds majority in Congress. The interim government, however, has wasted no time in severing diplomatic relationships, kicking Venezuelan diplomats and some 700 Cuban doctors out of the country for allegedly fomenting dissent against the right-wing regime. Bolivia has withdrawn from ALBA, the leftist regional alliance with Cuba and Venezuela, and recalled most of its ambassadors.”[12]

Thus, we-Humanity of military-Lacking: scientific “public-Evaluationing” can develop pTSD or can become DIA, or Homeland intel-Gence, a sus oRdines. Like, atmospherics were enterprised for D.E.W. in 1991, some state wholly at Oak Ridge and stonybRook. The superlatives of D.E.W. is what we’re introspecting, now. This tRuly, in fact and in analysis, is a “defense beats all others excoRiation” says who: catharsis! Wherefore we must start w CME’s and EMF’s, order of why the Ionisphere is being tampered and introduces “ozone-Holes” which forwards depletion. What I’ve been stating since 1958, 11-years old, is that “defense is the system, not the hyper-Paralysis of “not having a Defense” where all can participate and learn from acknowledgement, and therefore be supportive of a military that is pRacticed, pRepaRed, and not penurious is, the tRuth path and ought that relate as task. Weld, let’s bRoaden that narrowness. Whether this was true after “uranium-238 nuclear-Molecular: invasions” comparatively, remains that defense is yet Defense, not aggRessoR-Invasionings. In other words, the US dept-of-Offense has never been a “defense-Structure. And again, whether this fact remains not “staid’ because of September 11th 2001, when all sides were capitalist-Totalitarians, complements Nowheresville is not Defense.

Secondarily, whether that is true, after all, since 1991 was also year of anointed D.E.W. inclusioning. What does this abjecting-Inclusion: duality, demean? Like, did somebody happenstance one factual correlative and another, a group happenstance a new-Direction? More than likely both, because dept-of-Offense is defended by NSA, literally. Did the neo-Con’s pRove Nowheresville or masse` murdeRing is gReat calamity, not gReat fun? The above quote, however, is yet military and almighty “power-to-Humankind” but quasi-Thinking–-because military is not rhetoric so much as exclusive honing on routine and strengthening the human-Anatomy. Today? Yes and no. Today artificial-Limbs will have to become moreso, an “aRtificial-Intelligence” some humanoid cellular accoutRements, fast-gRowing, but not pulsing offensive-Aggression-of sorts. Weld, where is the reproof has not been viable? No. The U.S. Constitution is always viable, the Bill of Rights is always viable, the Universal Declaration is always viable. Lawfully, butt-holds. But, then, that is not what may have corresponded to “direction w angst”.           “R”

“Expounding on the rise of Hindutva fascism in India, an article in The Nation details the depradations that the Hindutva forces have executed, with impunity, under Modi’s reign.

. . . . Thakur, like Modi, is a proponent of a far-right militant ideology called Hindutva, which was invented in the 1920s by an all-male vigilante group called the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Its founders corresponded with Adolf Hitler and met with Benito Mussolini in 1929 to model their party along fascist lines. A member of the group assassinated Mahatma Gandhi in 1948. . . . Modi has . . .  shifted his rhetoric from fighting corruption to generating hate. . . Under Modi, India hit its highest rate of unemployment in 45 years. . . . A massive student and farmers movement grew, and Modi’s government retaliated. Students and professors were falsely arrested, the press was muzzled, and members of the opposition were charged with corruption. One journalist, two writers, and a dissenting judge were killed. . . . . The lawyer representing the family of an 8‑year-old Muslim girl, who was allegedly raped by the caretaker of a Hindu temple, was forced to withdraw after repeated threats and intimidation by BJP leaders. The father of a 17-year-old Dalit girl who says a BJP leader raped her was arrested on false charges and died mysteriously in a police station. . . . the simple truth: Modi is laying the foundation of a fascist Hindutva state, one which was first envisioned by the founders of the RSS. . . . For democratically minded Indians, the stakes couldn’t be higher. On one side is the legacy of Gandhi and on the other is literally the legacy of those who assassinated Gandhi. . . .”[13]

“They pledged to do it, and they did – Bolivian feudal lords, mass media magnates and other treasonous “elites” – they overthrew the government, broke hope and interrupted an extremely successful socialist process in what was once one of the poorest countries in South America.

One day, they will be cursed by their own nation. One day they will stand trial for sedition. One day, they will have to reveal who trained them, who employed them, who turned them into spineless beasts. One day! Hopefully soon.

But now, Evo Morales, legitimate President of Bolivia, elected again and again by his people, is leaving his beloved country. He is crossing the Andes, flying far, to fraternal Mexico, which extended her beautiful hand, and offered him political asylum.

This is now. The striking streets of La Paz are covered by smoke, full of soldiers, stained with blood. People are disappearing. They are being detained, beaten, and tortured. Photos of indigenous men and women, kneeling, facing walls, hands tied behind their backs, are beginning to circulate on social media.

El Alto, until recently a place of hope, with its playgrounds for children and elegant cable cars connecting the once dirt-poor communities, is now beginning to lose its native sons and daughters. Battles are raging. People are charging against the oppressors, carrying flags, dying.

A civil war, or more precisely, a war for the survival of socialism, a war against imperialism, for social justice, for indigenous people. A war against racism. A war for Bolivia, for its tremendous pre-colonial culture, for life; life as it is being perceived in the Andes, or deep in the South American rainforest, not as it is seen in Paris, Washington or Madrid.

The legacy of Evo Morales is tangible, and simple to understand.

During almost 14 years in power, all the social indicators of Bolivia went sky-high. Millions were pulled out of poverty. Millions have been benefiting from free medical care, free education, subsidized housing, improved infrastructure, a relatively high minimum wage, but also, from pride that was given back to the indigenous population, which forms the majority in this historically feudal country governed by corrupt, ruthless ‘elites’ – descendants of Spanish conquistadors and European ‘gold-diggers’.

Evo Morales made the Aymara and Quechua languages official, on par with Spanish. He made people who communicate in these languages, equal to those who use the tongue of the conquerors. He elevated the great indigenous culture high, to where it belongs – making it the symbol of Bolivia, and of the entire region.

Gone was the Christian cross-kissing (look at the crosses reappearing again, all around the oh so European-looking Jeanine Añez who has grabbed power, ‘temporarily’ but still thoroughly illegally). Instead, Evo used to travel, at least once a year, to Tiwanaku, “the capital of the powerful pre-Hispanic empire that dominated a large area of the southern Andes and beyond, reached its apogee between 500 and 900 AD”, according to UNESCO. That is where he used to search for spiritual peace. That is where his identity came from.

Gone was the veneration of the Western colonialist and imperialist culture, of savage capitalism.

This was a new world, with ancient, deep roots. This is where South America has been regrouping. Here, and in Correa’s Ecuador, before Correa and his beliefs were purged and ousted by the treacherous Moreno.

And what is more: before the coup, Bolivia was not suffering from economic downfall; it was doing well, extremely well. It was growing, stable, reliable, confident.

Even the owners of big Bolivian companies, if they were to care one bit for Bolivia and its people, had countless reasons to rejoice.

But the Bolivian business community, as in so many other Latin American countries, is obsessed with the one and only ‘indicator’: “how much higher, how much above the average citizens it can get”. This is the old mentality of the colonialists; a feudal, fascist mentality.

… There is absolutely no way to reason with these people. They cannot be appeased, only crushed; defeated. In Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador or in Bolivia. They are like rats, like disease, proverbial symbols of fascism as in the novel The Plague, written by Albert Camus. They can hide, but they never fully disappear. They are always ready to invade, with zero notice, some happy city.”[14]

“Human Rights Watch (HRW) released a report on Wednesday titled “Deported to Danger: United States Deportation Policies Expose Salvadorans to Death and Abuse,” which found 138 cases of deported Salvadorans who were killed upon return to their country of birth between 2013 and 2019.

The report, which interviewed over 150 people over a one-and-a-half-year period additionally identified 70 other deportees who were beaten, sexually assaulted, extorted or tortured. These cases were collected largely from incidents that were previously reported in the media, meaning that the total number of deportees who were subsequently killed is likely much greater.

Those interviewed by HRW include a former Salvadoran policewoman who fled to the US after being threatened by gangs and was murdered several years after her deportation, a father of three who had lived in the US for several years and was shot dead two weeks after returning to El Salvador, a woman who fled sexual violence from a gang member and who was repeatedly raped by the same man upon her return, and two brothers who were accused by police of belonging to a gang and who were beaten for days in a police barracks without charge. Such is the brutality Central American refugees are fleeing from and cruelly forced to return to.

Many of those killed, including a number who were killed in the course of the study, chose to remain in El Salvador fearing that leaving the country or even their hometown would be enough to endanger them, their family or their friends. A number of others who stayed in the country nonetheless left their home and live in hiding.

Nearly everyone interviewed said that they were fleeing violence from police, gangs or government death squads, the lines between which are often blurry. The report notes that the current national police director is under investigation for threats and links to drug trafficking and, referring to the state sponsored death squads, “extermination groups.”

Police violence is as rampant as it is egregious in El Salvador. According to the HRW report, “in 2019 the governmental Ombudsperson for the Defense of Human Rights in El Salvador (PDDH) reported that it had examined killings of 28 boys, 7 women, and 81 men… In 70 percent, [of the cases] witnesses said victims were unarmed. In 37 percent, witnesses saw police move the body or place or hide evidence. In 30 percent, PDDH concluded that the body showed signs of torture, including sexual assault.”

Originating in the Salvadoran Civil War, the Salvadoran “extermination groups” were used primarily against left-wing militants and continue to operate today. They are reported to either dress in all black or as police officers by those the HRW spoke to. According to the report, “Experts have shown that during and after the civil war, [they] were deeply rooted in the country’s security forces.”

The growing attacks on migrants is an international phenomenon in which no government is innocent. With Mexico’s acceptance of and cooperation with the “Remain in Mexico” policy, it is complicit in the crimes of the Trump administration. By knowingly deporting immigrants back to a country where they would face persecution and violence, let alone whipping up nationalism and xenophobia, the Trump administration has flouted the legal principle of non-refoulement and violated both international and national law.

There is a double lie in the Trump administration’s fascistic treatment of immigrants. While Trump utilizes dehumanizing rhetoric to slander and scapegoat immigrants, calling them everything from “rapists” to “insects,” the US has directly and indirectly supported the most violent and right-wing forces in Central America who are largely responsible for the refugee crisis to begin with. The legacy of US imperialism’s atrocities in Central America is precisely what created the conditions that are driving millions to abandon their homes and depart on a treacherous journey to an unknown country.

In the course of the Salvadoran Civil War, the Salvadoran army’s Atlacatl Battalion carried out a massacre of some 800 civilians, the majority of whom were children, in the rural town of El Mozote in 1981. The Atlacatl Battalion was created by the US Army’s School of the Americas and even received training at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. US Special Forces advisors operated with the unit in El Salvador, and, according to some accounts, were present during the December 1981 massacre. The El Mozote massacre was only the most infamous of that war. An estimated total of 75,000 were killed by such forces.

Neither the Democrats nor the Republicans are concerned about the peril facing deportees. While the terror directed towards immigrants in the US has substantially grown under Trump, the Obama administration broke records by deporting more immigrants than all 20th-century presidents combined.

The Obama administration also played a key role in the 2009 coup in Honduras. Despite international condemnation, the US refused to acknowledge what had happened as a military coup, allowing trade and financial aid to continue to Honduras. Mirroring the conditions in El Salvador, the country has since seen a poverty rate of around 70 percent, one of the highest murder rates in the world, the domination of the military and powerful gangs, and an outpouring of refugees.”[15]

Who needs “the gotta-Have massive masse` impoverishment”? Is there not a better antenna that produces not supporting other fascist-Regimes? Why is there a need for poverty, rather than replenishment thru hands-On, and no military-Armaments , shipped and tRaining supplied so that coRpoRate-Sleaze water can be taken from the we-People that need to pRoduce food, veggies of oRganics galore? Is the 4G not enough to provide oRganic-Foodstuffs for all americans wo. Harming lil-Ole, Honduras? The 5G is anathema, and basically unnecessary. Those currents of electrons are so enteRpRised as to be or to become useful, for defense, but you and I and most others will be interconnected w.o. the basics of change. What then is change?

The partial list will start w the theoretical sidelight that high-wires do not contaminate, while those obviously characterize not been tested that much. In other words, reduce the not coated wires to more uprights or removal of those high-Towers, and add coated, protective layering. Then, do allow LNG for locomotives before invading another fookeRville-Indemnity of devalued nation-States. Put L.N.G. together w hydrogen and the by-Product is water. Drinkable, period. Reforest every arable-spot in the 50-states of new-Rome. The making of 4G is merely being furthered, thru amalgamating voraciously more prevalent antenna-Towers each of which will give-Off umpteen, more-times microwave-Radiation. The hospitals need to establish retail-Correlatives of nursing and tReatment altho centers seem to be doing that best, because pRofessionals must pRactice.       “R”

“…a far more sinister side to 5G that is being driven by a weapons-grade millimeter wave radiation that remains hidden from the American public as all the basic 5G components (especially the AIs and Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) are totally dependent on the electro magnetic Spectrum. What is new to the American public is 5Gs connection with the menacing MK Ultra and Dews as examples of the nefarious radio frequency weapons which were in experimental stages since at least 1985.  All of the US radio frequency projects have been based on Nikola Tesla’s research utilizing an abundant supply of free wireless energy on the EM Spectrum.   In other words, 5G’s speedier mode is the window dressing in order to expand its current stock and expedite a new generation of sophisticated radio frequency weapons, presumably for interstellar military application.

It was Tesla’s famed Coil which provided the first awareness of an unlimited potent source of energy that exists within the radio frequency range of the Spectrum and that that energy could be utilized to create radio frequency weapons. In 1934, Tesla revealed the first particle beam projector that he referred to as the ‘peace ray’, a defensive weapon generating an intense targeted beam of energy to take down any enemy airplane.   Today those weapons are known as Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) and MK Ultra, all of which rely on electro magnetic waves.

Since 5G is dependent on the electro magnetic Spectrum for functioning and as details of 5G’s more comprehensive agenda eke out, the need for a particular radio frequency is indicative of 5G’s most essential priorities.  As the Spectrum is broken into bands, each bandwidth and its physical characteristics differentiate the low and mid band from the higher, more specialized millimeter band.  It is the specific location on the Spectrum that makes each band suitable for a different purpose as they move up the scale of radio frequency.

For instance, 4G networks use frequencies below 6 GHz while 5G will use extremely high wave frequencies from 24 GHz and up to 90 GHz known as millimeter wave bands with some predictions up to the 300 GHz range.  The millimeter bands are required for the Massive Internet of Things (MIOT), Artificial Intelligence and Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs), all of which require the highest end of the Spectrum scale which also represents increasingly higher levels of radiation exposure.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has already held two auctions in the 24 GHz– 28 GHz range with Auction 102 in the 24 GHz range arousing much controversy regarding the deleterious effects on NASA and NOAA’s weather prediction and forecasting ability.  Auction 103 (37 GHz, 39 GHz and 47 GHz) is scheduled for December, 2019 as the largest amount of Spectrum ever auctioned.  All three auctions will utilize the millimeter band of Spectrum thereby allowing for accelerated development of those 5G specialized elements previously mentioned.

The Same Frequencies Used for Pain-Inflicting Crowd Control Weapons Form the Foundation of the Network That Will Tie Together More Than 50 Billion Devices as Part of the Internet of Things

It is only a demented mind that can conceive of an experimental, dangerous technology like 5G with no independent safety or health analysis that threatens the biosphere and all its living creatures. Instead the public is being presented with a new era of useless, high tech harmful gadgetry as the end product from a generation of crazed scientists and feeble politicians who have lost their grip on reality.

With a pervasive radio frequency and electromagnetic radiation defined as progress, inanimate objects like artificial intelligence are deliberately confused with humanity as if trans-human robots offer a new paradigm of deep evolutionary consciousness.

In what now seems like an eerily prescient documentary, a 1985 CNN Special Report on “Electromagnetic Frequency Weapons,” described the state of  US military experiments on DEWs and mind control weaponry utilizing the electro magnetic field.”[16]

So much of communications is run from electronic-Currents. Those high-wired suspension cables give-off contaminations from 60-75-90, 110 feel up-there. The EMF coupled to machine-Directing: currents are those weapons that have been causing specific-Displacement fires, as well as Hurricanes, as well as earthquakes., as well as movements of clouds w.i. was is now no-Longer: weather-systems. The weapons, cannot yet redirect-Currents, as they, the plutocRAcy: deep-State wants the fascist-System to have weather to kill others, just as they’ve done in Iraq, as they’ve done in Afghanistan. Thus, what many of us have termed, especially the we-Boomers, who in 1968-70 discussed what parables of power would be misconstRued, as well as, misused purposefully for destRuction, w.o. reason for any, but monetary-Financial: gain. That has hardwired the extinction-Level: events. Those studies were not really for amusement but for ignomancy, order of how to keep “neglect” alive. In other words, those Oligarchs and fascist-Corporatists, seem to have no idea of what “defense is useful” let alone for any but the gReedy-Ilk.             “R”

Bio-sketch (2-27-16)…

I started into believing that I would be able to show my data and my photogRapHics in 1996. By 1998 I was learning computers would gain ascendant methods thru technics of programming for a future connected to data and information. That was nuclear-Molecular finding(s) to share and my personal-Activism w first account specifics and engendering(s).

As cameras went 'digital-Tech' I fond that editing was also to follow in 2004. Then, in 2005 my first digital camera had replaced usage(s) of s.l.r. 35 mm's. I have no mercy nor pity for the thieves who have stolen my hard werk, as anxiety of what I allowed was mid-stReam--anyway! Those asshole-Pukes have cost me $1,000's on a fixed income and I remain single, sole-Survivor of two-Families w.o. offspring!
