Chernobyl a piled-Up misdiagnostic Sociology on Soviet democracy missing

My trek to Ukraines in 1981 was the third Soviet nuclear-Site, but not the last to visit. The Ecology Group was composite of we-Amers oNLY. However, Pripyat was mostly evacuated —about 1,200 people I estimated from my times valuing demonstrations in US. Secondly, one of the 3 reactors sites was destroyed by an “explosion” sometime in 1977-1979, or even slightly earlier. I asked after scientific evaluators on the outside perimeters to fenced Chernobyl, and why Pripyat had no metering systems in place! Geez, does this empire?

One may ask did the ‘conspiracy-Theory come from insider sources of 1986 Chornobyl “meltdown” and was the reactor “sabotaged by democracy, re: anarchist-Socialists under a Propagandist shield, also acknowledged “by-the-State of Bureaucracy…Soviet” or what Is closest approximation of UN-just anarchists?
The pattern of being presented the truths, on foot in 1981, were appendaged by resource wirk, coupled w citizenry-IN-put. I do communicate or commutate. “R”

“Gaining unauthorised access to the plant, by hitching a lift on a military lead-covered helicopter flight, he has admitted to ‘foolishly’ opening the window to take pictures.
But, even though he wore a lead protective suit and placed his equipment in lead boxes, he came back home with nothing to show for his determination to document the crisis.
The radiation was so high that all his shots turned out black – and so he returned, nine days after the blast, to fire off frames as soldiers frantically shovelled debris over the ruined roof.
Kostin’s work in the days after the blast and in subsequent years on Chernobyl won him a World Press Photo Prize.
But it also exposed him to heavy levels of radiation.
He has undergone several thyroid operations, with thyroid cancer one of the most wide-spread consequences of the blast.
Valery Zufarov died in 1993, aged 52, of Chernobyl-related diseases.
His first pictures were made from a helicopter 25 meters above the plant. Volodymyr Repik, now 66, last year said that, if he had his time again, he would not have gone to Chernobyl because the risk of death was so high.
Pripyat, close to the power plant, has been left a ghost town since the explosion at the plant caused radiation to leak from a nuclear reactor.
The 50,000 residents were evacuated in a major government operation starting the day after the catastrophe, on April 27.”

Many urban and suburban cities, have a “free nuclear zone” where shipments from radiologic “medical sites” may be excluded, but when and where radionuclides-Measurements may be “practiced” for purposeful reasons—implicit to “defense-Restructuring” thru grass-Roots. The caustic side are the US geographies, that have “nuclear-Facilities which both make “scientific experimentation” also at exorbinant high prices, merely to fill-in budget enactments. No, not restraints but not “defense grass-Roots” either. The time to surrender to the enemy is not when one’s defense is knowing rite, and right-around-the-Corner! Or, is that merely a tenet of causality? “R”

“Below is the wording of the initiative.

Prevention of the City’s Future Financial Involvement in Nuclear Weapons Components Facilities

The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“the City”) shall not enter into, facilitate, nor give permission for any future contracts whereby it will be directly financially involved in any facilities that produce or procure components for, assemble, or refurbish nuclear weapons (except for outside infrastructure improvements customarily provided by cities and governmental services ordinarily provided to citizens). The City is also barred in the future from funding or subsidizing such a facility through taxes, bonds, loans, tax credits, credit, or any other financial scheme or mechanism. The definition of such a facility does not include providers of goods and services which were not produced for the purpose of nuclear weapons components production but which may be purchased by such a facility as a consumer.
This debate is already capturing the attention of local and national media. Please stay tuned for more updates and ways to be involved. Post your thoughts and words of encouragement for our Kansas City chapter on Facebook at

Not that the Soviet Union was known for bureaucracy, but that we’ve not had “simple good connotative examples” since the 1991 “dissolution of that empire-State” and who has spoken-out regarding the disregard of that space-Time consequence. Do not tell me that punk-rockers were usury when they may have cause the IMpugning method that Rumsfeld and chaingang-Dickie used on Sept 11th 2001! There is more to the story of my visit, as you may have garnered. The first and 2nd “anti-Nuclearist protest-Demonstrations were at Hanford, then Savannah River” precisely that these two produce “plutonium” thru the graphite process. The fact of any “nuclear-reactor is” however, how much plutonium is produced, and how much in terms of handling post fuels—must remain in constant stable state for 5-full years after isotope-rods are spent. The fuels, remain mainly composite, or multiple of Radionuclides in suspended formula. That I was exposed to being atop the blown to bits reactor that never quite got on-line in 1981, makes for showboating that their have notyet been reports on those “earlier practices” those which may have definitively digressed the nuclearist-Policy of NPP utility-in-use! “R”

“1. What caused the Chernobyl accident?
On April 26, 1986, the Number Four RBMK reactor at the nuclear power plant at Chernobyl, Ukraine, went out of control during a test at low-power, leading to an explosion and fire that demolished the reactor building and released large amounts of radiation into the atmosphere. Safety measures were ignored, the uranium fuel in the reactor overheated and melted through the protective barriers. RBMK reactors do not have what is known as a containment structure, a concrete and steel dome over the reactor itself designed to keep radiation inside the plant in the event of such an accident. Consequently, radioactive elements including plutonium, iodine, strontium and caesium were scattered over a wide area. In addition, the graphite blocks used as a moderating material in the RBMK caught fire at high temperature as air entered the reactor core, which contributed to emission of radioactive materials into the environment.
2. How many people died as an immediate result of the accident?
The initial explosion resulted in the death of two workers. Twenty-eight of the firemen and emergency clean-up workers died in the first three months after the explosion from Acute Radiation Sickness and one of cardiac arrest.
3. How many people were evacuated?
The entire town of Pripyat (population 49,360), which lay only three kilometres from the plant was completely evacuated 36 hours after the accident. During the subsequent weeks and months an additional 67,000 people were evacuated from their homes in contaminated areas and relocated on government order. In total some 200,000 people are believed to have been relocated as a result of the accident.”

How may you be of service to the indige-Amers in their north-Americas “civil-Rights” movements? What I did was in the 1970’s that recognized “social-Responsibility” to my we-Boomer peerage, and those older & younger. Today’s addendum is for 2nd decade of 21st century, now 40-years alter. The offering for education and healthcare w.o. robbing the indigenous-Peoples of their lands, by honoring leases has been at wits end-zones, way before the “derivatives-Banking and foreclosures scandals of August 2008” and since then, Theresa Spence is now camped in her teepee, atop an Island in mid-winter surrounded both sides by the Ottawa River. Neat set-up as non-runoffs may not g w “global climate changes” continuing the other side of detriment us. “R”

“As Attawapiskat First Nations Chief Theresa Spence enters her fourth week of a hunger strike aimed at drawing attention to the federal government’s failure to honor native treaty rights, aboriginal peoples across the country continue a series of road and rail blockades, demonstrations, and sympathy hunger strikes in what has become known as the “Idle No More” movement. This mobilization, although initially unassociated with Spence’s protest, has dovetailed with the Chief’s actions and served to highlight recent Conservative government actions aimed at opening up vast swathes of native land for capitalist resource-extraction projects.
Bill C-45, the Conservative’s second omnibus 2012 budget bill, makes changes to the Indian Act and Navigable Waters Act that open the way for the de facto privatization of native lands and significantly reduce environmental regulation.
The discovery of huge, new mineral deposits in the Canadian North and the drive to push through pipelines to transport Alberta tar sands oil to the U.S. and Asian markets has spurred the Conservative government of Stephen Harper to seek to level all perceived “roadblocks” to mega-project development.”

Global climate change is for real, as adverse “pollutions” as “nuclear-contaminations” as “governments” as “coRpoRations too big too fail” and as military-Hegemony uses push-
button analysis instead of reductive-Reasoning. This very stat is not prone to derision, as public Sociology is not allowed to be discussed by disINformation , a byproduct of Public-Relations groups such as Carlisle Group, CFR, Bilderberg group and a host of assemblages in Europe—what of Japan—all interconnected w “globalism” and what that discourse-Minus entails! “R”

“We host a conversation about how to confront global warming with founder Bill McKibben and journalist Christian Parenti. Some have called 2013 “year zero” in the battle over climate change. This comes as 2012 was a year of extreme weather, from the melting of the Arctic to Superstorm Sandy, to the massive typhoon in the Philippines. It was also the warmest year on record in the United States, with massive droughts and frequent wildfires. In the U.S. presidential debates, neither of the major-party candidates took on climate change. But right after the election, McKibben and hit the road to begin a campaign focused on confronting the role of the fossil fuel industry — what McKibben calls “Public Enemy Number One to the survival of our planetary civilization.” The tour has since ended, but the fossil fuel divestment campaign it launched is growing. Many environmentalists welcome the fossil fuel divestment campaign as the new frontier in their activism, but some have raised questions about the effectiveness of a widespread fossil fuels divestment campaign, including Parenti, who wrote the recent article, “Problems With the Math: Is 350’s Carbon Divestment Campaign Complete?” We host a discussion about the campaign with McKibben, who was just voted “Vermonter of the Year” by the Burlington Free Press and is the author of Eaarth: Making a Life on a Tough New Planet . Parenti is professor of sustainable development at the School for International Training and the author of Tropic of Chaos: Climate Change and the New Geography of Violence .”

The connection of one “nuclear-Government facility” toward human-Progress cannot be measured by evolution or can that be the substance of mental depravity by the governments’ anti-Progress for the we-people and/or the world’s people being educated to the latest scientific-Reports. Yes, However, not w mis-INformation of nuclear “costs” regarding how much has NSDU-238 processing cost in each of the years since 1972 —foreinstance! Where else in government do cover-UPs ensume to subsist on ”rip-offs” but in intelligence reasons for “allowing the demolition of BUILDING #7, that which the d-F US Congress BOTH sides of the one-Party system—that which they should have done w.i. 10-minutes, other than to point the finger in the opposite direction? “R”

“The nuclear weapons complex soaks up billions producing useless bombs, creates mountains of radioactive waste, then awards itself the cleanup contracts.
It cost $2.6 billion to run the Los Alamos National Lab (LANL) in New Mexico last year, but the lab spent only $272 million (10%) on environmental remediation. Bechtel Corp. and the Univ. of California (UC) get the cash for both operations.
The US has spent over $5.5 trillion on H-bomb production since 1940. About $300 billion is currently pro- posed for decontamination and cleanup work expected to last 60 years.
Between 2003 and 2009, cleanup operations at the Y-12 uranium complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee cost taxpayers $2.25 billion. Bomb builders there recently finished construction of a new fortress, the Highly Enriched Uranium Processing Facility, which the Energy Department estimates could cost as much as $7.5 billion. It stores enriched uranium for newly redesigned H-bombs. The floor of the building is reportedly 30 feet thick — to withstand a magnitude 7.7 earth- quake (280 miles away), 200 mph winds, direct hits from jet planes, lightning strikes and flooding.”

H-bomb & Military Budget Out of Control

What do the various governments military forces have written in their “military source manuals” those which are instructed then given too the service-personnel for further utilization? Where does that documentation can reconnoiteured by “embedded journalists” who are 90% of time not allowed on battlefields”? How come? If, not then their commanding officers can be relieved of duty! Yes, indeed, Prof Cornell West would be pleased w me! The conversation is about NSDU-238 not used and where-Used on battlefields by US jerk-o-Bin empire. The amount of clean-UPs is morosely in concertina!

“The manual is a war-fighting guide for Germany’s “Bundeswehr” forces in Afghanistan, was published in 2005 and was marked “classified.” The section on DU begins:
During the operation “Enduring Freedom” in support of the Northern Alliance against the Taliban-Regime, US-aircraft used, amongst others, armor-piercing incendiary munitions with a DU- core. Because of its pyrophoric character, when this type of munition is used against hard targets (e.g. tanks, cars) the uranium burns. During the combustion, toxic dusts can be deposited, particularly at and around the targets, which can then be re-suspended easily.
The manual then warns troops to recognize contaminated targets and about the potential health threat from DU munitions, and suggests precautions. It recommends the use of full nuclear, chemical and biological (NBC) warfare suits:
DU munitions can therefore induce toxic and radiological damage to exposed personnel through heavy metal poisoning and very low-level radiation. When it is suspected that these weapons have been used (burnt out cars or tanks, burned out convoys, typical 30mm bullet holes), NBC … protection suits and NBC masks have to be worn in the vicinity of the munitions’ impact, until NBC security troops can rule out any threat.
Among the precautions the manual recommends are:
␣No unnecessary contact with munitions, munition parts, or any other potentially contaminated material ␣ Examination through NBC troop for possible radiation, ␣Issuing of film dosemeters, ␣Putting on NBC-masks, ␣Sealing up of clothing or wearing personal NBC protection suit, ␣Documenting any contact with DU-contaminated material (who, where, when, what, how long and dose), ␣Immediate report with submission of the dosemeter, ␣Calling in of the responsible troop doctor.”

I started into believing that I would be able to show my data and my photogRapHics in 1996. By 1998 I was learning computers would gain ascendant methods thru technics of programming for a future connected to data and information. That was nuclear-Molecular finding(s) to share and my personal-Activism w first account specifics and engendering(s).

As cameras went 'digital-Tech' I fond that editing was also to follow in 2004. Then, in 2005 my first digital camera had replaced usage(s) of s.l.r. 35 mm's. I have no mercy nor pity for the thieves who have stolen my hard werk, as anxiety of what I allowed was mid-stReam--anyway! Those asshole-Pukes have cost me $1,000's on a fixed income and I remain single, sole-Survivor of two-Families w.o. offspring!
