Is there no wondeRful-Gal for ‘peace’ who may have need to contact this anti-wArs, blogger? Who is correctly not bemused by maintaining her own inclusions for study of daily-weekly-monthly attributes of anti-NucleaRism, which this country has never qite become pervasive? And whatever-gRoup was the discussion on terrorist Gaudi’s, Mossad and us-terrorist insiders for monies by fanatic-penataGooons, when steel-Buildings in MY-city were pulverized by “nucleaR-Molecular: weaponizationings, would be discussed ad infinitum, as well as arms sold to those, the diabolical-ExtRemists via ex-Mossad. Syria, in the ninth-year of perversions by a multiple of countries i.e. u.s.a., Israels, Turkey, fRance, UK, Gaudis, for now, all inhospitable, leaving me, for more discussions on power-mongering via “the new-Rome of plutocRacy”. Why do I state this obvious commodious’ affectation of u.s.a. afflictions by politicians, judges, Hegemonyites? Easy answer, because we all must pRactice democRacy in the formulative mannerism best known to each of us.

Me, could she want just this guy, peace activist! Is peace that long a word does which does always need a trophy, like one-tReaty for emphasis, or to be perpetrated for no chance that change will happen, because? Why because, if not that ”the new-Rome of Plutocracy” wants to boast that being on-the-moon, was merely another “military-Post”? Who will grow and gather their foodstuffs? Now, that aluminum-Oxide needs to become “oRM-D: per se, gassed” we are already suffering incognizance by Ionizationings. This is not the instant-Paranoia of word-teRms hep, and cool-Daddio, 1955-1966 ‘the decade that never was’! Apologizing for displacing millions of persons from their home and killing other millions will not repatriate the U.S tReasury, which continues to be ravaged, and is bonded to leaving us w.o. oxygenate and “Liquid Natural Gas” and Hydrogen mixed fuels bringing us water? Who does not want those plutocrats-oligarchs-elites-oddities in jail?

“A Country Drowning in Euphemisms

The United States has long had a sorry record when it comes to protecting its intelligence from foreign infiltration, but the situation today seems particularly perilous. One is reminded of the case described in the 1979 book by Robert Lindsey, The Falcon and the Snowman (made into a 1985 film of the same name). It tells the true story of two young Southern Californians, one with a high security clearance working for the defense contractor TRW (dubbed “RTX” in the film), and the other a drug addict and minor smuggler. The TRW employee is motivated to act by his discovery of a misrouted CIA document describing plans to overthrow the prime minister of Australia, and the other by a need for money to pay for his addiction.

They decide to get even with the government by selling secrets to the Soviet Union and are exposed by their own bungling. Both are sentenced to prison for espionage. The message of the book (and film) lies in the ease with which they betrayed their country — and how long it took before they were exposed and apprehended. Today, thanks to the staggering over-privatization of the collection and analysis of foreign intelligence, the opportunities for such breaches of security are widespread.

I applaud Shorrock for his extraordinary research into an almost impenetrable subject using only openly available sources. There is, however, one aspect of his analysis with which I differ. This is his contention that the wholesale takeover of official intelligence collection and analysis by private companies is a form of “outsourcing.” This term is usually restricted to a business enterprise buying goods and services that it does not want to manufacture or supply in-house. When it is applied to a governmental agency that turns over many, if not all, of its key functions to a risk-averse company trying to make a return on its investment, “outsourcing” simply becomes a euphemism for mercenary activities.

As David Bromwich, a political critic and Yale professor of literature, observed in the New York Review of Books:

“The separate bookkeeping and accountability devised for Blackwater, DynCorp, Triple Canopy, and similar outfits was part of a careful displacement of oversight from Congress to the vice-president and the stewards of his policies in various departments and agencies. To have much of the work parceled out to private companies who are unaccountable to army rules or military justice, meant, among its other advantages, that the cost of the war could be concealed beyond all detection.”

Euphemisms are words intended to deceive. The United States is already close to drowning in them, particularly new words and terms devised, or brought to bear, to justify the American invasion of Iraq — coinages Bromwich highlights like “regime change,” “enhanced interrogation techniques,” “the global war on terrorism,” “the birth pangs of a new Middle East,” a “slight uptick in violence,” “bringing torture within the law,” “simulated drowning,” and, of course, “collateral damage,” meaning the slaughter of unarmed civilians by American troops and aircraft followed — rarely — by perfunctory apologies. It is important that the intrusion of unelected corporate officials with hidden profit motives into what are ostensibly public political activities not be confused with private businesses buying Scotch tape, paper clips, or hubcaps.

The wholesale transfer of military and intelligence functions to private, often anonymous, operatives took off under Ronald Reagan’s presidency, and accelerated greatly after 9/11 under George W. Bush and Dick Cheney. Often not well understood, however, is this: The biggest private expansion into intelligence and other areas of government occurred under the presidency of Bill Clinton. He seems not to have had the same anti-governmental and neoconservative motives as the privatizers of both the Reagan and Bush II eras. His policies typically involved an indifference to — perhaps even an ignorance of — what was actually being done to democratic, accountable government in the name of cost-cutting and allegedly greater efficiency. It is one of the strengths of Shorrock’s study that he goes into detail on Clinton’s contributions to the wholesale privatization of our government, and of the intelligence agencies in particular.”[1]

The anti-Socialist aplomb of ‘degenerate bully-Boy Clyneton” as he always seemed to pass the buck alone as an insider chiding w other-Oligarchs. Does that really pertain to personal cover-ups? Who cares, such as was his connections w gHW Bushwhacky’s cIAS cocaine and heroin control on illegal-tRade and laundering monies, not illegal and castigated cover-ups w.i. the Justice-Dept? He opined that and merely opposed a panoply for which he had no control, just such immoral-Lies, or to do such and hold control secretized, not public exposed? The stat on wArs-wArrings is death wins by one rotten el pResidente` after the next-Oligarch. The fear that is never poRtrayed is the disregard of paranoia because of “fear”. Militarism controls nothing but fear. Cooperation is not communalism, and socialism is not “capitalist-Totalitarianism”.

The voting is Bourgeoisie wins another fascist-Capitalist, and the two-Parties is a parody on coRpoRate-Sleaze rules, continues. That moribundity is the disguise on one’s plutocRacy needs no party. The parody is not sanctimony, but sanctimonious. Goring the Ecology does not get us any closer to making “liquid natural gas” from methane productionings, to protect us the last 30-years of planet CO-2’s amalgamations, wherever that never started is the stumbling-Blockage, and not beyond excuses for no discussion on “changeover for Truksm big-Rigs, barges, aero-Jets “phooels”. That methane is volatile, no doubt. Does that make a constant-of-Fear? Yes. Then what is the antithesis of persons serve that formulate militaryism instead” For invasions of destabilizationings does pRotect the austerity we-People never have, had. Because we are had? Yes, that is what has happened to get that degenerate “the raw-Goon” into office from 1984 thru 1990. “SAHAR FRANCIS: As you said, we are a legal, service-oriented organization that offers free representation for the Palestinian political prisoners under the Israeli occupation and the Palestinian Authority side. We do advocacy on their behalf and we do monitor violations and other form of ill treatment that they face through our visitation program. We have 25 people in the office and our office is based in Ramallah actually at Area A [inaudible].

MARC STEINER: You said Area A, so let’s talk about this for a minute. Area A. As we know, there’s this very convoluted way that that whole area, the whole part of Israel and Palestine are divided up for control. But Area A is where the Palestinian Authority is supposed to have control. So according to the Oslo Agreement that was signed many years back, Israeli troops are not supposed to go into Area A unless they are invited or if they’re in hot pursuit. So tell me why this happened the way it did? Why do you think there was this attack on your offices? Why do you think they waited until after the results of the election came in? So how does all this fit together?

SAHAR FRANCIS: Actually, it should be highlighted that since the Second Intifada actually in 2000, this division of Area A, B, and C is not existing actually because the Israeli Army is raiding the Palestinian cities specified as Area A every day. And whenever they want, whenever they claim that there are any militant, any military activity actually, they can enter Area A and arrest people. They do arrest people. They do confiscate cameras from the street. They raid offices of other NGOs or other institutions, so it’s not out of the sudden that they raided Ramallah in the 19th of September and raided our offices. This is the second time, actually, the third time. In 2002 and in 2012 they raided the offices of the Addameer. We believe that the fact that since a couple of years there’s an attack against the Palestinian human rights organizations, international organizations that support Palestinians, by the Israeli government and [inaudible] that they are trying to undermine our work. So this raid comes with the whole attack against the NGOs actually.

MARC STEINER: So, why do you think though it happened now? I mean, before the election, from what I was reading, Palestinian prisoners were able to receive some concessions from the Israeli prison authorities who seemed to want to avoid a hunger strike and any kind of a uproar while the election was going on, but then this took place. So what’s the political motive at the moment for doing it in this way, and why was Addameer attacked in this way? What do you think is behind all of that and the timing of all of this? What does that mean to you?

SAHAR FRANCIS: Actually, it’s also connected with our work, our legal work, our support for the hunger strike. Whether it was for administrative detainees in the last couple of months, or in general the hunger strike that the prisoners get to in April this year. And currently actually, there’s 140 prisoners in the hunger strike for their daily life conditions inside the prison—

MARC STEINER: Excuse me, so you’re saying, as we speak, people are on a hunger strike or they were on this hunger strike during the election as well and we just didn’t know about it?

SAHAR FRANCIS: Exactly, exactly. There’s a few prisoners that they were getting through hunger strike for several weeks now. Some are demanding to end their administrative detention, and some they are demanding to stop all this jammer for the cell phones that the prison authority fixed in the last couple of months in order to affect the signal for the prisoners to contact their families. And it should be highlighted that the Palestinian prisoners, they don’t have any access for phones in the Israeli prisons inside Israel. So all of this attack, I see it of course against our work, the legal work and the advocacy work that we do.”[2]

Just open the yes but not to the hypersensitizationings of robotic daylight headlamps GLARING. There was no lesser of two evils. “Big lie #2: “China is totalitarian”

The degree of social repression that China’s government carries out has been slanderously and hyperbolically exaggerated by Western imperialist narratives. These narratives have been deeply ingrained into the American psyche over the course of the last generation, which is the era in which we’ve often heard about the so-called Tiananmen Square Massacre.

The hoax surrounding the events in Tiananmen Square started with a series of false accounts of what happened when the Chinese government cleared the square of the “pro-democracy” protesters on June 4, 1989. According to China, about 300 had died in clashes, many of whom were part of the People’s Liberation Army. By the most well documented accounts, these altercations were instigated when the protesters set fire to unarmed soldiers and lynched them with their corpses hung on nooses. But according to sources from the Western media which were less reliable to say the least, the soldiers were actually the ones who’d carried out the mass slaughter.

The New York Times, in a prelude to its famous fraudulent story about WMDs in Iraq, said that “thousands” of protesters had been killed in Tiananmen Square. The casualty figures claimed throughout the U.S. media ranged from 2,600 to 8,000 to “tens of thousands,” but these ridiculous inconsistencies in the lies that Americans were being told didn’t shatter the emotionally powerful new Western perception that an oppressive government had brutally slaughtered its people for wanting freedom. To help buttress this fragile lie that they were trying to sell, America’s anti-Chinese propagandists presented additional outrageous accounts of what had taken place; eight days after the confrontation in the square, the New York Times published an “eyewitness” report about Tiananmen from the student Wen Wei Po which was so clearly fabricated that the Times’ correspondent in Beijing Nicholas Kristof took exception to the main points in the article.

Predictably, the incident that these fabricated reports were based off of was instigated by American destabilization efforts within China, with the U.S. having been actively involved in efforts to promote the “pro-democracy” protests through a well-funded propaganda machine within China. The strategic disinformation which was put out by the U.S.-backed radio station Voice of America (which falsely claimed that some PLA members were firing against others and that China’s Prime Minister Li Peng had been shot) greatly contributed to the unrest of that time and therefore to the horrific anti-PLA violence that ensued.

All of this makes it no surprise that cables released by WikiLeaks have since

shown that no bloodshed among protesters took place when China put down the protests in Tiananmen Square.

A similar incident of U.S.-manufactured outrage against China was carried out last month, conveniently coinciding with the anti-Chinese media propaganda blitz that’s accompanied the thirty year anniversary of the fictitious “Tiananmen Square Massacre.” This latest spectacle has come in the form of the recent Hong Kong protests, which have been heavily covered throughout the American media with the same theme about how the Chinese people are simply standing up for “democracy.” But as China Daily’s Ian Goodrum has assessed in an interview with MintPress News, the extradition law that the protests are centered around doesn’t justify such characterizations:

It’s unfortunate there’s been all this hullabaloo over what is a fairly routine and reasonable adjustment to the law. As the law reads right now, there’s no legal way to prevent criminals in other parts of China from escaping charges by fleeing to Hong Kong. It would be like Louisiana — which, you’ll remember, has a unique justice system — refusing to send fugitives to Texas or California for crimes committed in those states.

Honestly, this is something that should have been part of the agreement made in advance of the 1997 handover. Back then bad actors used irrational fear of the mainland to kick the can down the road and we’re seeing the consequences today.

So why have these protests happened? Well we know that the American NGO-industrial complex has been doing all it can to help the protesters and spread their anti-China narratives, and that most of the protesters are emphatically supportive of British colonialism despite its brutally repressive and undemocratic nature in comparison to that of the Chinese authorities (elections didn’t even exist in Hong Kong until 1986). And since most of Hong Kong’s population stands on the side of the People’s Republic of China and its just policy to combat sex tourism and unlawful asylum-seeking in Hong Kong, the imperialist agenda behind these protests is extremely apparent. As MintPress News’ Alex Rubinstein has observed, “Something about the Hong Kong protests’ messaging seems tailor-made for Western audiences. Most signs [from the protests] I am seeing also happen to be in English.”

These kinds of artificially created street dramas are a standard American regime change agitation tactic, paralleled by this year’s right-wing anti-Maduro demonstrations in Venezuela. And they reflect upon the deeply suspicious, U.S.-tainted undercurrents behind all of the other stories we hear about China’s supposed totalitarianism.”[3]

“Over 100 workers from the nonprofit Housing Works walked off their jobs Oct. 29 in New York City to protest the company’s anti-union, corporate culture and working conditions.

Rallying at Brooklyn’s Borough Hall, workers from 35 Housing Works locations united to protest their average pay of about $16 per hour, 16-hour days and six-day weeks. The protest included workers from Housing Works thrift stores and bookshops in Queens, Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Stuart Appelbaum, president of the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union, the union organizing Housing Works, explained that a major issue was the nonprofit’s refusal to sign an agreement that would bar it from interfering in union organizing. The union plans to file unfair labor practice charges against Housing Works, claiming it intimidated workers before the walkout.

An advocacy organization defining its mission as ending “the dual crises of homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy,” Housing Works came out of the movement of the 1980s to demand health care and services to AIDS patients, who were subject to the most horrible discrimination. It has a long history of offering services to those in need, including housing, healthcare, meals and nutritional counseling, mental health and substance abuse treatment, job training, and legal assistance, particularly to HIV patients. It also runs thrift stores and book shops to raise money for its projects.

These many services require skilled and dedicated staff, with the patience and will to help meet the needs of people from all walks of life. However, it is clear that

Housing Works has forgotten the workers who make it all happen.

Low pay and unmanageable case loads, as well as discrimination and harassment were among the many issues raised. One caseworker explained that for months he was the only housing coordinator for almost 3,000 cases. A union demand for smaller caseloads is a demand for giving better service to its clients.”[4]

“How many times do Electric Universe advocates have to read the words, “we

never expected this” or something similar? Notwithstanding the problems associated with redshift, previous Pictures of the Day about WMAP, galaxy clusters, and gravity-only cosmology elucidate a force that exerts an attractive power many orders of magnitude greater than gravity: electricity. Each “puzzling” discovery by research scientists reinforces the tenets of plasma cosmology and serves to differentiate it from the imprecise predictions of consensus models.

Clusters of galaxies are pinches in a supergalactic Birkeland current. The usual morphology of a Birkeland current is a double helix, or a hierarchy of double helices. With greater resolution, each filament of a current is, at a smaller scale, a

tube of filaments which, in pairs, tend to spiral around a common axis.

Electrified plasma contained in the twisting filaments of Birkeland currents dominates the Universe. They circulate in a cosmic circuit that flows into our field of view and then out into the void with long-range attraction between them. Therefore, the most probable “Great Attractors” are those filaments of electrified plasma with billions-of-trillion-times more intense fields of influence than gravity.

No doubt the Universe is larger than what we can observe at this moment because more sensitive tools have continued to reveal greater depths. Out of those

depths rise electrical energies of tremendous power.”[5]

As we realize, the aero-Jets have been chem-tRails contaminating, since April 1998, do we know how many parts per million of the three-Toxins are not limitless w.i. the human anatomy. What a-Hole faith is that to accept poisons, which all three-Radionuclide and two-times poison, are? The fanaticism leaves knowledge at “no-Room for others, not no-Room to ‘roam”. The fanaticism of deep-State may be lacking intel-Gence of the we-People 3-decades ago, not that matter is anti-Matter, which of course, the stupid-fanatics of dee-State may use that for “extoRtion-Parlance” which they’re already done thru the usages of “all-Three: nucleaR-Molecular” weapons. ExtoRtion that is coupled w impunity and disregard for laws such as our US-constitution, as well as the Universal Declaration on Human Rights. Hand those bastards of “the new-Rome of Plutocracy” their extortionist methods back whether backhanded or strait-Jacket into jails. We’ve had enough “chemicalizationing the past 21-years. The universe is not a multiveRse to the best of our “reckoning”. We believe those laws should be obeyed before and now as well.         “R”

“The best conventional explanation that has been forthcoming, at this point, is that there is some intervening cloud of material that acts like a filter, absorbing blue light. Since the star clusters they found are located at such a distance, and they are so faint to begin with, the bluer stars could be hidden behind the clouds.

As Dr. Scott wrote:

“In the Electric Star model, perhaps the most important factor in determining any given star’s characteristics is the strength of the current density in Amperes per square meter (A/m^2) measured at that star’s surface. If a star’s incoming current density increases, the arc discharges on its surface (photospheric tufts) will get hotter, change color (away from red, toward blue), and get brighter. The absolute brightness of a star, therefore, depends on two things: the strength of the current density impinging into its surface, and the star’s size (the star’s diameter).”

So, in reality stars in globular clusters are merely obeying another aspect of cosmic energies that permeate the Universe. It is possible that they are not as far away as they appear. They may not be nearly as old as astronomers believe, because they are not behaving according to gravity and redshift theories but

according to theories of plasma cosmology.”[6]

Look into “the electric-Universe” as that holds no bards due irresolute-Mathematics for any formula but one demonstRated not waylaid, demonic-Template of guessing, going backwards in humankind’s thinking that they’ve done over 120-years, now. That plasma cosmology says there was no multiverse, because there has always been a plasmoid, as electromagneticism is stronger than gRavity: a weak-Force which does not dwell upon cohesive-Force from elactRomagnetism. What has been shown is that the cosmos, is a universe of electric: protons and electrons, because photons never existed? The Sun is not a garish nuclear-Furnace, but an electric-current known as Birkeland currents which is pulled by the electRic-currents of the Milky Wat galaxy, thus this solar system of ours is immediately connected and always has. This is the simplified and not as costly as all that cRaftie-cRap of Large Hadron Collider, and all other mathematical-Equations for names w.o. proof. “THE FBI HAS come under intense criticism after a 2017 leak exposed that its counterterrorism division had invented a new, unfounded domestic terrorism category it called “black identity extremism.” Since then, legislators have pressured the bureau’s leadership to be more transparent about its investigation of black activists, and a number of civil rights groups have filed public records requests to try to better understand who exactly the FBI is investigating under that designation. Although the bureau has released hundreds of pages of documents, it continues to shield the vast majority of these records from public scrutiny.

The sheer volume of documents those surveillance efforts have produced is troublesome, advocates say. The latest batch of FBI documents — obtained by the American Civil Liberties Union and the racial justice group MediaJustice and shared with The Intercept — reveals that between 2015 and 2018, the FBI dedicated considerable time and resources to opening a series of “assessments” into the activities of individuals and groups it mostly labeled “black separatist extremists.” This designation was eventually folded into the category of “black identity extremism.” Earlier this year, following an onslaught of criticism from elected officials, civil liberties advocates, and even some law enforcement groups, the FBI claimed that it had abandoned the “black identity extremism” label, substituting it for a “racially motivated violent extremism. ” Critics say that this designation conveniently obscures the fact that black supremacist violence, unlike white supremacist violence, does not actually exist.

The Strange Tale of the FBI’s Fictional “Black Identity Extremism” Movement

Although the FBI has frequently changed its labels and terminology, the surveillance of black Americans has continued. As The Intercept has reported, following the killing of Michael Brown by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, the FBI began spying on Ferguson activists and tracking their movements across states, warning local law enforcement partners that Islamic State group supporters were “urging” protesters to join their ranks. The FBI also drafted a mysterious “race paper,” the contents of which remain secret even though the bureau has disowned it. And as the Young Turks reported, the bureau has established a program dubbed “Iron Fist” targeting so-called black identity extremists with undercover agents.

The latest documents were turned over to the ACLU and MediaJustice after the groups sued the FBI last March over its failure to comply with a public records request. While the bureau is expected to release more documents in the coming months, what it has turned over so far is so heavily redacted that it is largely incomprehensible. In addition to removing entire paragraphs and all geographical and other identifiers from the documents, the FBI simply withheld hundreds of pages in full.

“Although Eisenhower’s reference to the military-industrial complex is, by now, well-known, his warning against its “unwarranted influence” has, I believe, largely been ignored. Since 1961, there has been too little serious study of, or discussion of, the origins of the military-industrial complex, how it has changed over time, how governmental secrecy has hidden it from oversight by members of Congress or attentive citizens, and how it degrades our Constitutional structure of checks and balances.

From its origins in the early 1940s, when President Franklin Delano Roosevelt was building up his “arsenal of democracy,” down to the present moment, public opinion has usually assumed that it involved more or less equitable relations — often termed a “partnership” — between the high command and civilian overlords of the United States military and privately-owned, for-profit manufacturing and service enterprises. Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is that, from the time they first emerged, these relations were never equitable.

In the formative years of the military-industrial complex, the public still deeply

distrusted privately owned industrial firms because of the way they had contributed to the Great Depression. Thus, the leading role in the newly emerging relationship was played by the official governmental sector. A deeply popular, charismatic president, FDR sponsored these public-private relationships. They gained further legitimacy because their purpose was to rearm the country, as well as allied nations around the world, against the gathering forces of fascism. The private sector was eager to go along with this largely as a way to regain public trust and disguise its wartime profit-making.

In the late 1930s and early 1940s, Roosevelt’s use of public-private “partnerships” to build up the munitions industry, and thereby finally overcome the Great Depression, did not go entirely unchallenged. Although he was himself an implacable enemy of fascism, a few people thought that the president nonetheless was coming close to copying some of its key institutions. The leading Italian philosopher of fascism, the neo-Hegelian Giovanni Gentile, once argued that it should more appropriately be called “corporatism” because it was a merger of state and corporate power. (See Eugene Jarecki’s The American Way of War, p. 69.)

Some critics were alarmed early on by the growing symbiotic relationship between government and corporate officials because each simultaneously sheltered and empowered the other, while greatly confusing the separation of powers. Since the activities of a corporation are less amenable to public or congressional scrutiny than those of a public institution, public-private collaborative relationships afford the private sector an added measure of security from such scrutiny. These concerns were ultimately swamped by enthusiasm for the war effort and the postwar era of prosperity that the war produced.

Beneath the surface, however, was a less well recognized movement by big business to replace democratic institutions with those representing the interests of capital. This movement is today ascendant. (See Thomas Frank’s new book, The Wrecking Crew: How Conservatives Rule, for a superb analysis of Ronald Reagan’s slogan “government is not a solution to our problem, government is the problem.”) Its objectives have long been to discredit what it called “big government,” while capturing for private interests the tremendous sums invested by the public sector in national defense. It may be understood as a slow-burning reaction to what American conservatives believed to be the socialism of the New Deal.

Perhaps the country’s leading theorist of democracy, Sheldon S. Wolin, has written a new book, Democracy Incorporated, on what he calls “inverted totalitarianism” — the rise in the U.S. of totalitarian institutions of conformity and regimentation shorn of the police repression of the earlier German, Italian, and Soviet forms. He warns of “the expansion of private (i.e., mainly corporate) power and the selective abdication of governmental responsibility for the well-being of the citizenry.” He also decries the degree to which the so-called privatization of governmental activities has insidiously undercut our democracy, leaving us with the widespread belief that government is no longer needed and that, in any case, it is not capable of performing the functions we have entrusted to it.

Wolin writes:

“The privatization of public services and functions manifests the steady evolution of corporate power into a political form, into an integral, even dominant partner with the state. It marks the transformation of American politics and its political culture, from a system in which democratic practices and values were, if not defining, at least major contributory elements, to one where the remaining democratic elements of the state and its populist programs are being systematically dismantled.” (p. 284)

Mercenaries at Work

The military-industrial complex has changed radically since World War II or even the height of the Cold War. The private sector is now fully ascendant. The uniformed air, land, and naval forces of the country as well as its intelligence agencies, including the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), the NSA (National Security Agency), the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), and even clandestine networks entrusted with the dangerous work of penetrating and spying on terrorist organizations are all dependent on hordes of “private contractors.” In the context of governmental national security functions, a better term for these might be “mercenaries” working in private for profit-making companies.

Tim Shorrock, an investigative journalist and the leading authority on this subject, sums up this situation devastatingly in his new book, Spies for Hire: The Secret World of Intelligence Outsourcing. The following quotes are a précis of some of his key findings:

“In 2006… the cost of America’s spying and surveillance activities outsourced to contractors reached $42 billion, or about 70 percent of the estimated $60 billion the government spends each year on foreign and domestic intelligence… [The] number of contract employees now exceeds [the CIA’s] full-time workforce of 17,500… Contractors make up more than half the workforce of the CIA’s National Clandestine Service (formerly the Directorate of Operations), which conducts covert operations and recruits spies abroad…

“To feed the NSA’s insatiable demand for data and information technology, the industrial base of contractors seeking to do business with the agency grew from 144 companies in 2001 to more than 5,400 in 2006… At the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), the agency in charge of launching and maintaining the nation’s photoreconnaissance and eavesdropping satellites, almost the entire workforce is composed of contract employees working for [private] companies… With an estimated $8 billion annual budget, the largest in the IC [intelligence community], contractors control about $7 billion worth of business at the NRO, giving the spy satellite industry the distinction of being the most privatized part of the intelligence community…

“If there’s one generalization to be made about the NSA’s outsourced IT [information technology] programs, it is this: they haven’t worked very well, and some have been spectacular failures… In 2006, the NSA was unable to analyze much of the information it was collecting… As a result, more than 90 percent of the information it was gathering was being discarded without being translated into a coherent and understandable format; only about 5 percent was translated from its digital form into text and then routed to the right division for analysis.

“The key phrase in the new counterterrorism lexicon is ‘public-private partnerships’… In reality, ‘partnerships’ are a convenient cover for the perpetuation

of corporate interests.” (pp. 6, 13-14, 16, 214-15, 365)”[9]

“When sea otters in Alaska were diagnosed with phocine distemper virus (PDV) in 2004, scientists were confused. The pathogen in the Morbillivirus genus that contains viruses like measles had then only been found in Europe and on the eastern coast of North America.

“We didn’t understand how a virus from the Atlantic ended up in these sea otters. It’s not a species that ranges widely,” says Tracey Goldstein, a scientist at the University of California Davis who investigates how pathogens move through marine ecosystems.

Using 15 years of data from 2001 to 2016, Goldstein and her research team were able to see upticks in PDV that corresponded with declines in Arctic sea ice. This new range for the otters likely allowed infected animals to move west, into new territories where the virus had not appeared before. The results of the study, published today in the journal Scientific Reports, shows how climate change may be opening up new pathways for disease to spread.

From Europe to North America

Phocine distemper virus was first detected in 1988 in northern Europe, where an estimated 18,000 seals died, most of them harbor seals. A similar outbreak occurred in 2002. It’s unclear where PDV originated. Some research has suggested it originated in the Arctic, but variations of distemper are found in dozens of animals.

Local vets regularly vaccinate pet dogs against the canine version.

And in seals, as with dogs, symptoms of the virus include difficulty breathing, discharge from the nose and eyes, fever, and in marine mammals, erratic swimming….

These human-size crystals formed in especially strange ways

It spreads via direct contact or if an animal comes into direct contact with infected excrement.

“The virus has been shown to spread pretty easily between marine mammals,”

says Shawn Johnson, the vice president of veterinary medicine at The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito, California.

The first major outbreak of PDV along the U.S. East Coast occurred in 2006. Over the past year, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has been logging what they describe as abnormally high numbers of dead seals from Maine to Virginia. Test results have shown PDV to be the primary culprit.

To construct when and where PDV spread from northern Europe to the northern Pacific just off the coast of Alaska, Goldstein and her team searched

studies and records of biological samples taken from 2,530 live and 165 dead seals of species that spend at least part of their years on Arctic ice. They then looked at data showing the reach of sea ice at a given time of year, called Arctic ice extent. In years when sea ice extent was low, the following years showed an uptick in PDV.

2016 was the last year from which the study took data. In the past three years, Arctic sea ice has continued to shrink.

New paths for infection

Sea ice opens up new migration routes for marine mammals, allowing them to more easily cross from the Atlantic to the Pacific by way of the Arctic Circle. Goldstein says the added stress of needing to forage farther for food can weaken the animals’ immune systems, making them easier targets for disease.

“They are traveling further looking for food. That will affect overall health, and they’ll be more susceptible to disease,” she says.

Because so many marine species annually migrate to the Arctic, it may be serving as a location for the disease to multiply and spread.

“The Arctic could be a perfect melting pot for transmission of the disease,” says Johnson.

The disease has yet to be detected in California, but Johnson says he and other scientists are remaining vigilant. There’s potential for the virus to spread south, he says. Many of the marine species in California migrate north and interact with animals in regions farther north where the disease has been documented.

It’s possible to vaccinate some marine mammals against PDV, but doing so at a scale large enough to prevent the disease from spreading is difficult, say scientists. Hawaiian monk seals are regularly vaccinated against PDV. Only about 1,400 individuals remain in that species, and while the disease is yet migrate that far south, the potential impact it could have worries conservationists.

Goldstein says there remains a lot of uncertainty about the disease and how it will evolve as climate change continues to shrink the Arctic.

In addition to PDV, Johnson says they’re monitoring other diseases that are on the rise as a result of climate change. Leptospirosis, a bacteria that can spread from animals to humans, is increasing, as are algal blooms, infecting fish with a toxin that

leads to brain damage in marine mammals.

“We need to be vigilant and keep our eye out,” Johnson says. “There could be major changes in the diseases that are spread.”…”[10]

“While CODEPINK has been joining Jane Fonda’s weekly actions for the climate, 11,000 scientists in 153 countries have just released a letter declaring a “climate emergency.” They warn that unless huge shifts are made in the way we live “untold human suffering” is imminent.

Aramco_FB.jpgAs a Palestinian from Gaza, I know firsthand what it’s like to suffer from war and human-made environmental catastrophes. I have just joined the CODEPINK team to campaign for Palestinian rights, peace in Yemen, an end to the unconditional US-Saudi relationship, and divestment from war. In all these causes, the struggle for peace and the struggle for a livable climate are intimately connected. Today, I am inviting you to join me in another issue critical to uplifting human rights and protecting the climate: stopping U.S. companies from investing in Saudi Arabia’s state-owned oil firm, Aramco.  Aramco, the single largest climate-polluting company in the world, has just announced it will sell shares in the company on the Saudi stock market. It will be a marriage of pollution and profiteering. The following banks have been chosen to underwrite the listing. Take action now to tell these financial giants—JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, HSBC and Credit Suisse—not to invest in Saudi Arabia’s state-owned oil firm Aramco.

Saudi Arabia wants to sell shares in Aramco to foreign investors as part of its Vision 2030 plan to rebrand the country as a modern, reforming state.  But Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) is no reformer. Human Rights Watch (HRW) just released a report this week documenting that since MbS came to power, he has been responsible for imprisoning and torturing women, dissidents, and rivals, as well as for brutally murdering Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

By investing in Saudi’s oil firm, financial giants around the world will profit from the continued destruction of the climate at the hands of one of the world’s most brutal regimes. Please sign our letter to JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, HSBC and Credit Suisse urging them not to purchase shares in repression, murder, and environmental destruction.

Numerous members of our team — Jodie Evans, Medea Benjamin, Paki Weiland — have already been arrested with Jane Fonda during her weekly Fire Drill Friday actions to address the climate emergency. Given that I come from Gaza, a strip of land that, thanks to Israel’s 11-year-long siege and recurrent wars, has been declared unlivable by the United Nations, I am proud to be joining a team that puts their bodies on the line to end militarism and environmental destruction. If you are in the DC area, please join me [Enas Alsaffadi], Jane Fonda, Jodie Evans, Ariel Gold, and more of the CODEPINK team at 11am on the capital lawn for this week’s Fire Drill Friday.”[11]

“Thinking Bigger

A little over a generation ago, GM alone employed 23,000 hourly and office workers in the city. The steady decline to GM’s current numbers was accompanied, each step of the way, by the consolation that ‘well, at least some of the jobs remained’. The continuation of that fatalistic and dispiriting response will leave Oshawa – even if the rumours of the stamping plant are correct – at only 3 per cent of the earlier peak.

With this loss of jobs comes a damaging loss of productive capacity – the potential to apply workers’ collective skills to make socially useful products. In the mid-1980s GM Oshawa was the largest auto complex in North America, with three assembly plants turning out some 750,000 vehicles annually while also manufacturing its own axles, batteries, and radiators.

Tony Leah, a maintenance welder in Oshawa, notes that if the rumours of an expanded stamping plant come to pass, the expanded stamping capacity would still occupy only “a tiny piece of the remaining 9-10 million square foot Oshawa complex… all of the assembly process equipment, technology, and space – Body Plant, Chassis Plant, Paint Shop, Supplier Park – [will] remain empty.”

The Unifor leadership deserves credit for pushing GM off its original ‘non-negotiable’ declaration that a complete closure was a done deal. Yet it also shows the limits of its overall strategy. The concessions made during the last round of bargaining were to no avail but contributed to weakening workers’ confidence to resist. The enthusiasm for the security the new trade agreement with the USA and Mexico would bring was badly misplaced. The same goes for a campaign primarily focused on hiring a public relations firm and choosing the main tactic as boycotting GM vehicles from Mexico.

It was of course always a stretch to expect GM to reverse itself on so

fundamental a strategic decision as ending vehicle assembly in Oshawa. This might well have been the case even with a massive mobilization of autoworkers and the community. That’s why posing possibilities beyond GM was so critical. The union’s refusal to explore broader opportunities, ones that reached beyond GM, reflected a disheartening failure of imagination, a failure that reinforced a steady lowering of expectations on the part of the union leadership, its members, and the community more generally.

The politicians have been worse. Provincially, the Doug Ford government – fresh from putting up billboards declaring Ontario ‘open for business’ and frantic to get the negative reality of Oshawa out of the spotlight – meekly repeated GM’s mantra of Oshawa being ‘a done deal’. The Federal government, with which the union leadership claimed a special relationship, was only a few rhetorical steps

behind in trying to dampen hopes.

Is a stamping plant really the best we can aspire to? After all the lamentations about Canada’s over-dependence on resources, and the recurrent task forces on developing a manufacturing base, how can we let those facilities we already have – like the Oshawa complex – fade away with so little resistance and popular outrage? And more directly: If the stamping plant does materialize, why would we give up on  the rest of this massive complex?”[12]

“The experiment where the main brain frequencies registered by EEG were synchronized with the frequency of microwave pulsing (1,2) might explain the function of the Russian installation Radioson. Microwaves pulsed in the sleep frequency would cause the synchronization of the brain’s activity with the sleep frequency and in this way produce sleep.

Pulsing of microwaves in frequency predominating in the brain at an awakened state could, by the same procedure, deny sleep to a human being.

A report derived from the testing program of the Microwave Research Depart-ment at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research states

”Microwave pulses appear to couple to the central nervous system and produce stimulation similar to electric stimulation unrelated to heat”.

In a many times replicated experiment, microwaves pulsed in an exact frequen-cy caused the efflux of calcium ions from the nerve cells (1,2). Calcium plays a key role in the firing of neurons and Ross Adey, member of the first scientific team which published this experiment, publicly expressed his conviction that this effect of electro-magnetic radiation would interfere with concentration on complex tasks (7).

Robert Becker, who had share in the discovery of the effect of pulsed fields at the healing of broken bones, published the excerpts from the report from Walter Reed Army Institute testing program. In the first part ”prompt debilitation effects” should have been tested (8). Were not those effects based on the experiment by Ross Adey and others with calcium efflux?

British scientist John Evans, working in the same field, wrote that both Ross Adey and Robert Becker lost their positions and research grants and called them ”free-thinking exiles” (6). In 1975, in the USA, a military experiment was published where pulsed micro-waves produced, in the brain of a human subject, an audio per-ception of numbers from 1 to 10 (9). Again the possibility to convince an individual that it is mentally ill is obvious. The testing program of American Walter Re[a]ed Army Institute of Research, where the experiment took place, counts with ”prompt auditory stimulation by means of auditory effects” and finally aims at ”behavior con-trolled by stimulation” (8).

Let us assume that the words delivered into the brain were transcribed into ultrasound frequencies. Would not then the subject perceive those same words as his own thoughts?

And would this not imply that that his behavior was being controlled in this way through the transmission of ultrasound frequencies? In this regard, the American Air Force 1982 ”Final Report On Biotechnology Research Requirements For Aero-
nautical Systems Through the Year 2000” states:

”While initial attention should be toward degradation of human performance through thermal loading and electromagnetic field effects, subsequent work should address the possibilities of directing and interrogating mental functioning, using externally applied fields…” (10).

Several scientists have warned that the latest advances in neurophysiology could be used for the manipulation of the human brain.

In June 1995, Michael Persinger, who worked on the American Navy’s project of Non-lethal electromagnetic weapons, published a scientific article where he states:

”the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately six billion brains of the human species without mediation through classical sensory modalities by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed… is now marginally feasible“ (11).

In 1998, the French National Bioethics Committee warned that  ”neuroscience is being increasingly recognized as posing a potential threat to human rights“ (12). In May 1999 the neuroscientists conference, sponsored by the UN, took place in Tokyo. Its final declaration formally acknowledges that:

”Today we have intellectual, physical and financial resources to master the power of the brain itself, and to develop devices to touch the mind and even control or erase consciousness…We wish to profess our hope that such pursuit of knowledge serves peace and welfare” (13).

On the international political scene, in the last few years, the concept of remote control of the human brain has become a matter of international and intergovernmental negotiation. In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it called ”for an international convention introducing a global ban on all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings.“ (14)

Already in 1997, nine states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) addressed the UN, OBSE and the states of the Interparliamentary Union with the proposal to place at the agenda of the General Assembly of the United Nations, the preparation and adoption of an international convention ”On Prevention of Informational Wars and Limitation of Circulation of Informational Weapons” (16), (3).”[13]

“Al Capone wasn’t prosecuted for tax evasion because it’s cool or smart or stra-tegic to prosecute murderers for lesser crimes, but because proving murder in court was going to be more difficult.

That’s not analogous to a Congressional impeachment, but the opposite of how Congress operates. Congress sits on indisputable evidence of the greatest crimes while impeaching presidents for lesser offenses that are harder to prove.

Andrew Johnson publicly did everything he could to limit “freedom” for African Americans to a meaningless word. He was impeached for firing the Secretary of War.

Richard Nixon had indisputably bombed Cambodia, a crime that one failed arti-cle of impeachment charged him with, not to mention Vietnam and Laos. In fact, he had sabotaged the peace process and kept a war going for years during which mill-ions of people were killed. Lyndon Johnson (who had committed similar horrors) believed Nixon guilty of treason for the sabotage. When Nixon fled Washington, he was about to be impeached for employing a group of thugs to break into a Democra-tic Party office.

Bill Clinton had, like Nixon, launched a war in violation of not only laws but also of the will of Congress. Lesser charges could have included numerous disastrous policies that haunt us still from trade to banking to media to prisons to welfare. Congress impeached him for lying about sex.

Donald Trump came into office openly violating both emoluments clauses, threatening to wage wars to steal oil and kill people’s families, promising to discriminate in immigration on the basis of religion, inciting violence at events, fighting vote counting in courts, and committed to politicizing prosecutions. Republican Congress Members are upset that advocated impeachment on inauguration day. I hadn’t wanted to wait that long. Trump has publicly threatened nuclear war on two countries, waged and escalated numerous illegal wars, and dramatically increased the drone murder program. He’s abused the pardon power and the power to declare emergencies. He’s promoted racism and hatred. He’s separated children from their families. He’s illegally torn up treaties and proliferated weapons technology to brutal dictatorships. He’s intentionally exacerbated climate collapse. Congress has ignored indisputable public acts, and impeached Trump for demanding information about a political opponent while delaying a gift of money to Ukraine to buy U.S. weapons.

Of course in their rhetoric and through the media many Democrats have claimed that Trump secretly works against the United States on behalf of the Russian government and that Russia somehow elected him. If there were any evidence for such things, they would constitute a serious reason to impeach Trump and remove him from office. But there actually is evidence — unquestionable evidence — of numerous other outrages, and Congress isn’t interested.

In three presidential impeachments, Congress will achieve three somewhat intentional acquittals. Impeachment will be made to look weak and useless. People will be reluctant to give Congress a fourth swing at it.

But look at what’s been passed up without a word. Look what we’re supposed to imagine: that Barack Obama did nothing whatsoever that was impeachable, that George W. Bush committed no impeachable offenses, that every president going back through 45 of them — with these few exceptions — was undeserving of accusation.

Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced 35 articles of impeachment against George W. Bush, not a one of which interested Nancy Pelosi, even though polls found a majority of the U.S. public in support of an impeachment that wasn’t even happening.

Launching the endless wars, imprisoning without trial, torturing, mass war[e]ntless spying, secret laws, signing statements, domestic use of the military, and dozens of other outrages just don’t measure up to bribing Ukraine for dirt on Joe Biden (who himself publicly brags about bribing Ukraine for other purposes). Or so Congress would have us believe.

Impeachment has not been overused. It has been underused and misused. It and we are the worse off for it.”[14]

We are a bee-Hive society and then an anti-Society: plutocRats sanguine Undisciplined anachRonistic aRgosy of a displaced “civilization”. This is as high a good amplitude as I can, honestly, muster. Many who join various bRanches of the new-Rome’s aRmed forces, savor, when they will be taught how to kill and when they will feel readied by themselves to defend that rather than to defend the US-constitution and the other “two very humbling national-Laws”. They obviously, do this not outta fear, but outta ego. How much that will happen w women who are partially bought to fit the bill of Ranger, gReen beRet, maRine oR asshole-Assassin? What do those maybe-Soldiers, need to understand that “peace is what they’Re supposed to be fighting-Forth, in a less than surreptitious, ambiguity whether ambition is theirs or somebody-Else’s? Morosely, I am very antagonized by the immense amount of “good-tRaining” is wasted on maiming, decadently killing civilians and obviously, being odious to their own i.e. death-Squads: syndRomes. That leaves we-People w less-Defense and not more and furthering the cause of fReedom thRu mutual-Acts of democRacy is no more killing than ubiquitously pre-

“Ongoing investigations and document releases continue to expose the endless flow of lies and deception emanating from the US government. Endless political theater is still the theme of the day even as dire biosphere collapse headlines accelerate. As Alaska’s cod population perishes, Iceland, Japan and Norway are killing off Earth’s remaining giants of the sea, the whales. The Christmas season and stock market Ponzi scheme are still pacifying much of the population. What will it take for the majority to comprehend that our lives completely depend on a living environment, without which we perish. Can the masses be awakened in time to make a difference? Suspend legacy-of-Nuclear: disaster tReaties–unless NSDU-238 and D.E.W. ARE INCLUDED– tReaties must have been a headline I read somewhere in a dark-age: despicability to remain remiss until study is found necessary. Study of who has been doing homewiRk on peace is not plentiful? Thinking does help perceiving what has been remiss for past 42-years of adversary empire-Invasions makes economies disappear, now that finance-cRapholism, has merged w Conditionalism. At most the “legacy” and that of “neo-Liberalism” will not disappear until, never. Our History is yet on the run. That is what was “democRacy is Defense”? Wherefore, would not legacy: new-ImpRoved be having tReaties of all-thRee nuclear-Molecular weapons to disclose that look-alike wordages do not complement but implement apportioning the legacy toward peace-Beyond pacts?

“As we are moving into the new decade, alarming events are taking place all over the world. Australia is being ravaged by wildfires; tensions in the Middle East are rising even more after the US’ killing of Iran’s most powerful military general; and the nightmare that has haunted the Syrian population for almost a decade continues with yet another wave of bombing and displacement from the province of Idlib. These events are a grim foreboding of what we can expect this new decade if we don’t drastically change course. The climate crisis, the continued imminent threat of a nuclear attack, and continued proxy wars at the expense of civilian populations can only be stopped with immediate and bold collective action. We have to break the destructive alliance of capitalism, militarism, and patriarchy. Reaching Critical Will is determined to contribute to this movement and we hope that all of you will join us!

Upcoming international disarmament meetings

As usual, Reaching Critical Will is going to be covering many disarmament meetings throughout the year. We’ll be taking on nuclear weapons, explosive weapons, the arms trade, and more. Here is a quick look at what’s up in the next few months.

International arms trade: New round of meetings to take place to strengthen the implementation of the Arms Trade Treaty

The Sixth Conference of States Parties to the Arms Trade Treaty (CSP6) will take place from 17-21 August 2020 in Geneva. Ahead of CSP6, there will be two working groups and preparatory meetings. The first meetings will be held from 4–7 February and the second from 14–17 April in Geneva. Ambassador Carlos Foradori of Argentina, president of CSP6, has announced that this year’s priority theme will be the prevention and eradication of diversion of conventional weapons.

As in past years, RCW will be participating in and reporting back from those meetings.

Last year, CSP5 was a significant turning point with its priority theme of gender and gender-based violence (GBV). Throughout the year, we were active in improving understandings about the gendered impacts of the international arms trade and helping facilitate and promote preventive action. At CSP5, ATT states parties adopted a package of decisions that seeks to strengthen implementation of the ATT’s article 7(4) relating to the GBV risk assessment criterion, enhance gender diversity, and improve understandings of the gendered impact of armed violence. This year, we will seek to ensure that these commitments are followed by long-term and sustained actions. We will continue to assist states in clarifying their obligations under the Treaty, and hope to ensure that the perspectives of those affected by the proliferation of arms are recognised and included.

Stay tuned for our first ATT Monitor of the year to be published in early February (subscribe here), and check our website for available documents of the working group and preparatory meetings.

Nuclear weapons: 2020 Review Conference on the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT)

The 2020 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons will meet 27 April–22 May 2020 in New York. The Conference will take place against escalating geopolitical tensions, making current prospects for a successful conclusion of the Review Conference look dim. But we all have a responsibility to hold states parties to account for the past commitments to nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation, and to demand the nuclear-armed states and their nuclear-supportive allies undertake concrete steps now to de-escalate tensions and achieve the abolition of nuclear weapons.”[16]

Why must there be paRanoia-Rex, when the two other “nuclear-Molecular: weapons” have been known for NSDU-238 since 1971, and D.E.W. since 1991. There have been many tRial and tRibulations, becauZ the US: military-Hegemonyites always want to get their fat-Act in the ways of viewing? There has been a moribund overtly desiccated amount of air taken from attributes on communicative-Need, possibly due “chem-tRails and confusion of whom is polluting and contaminating what poRtions of which “stratosphere or Ionisphere, or why? Does not humanity need the Humanoid-Race, at all? Weld, of course tReaties have to be backed by inspection: human-Consistency, maintaining and maintained w.o. U.S. meddling forecasting further despicability, from U.N. Security Council?

“The Gloria La Riva / Leonard Peltier presidential campaign strongly condemns the Mississippi Department of Corrections for its outrageous mistreatment of prisoners and extends its solidarity to the families demanding full disclosure and transparency from the MDOC, and to those on the inside fighting for better conditions.

In the weeks since the New Year, at least five prisoners have died and over 20 have been injured, with many reports from the inside claiming more. In recent weeks more than two dozen people both currently and formerly held at the state’s notorious Parchman facility have sued the Department of Corrections, citing decrepit, dangerous conditions, and violence instigated by guards.

Gloria La Riva stated, “Despite only constituting 4 percent of the world’s total population, with 7 million in jails, prisons, and parole the U.S. holds 22 percent of the world’s prisoners. The conditions in the U.S. prison system, and the latest wave of violence in Mississippi prisons, are rooted in a capitalist system which uses the power of the state to employ widespread police terror and mass incarceration to contain the communities which it has deprived of their basic needs.”

She continued, “Our campaign is dedicated to fighting for a new world where human needs are valued over the profits of the big banks and corporations — a world in which human dignity is respected, and no one is forced to victimize another for survival or out of hatred and trauma — a socialist world.”

Point three of La Riva’s Presidential 10 Point Program reads, “Mass incarceration and racist policing are symptomatic of the 400 years of brutal repression meted out to African-descended peoples in the US. Reparations must be paid! More than 2.2 million people are behind bars in the largest prison complex in the world. End mass incarceration of oppressed and all working class people. Fully prosecute all acts of police brutality and violence. Free Leonard Peltier, Mumia Abu-Jamal and all  political prisoners!”…”[17]

This gal, is amazing. As I voted for her 4-years back, I am amazed at space-Time having not yet, caught w the forensics of Unconstitutionality, that both HR 5543, intRoduced  by Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), “prohibits any funding for U.S. military action against Iran without prior Congressional approval”, and HR 2456, introduced by Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), “will repeal the 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) which authorized the war in Iraq and is still being cited by some to permit war-fighting in Somalia, Yemen, and Iran”. I mean, like how fookeRingly “egRegious” does the empire’s Imperialism get, as these two acts are gReat sanctimony and the righteousness has been remiss since then–an, of course way before then.

Bio-sketch (2-27-16)…

I started into believing that I would be able to show my data and my photogRapHics in 1996. By 1998 I was learning computers would gain ascendant methods thru technics of programming for a future connected to data and information. That was nuclear-Molecular finding(s) to share and my personal-Activism w first account specifics and engendering(s).

As cameras went 'digital-Tech' I fond that editing was also to follow in 2004. Then, in 2005 my first digital camera had replaced usage(s) of s.l.r. 35 mm's. I have no mercy nor pity for the thieves who have stolen my hard werk, as anxiety of what I allowed was mid-stReam--anyway! Those asshole-Pukes have cost me $1,000's on a fixed income and I remain single, sole-Survivor of two-Families w.o. offspring!
