To Begin NSDU-238 process, there is no Constitution any Longer

There is a hole in the heart of pride that states once you make a mistake you cannot goe back! Bullshidski-Poofle! The integrative peoples of the new-Rome, do not agree they must concur on obeisance to INvasion after Invasion of sovereign-States for more rip-Off of resources and more civilian-Killing sprees by the millions people decimated and demised to subterfuge-Degeneracies. They do agree that to be Bourgeois got them into thinking a “credit-Bank” existed just for their middle-Class lacking affectation of no-Ethics basic. The new-Rome’s cheap-shot plutocrats wanted arrogance as a lever that never shuts “off”. You can have destitution, but you cannot have an education that factors as a replete history w.o. propaganda. Yes. One must bow to the sleaze-Brain colonels who instilled those generals w rhetoric of a new-Improve propaganda flat-tire, as there was a degenerate wheel in there to be ascertained as reproof to conquer the whole planet and leave naturalness for chemical and Radionuclides subordination of a non-autocratic “Dictatorship-Polemic of coRpoRatist-cronyism”.

Fascists want autocratic-Rulers who kill people better, but they have the new-Rome that shows them this is mere anecdote of maintaining belligerence and never mentioning the word “Peace”. I once stated and have mentioned since, plutonium will be best to replace the “gold-Standard”. Dig that, huh! That would make the Nippons Archipelago the richest consorting Oligarchs waylaid nation-state, not even the new-Rome could enterprise a way to rip-that-Off. Maybe they will not want the new-Standard and DUMP a couple million tons into the furnances of Daiichi’s reactor-4 as that too, will eventuate a meltdown into the soil and cause massive releases,. This way they could make a new-Rome type “excuse” and really ‘win-Nothing’ merely to ruin and destruct wherever they too, goe, like a pissing-Hydrant rex-Almighty! If I had my way I’d be living on the Moon in a campground built to stay off the “plutonium-standard”. I’d had ‘free-shipments’ of oxygenate sent via “beaming-Charlie” aka Project enterprise—named after every enterprise that ever existed to berid of the histories involving those involvements of people’s Evolution in civilizations that have nothing fRicking whatsoever today own Religiosity. That’s why I’d have to live on he Moon, you know to escape the olde and new-Rome’s.

What’s not good about Daiichis on-two-three Meltdowns contaminating the Pacific ocean is that the Radionuclides never “dilute” any but propaganda-Brains.         “R”

“There is no scientific proof that human emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) are the dominant cause of the minor warming of the Earth’s atmosphere over the past 100 years. If there were such a proof it would be written down for all to see. No actual proof, as it is understood in science, exists.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) states: “It is extremely likely that human influence has been the dominant cause of the observed warming since the mid-20th century.” (My emphasis)

“Extremely likely” is not a scientific term but rather a judgment, as in a court of law. The IPCC defines “extremely likely” as a “95-100% probability”. But upon further examination it is clear that these numbers are not the result of any mathematical calculation or statistical analysis. They have been “invented” as a construct within the IPCC report to express “expert judgment”, as determined by the IPCC contributors.

These judgments are based, almost entirely, on the results of sophisticated computer models designed to predict the future of global climate. As noted by many observers, including Dr. Freeman Dyson of the Princeton Institute for Advanced Studies, a computer model is not a crystal ball. We may think it sophisticated, but we cannot predict the future with a computer model any more than we can make predictions with crystal balls, throwing bones, or by appealing to the Gods.

Perhaps the simplest way to expose the fallacy of “extreme certainty” is to look at the historical record. With the historical record, we do have some degree of certainty compared to predictions of the future. When modern life evolved over 500 million years ago, CO2 was more than 10 times higher than today, yet life flourished at this time. Then an Ice Age occurred 450 million years ago when CO2 was 10 times higher than today. There is some correlation, but little evidence, to support a direct causal relationship between CO2 and global temperature through the millennia. The fact that we had both higher temperatures and an ice age at a time when CO2 emissions were 10 times higher than they are today fundamentally contradicts the certainty that human-caused CO2 emissions are the main cause of global warming.

Today we remain locked in what is essentially still the Pleistocene Ice Age, with an average global temperature of 14.5oC. This compares with a low of about 12oC during the periods of maximum glaciation in this Ice Age to an average of 22oC during the Greenhouse Ages, which occurred over longer time periods prior to the most recent Ice Age. During the Greenhouse Ages, there was no ice on either pole and all the land was tropical and sub-tropical, from pole to pole. As recently as 5 million years ago the Canadian Arctic islands were completely forested. Today, we live in an unusually cold period in the history of life on earth and there is no reason to believe that a warmer climate would be anything but beneficial for humans and the majority of other species. There is ample reason to believe that a sharp cooling of the climate would bring disastrous results for human civilization.

Moving closer to the present day, it is instructive to study the record of average global temperature during the past 130 years. The IPCC states that humans are the dominant cause of warming “since the mid-20th century”, which is 1950. From 1910 to 1940 there was an increase in global average temperature of 0.5oC over that 30-year period. Then there was a 30-year “pause” until 1970. This was followed by an increase of 0.57oC during the 30-year period from 1970 to 2000. Since then there has been no increase, perhaps a slight decrease, in average global temperature. This in itself tends to negate the validity of the computer models, as CO2 emissions have continued to accelerate during this time.

The increase in temperature between 1910-1940 was virtually identical to the increase between 1970-2000. Yet the IPCC does not attribute the increase from 1910- 1940 to “human influence.” They are clear in their belief that human emissions impact only the increase “since the mid-20th century”. Why does the IPCC believe that a virtually identical increase in temperature after 1950 is caused mainly by “human influence”, when it has no explanation for the nearly identical increase in temperature after 1950 is caused mainly by “human influence”, when it has no explanation for the nearly identical increase from 1910-1940?”

The Universe is not drifting, but the galaxy is not stationary. Depersonalization of humankind is not the just stat of atoms hurrying. Religiosity is orthodox-fundamentalism of an extraordinary ‘sordid-Kind’ for belief is not spirituality. Propaganda is not an anathema, but a stasis of idolatry to one-Way galaxy, which altho a Reality, may not ‘save’ humanity! The planet is not stationary, but neither is the totality of all worlds. The cosmological-constant is the field of phenomena, the projection of space-Time as dwells upon humanity, and therefore a convention of traditionalist basic became clocking ‘time’. The CC (cosmological-Constant) has become the realization that humankind can progress and can go forward simultaneously. Energy has entered the difficulty, and backwardness has no seat to maintain negation of progress. But, manifestation is both subjective and objective thru Enlightenment.             “R”

“At the other end of this spectrum there is a considerable contingent of scientists and scholars, largely schooled in the earth and astronomical sciences, who believe climate is largely influenced by natural forces and cycles. They were not organized into an official body until 2007 when the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC) was formed in Vienna. Led by atmospheric scientist Dr. Fred Singer, the NIPCC published “Climate Change Reconsidered,” a comprehensive scientific critique of the IPCC’s findings, in 2009.294 This report was signed by more than 31,000 American scientists and concluded, “there is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate.”295 Clearly there is no overwhelming consensus among scientists on the subject of climate.296 In my opinion the believers and the skeptics of human-caused, catastrophic climate change can be roughly divided between those who see history in very recent terms (years to thousands of years) and those who see history in the long term (thousands to hundreds of millions of years). Both meteorologists and environmentalists tend to think about weather and climate in terms of recent human history. Geologists, evolutionary biologists, and astrophysicists tend to think of climate in the context of the 3.5 billion-year history of life and the 4.6 billion-year history of the Earth.

The various camps have invented some names for each other and for themselves. Pretty much everyone involved thinks they are “climate scientists.” But people who are convinced we are the main cause of climate change have been dubbed “true believers” and “warmists,” highlighting what are seen to be religious and ideological orientations, respectively. People who are undecided, critical, or questioning are called “skeptics.” The skeptics are happy with this description as it indicates they have an open mind and as scientists they believe they have a duty to challenge un-proven hypotheses. The true believers use the word skeptic as a slur, as in “unbelievers,” as if it is unacceptable to question their beliefs. Then there are the “climate deniers,” or “denialists,” terms invented by the true believers, and characterized by skeptics as associating them with Holocaust deniers. Much of this is just name-calling, but it is useful in the sense that it defines the battleground.”

Is not the word-Term “battleground” a militaryist and belligerence aspect factor of non-Peace? Where does the wordage of the word “peace” enter into “peace-for-the-Planet”! The need for wordage pertaining to the laws of Peace needs be proponent, nit Invasions and the lie of “defense” not even “defense-meaning”. The word “ecology” is the thought involvements of “peace for the Planet” and may that be thru control of lambast-Blasting meteors and comets before they do enter planetary interstellar domain. Defense needs to be Defense of the planet, not necessarily the one-sided trippe that peace-will happen as myth survives due Religiosity, is polemic forwarding ‘arrogance’. How? Does the word “death-Ray” demean necessity of propaganda or of madness-Tokenism? Why does H.A.A.R.P. need ultra-Secrecy, if not to forward a secret of the death-ray, existence? If, not or if so, the ex-Soviet “doomsday-Machine” may yet be in hands of Kazakstan, but most likely backs the ex-KGB, needful and harmful amenity of Russia, willing power to a different, non-differing management system.

Defense contractors keep ruin and destruction alive and demises the world-Ecology faster and w more moral-less decimations a than any ole UN-inviting or new-Rome: empire illegal-INvasions w NSDU-238 as a backlog for nuclear-Demise of world as well as what that microns-radionuclide is already doing to maintain “insurance” for those contractors. The NWO exists for plutocracy. Neo-Con over-reach, eat your heart ‘out’.                 “R”

dRones that kill ‘weddings’ makes masse` murder illegal, as there is a denotation for extracurricular compunction utility that of thuggery of the insouciant-kinds. Why is this so compunctive! May be that the Constitution lasted until 1967, but military-Hegemony has replaced that secrecy of nuclear-Policy w immoralism and IMperialism. Such grotesque IMpunity will regale in plutocratic-Circles, while NSDU-238 is again on the back-Burner and not apropos any but ‘propaganda’ at this time, sentenced to “maybe”. That is to say what may be w NSDU-238—nuclear-Weapon no.1– will be placed into hands of thuggery, and thuggery practices, once again a back-burner enterprise. Being used from dRones is not a benign assumption, but the practices of useful were mastered for propaganda, and were yet, unlawful-Use in 1989, before usages-Galore, thru illegal and normally transparent but innocuous disassociation nonetheless. The idiom “give them and inch and they will apprise indigency for a mile” appends transference to the differential of Misinformation. In other words, one, you need to have some ‘bravery’ in order to maintain brevity for Truths to continue being home-made ‘journalists’ why the Internet is immensely most useful.

Although Baghdad fell just a few weeks after the invasion, popular Iraqi resistance bogged down occupation forces and challenged the U.S.-backed regime. The fighting escalated and in 2007 the Bush administration announced the “surge,” involving increased troop levels and cash payments to buy off the formerly anti-occupation Awakening Movement. Violence declined but the Iraqi people never fully accepted foreign rule.

The war continues today, by virtue of both the physical presence of U.S. forces and the economic and social devastation caused by nearly a decade of occupation. Although combat operations have officially been declared “over,” 50,000 U.S. troops remain in the country.

While the withdrawal from Iraq is supposed to be completed by the end of 2011, Defense Secretary Robert Gates has strongly hinted that the deadline will be ignored. Rep. Adam Smith, a high-ranking member of the Armed Services Committee, said that the number of troops still in Iraq after the end of this year “could be 20,000.” Permanent U.S. bases and compounds are set to remain.

Occupation brings death and suffering

The Iraq war has led to a staggering number of deaths. According to the results of a 2008 study by the UK-based Opinion Research Business, 1,033,000 people have died as a result of the war. This is consistent with the findings of a study conducted by The Lancet, one of the oldest and most respected scientific journals in the world.

But even this figure does not truly convey the magnitude of the human suffering caused by the invasion and occupation. According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, 4.7 million Iraqis, about 15 percent of the population, have been forced to flee their homes. 2.7 million are internally displaced and 2 million have left the country entirely; 5 million Iraqi children are orphans.

Corruption is rampant at all levels of the illegitimate Iraqi government. A 2009 document issued by the Iraqi Commission on Public Integrity reported 5,031 complaints of corruption the previous year. However, out of over 3,000 cases sent to courts, only 97 officials, less than 3 percent, were convicted. Iraq was ranked the fourth most corrupt country in the world in 2010.

Excluding Baghdad, about 30 percent of the population does not have access to potable water. In the capital the figure is slightly lower, around 25 percent, but much higher in some rural areas, at roughly 50 percent. Iraq is only capable of producing slightly more than half of the electricity it needs, leaving most Iraqis without power on a regular basis…

On Feb. 25, thousands took to the streets in major cities throughout Iraq as part of a “day of rage.” Several provincial governors resigned. In Iraq’s new “democracy,” police and mercenaries killed at least 29 peaceful demonstrators. Journalists were arrested and tortured. Offices of protest organizers were shut down by the government and leaders were arrested.
Far from unanimously supporting the actions of the U.S. government, the people of the United States have participated in huge outpourings of solidarity with the people of Iraq. On Feb. 15, 2003, millions around the globe turned out for the largest coordinated anti-war demonstrations in history. Recognizing that the war would be devastating not only to Iraqis but to the working class domestically, hundreds of thousands took part across the United States. Over the years, thousands of U.S. troops and Iraq war veterans have also joined the anti-war movement, refusing their orders to deploy, speaking out about their experiences and organizing mass actions against the wars.”
