The reclusive nature of Radionuclides floundering in the winds of Exasperations, is definitively NSDU-238. The other commitments of plutocracy to maintain emphatic “floundering” is how to flounce potential democracy from accruing what has happened to other states i.e. sovereign-States—other than negation of existence w other nations. The many questions which should have existed before the millennium’s changeover to number-3 (end of 2000) is similar to what had happened @ Chernobyl that was not dispensed to the U.N. “Reactor No. 4 had no containment system to stop the spread of radiation, and when it caught fire the graphite core burned like charcoal for ten days, lofting radioactive material into the atmosphere, where it was carried as far as Ireland. [Ibid] “The Soviets said nothing about the accident; it was discovered only when the plume tripped radiation alarms at a nuclear plant north of Stockholm. The nearly fifty thousand residents of the town of Pripyat, less than two miles away form Chernobyl, were told nothing until more than twenty-four hours after the explosion, when they were ordered to evacuate temporarily and leave their possessions behind. Most never returned…

… engineers tested the emergency systems on the turbines of Chernobyl reactor No. 4 by reducing the power to below 25 percent. The reactor grew unstable as power declined. Some of the engineers had never been informed that the Chernobyl-style-graphite style reactors become dangerously unstable at low power. [Source: Mike Edwards, National Geographic August 1994, May 1987] “Before the test began: 1) the emergency core cooling system was shut down because it was thought it might affect the results of the test; 2) power fell to 30 megawatts (rather than as safe level of 700 megawatts) because an operator failed to reprogram a computer; 3) control rods were removed to increase power, but xenon had built up in the fuel rods, destabilizing the reaction; and 4) operators shut off emergency signals to make it easier to prepare for the test.”

Daiichis and Chernobyl are somehow in need of being protected is not the resolute manner of defense. However, pouring Boron Carbonate atop the Chernobyl saved, millions more people from pu-239 continual duress, contaminations then could be measured. “Three minutes after the test began the power rose to uncontrollable levels (a hundred times the operating maximum). About 20 minutes later there was one, maybe two explosions, followed by a core meltdown. [Source: Mike Edwards, National Geographic August 1994, May 1987] “ The first, steam, explosion with a force of 1000 tons of TNT was caused when the uranium fuel came in contact with the cooling water. Fuel rods shattered, 1,600 water pipers were sheared and hot fuel created huge clouds of steam that blew the reactor apart. Some people say a second explosion two or three second later occurred. This may have been caused hydrogen released when steam oxidized the zirconium encasing the fuel rods.”

The Chernobyl #4 reactor was a major source of production of pu-239 for the Soviet weapons program and is similar to Savannah River Site, which we “defense-Minded activists” protested against, because the facility being located in a marsh eco-system was prone to leakage of same, i.e. plutonium, which is also being released from reactor-4 at Daiichi—not yet under control is reactor-3 which contaminates uranium, and ce-137, as I am writing! “R”

Does the Oligarchic vituperations of wArs amassed, deaths of 2.5 millions killed by US proximity from direct INvasions, and 7-8 millions persons displaced—not that hospitalization-Casualties were ever disclosed (I may have to look harder). These are not wonderful statistics, nor are they, hearteningly, revolutions bringing democracy face-Forward in non-Violence. However, Rosa Luxemburg was into the practice of non-Violence as Mahatmas Ghandi was being born.

“While in Switzerland she met other socialist revolutionaries from Russia living in exile including, Alexandra Kollontai, George Plekhanov and Pavel Axelrod. In 1890 she met Leo Jogiches and they began “a lifelong personal intimacy (without benefit of religious or civil ceremony)”. Luxemburg married Gustav Lubeck in 1898 in order to gain German citizenship. She now settled in Berlin where she joined the Social Democratic Party. A committed revolutionary, Luxemburg campaigned with Karl Kautsky against the revisionist Eduard Bernstein, who argued that the best way to obtain socialism in an industrialized country was through trade union activity and parliamentary politics.
In 1903 Luxemburg, Leo Jogiches and Julian Marchlewski, to form the Social Democratic Party of Poland. As it was an illegal organization, she went to Paris to edit the party’s newspaper, Sprawa Robotnicza (Workers’ Cause). While in France she became friends with Jean Jaurès and Édouard-Marie Vaillant.

Luxemburg disagreed with the theories of Lenin. In 1904 she published Organizational Questions of the Russian Democracy, where she argued: “Lenin’s thesis is that the party Central Committee should have the privilege of naming all the local committees of the party. It should have the right to appoint the effective organs of all local bodies from Geneva to Liege, from Tomsk to Irkutsk. It should also have the right to impose on all of them its own ready-made rules of party conduct… The Central Committee would be the only thinking element in the party. All other groupings would be its executive limbs.” Luxemburg disagreed with Lenin’s views on centralism and suggested that any successful revolution that used this strategy would develop into a communist dictatorship.
During the 1905 Revolution Luxemburg and Leo Jogiches returned to Warsaw where they were soon arrested. Luxemburg’s experiences during the failed revolution changed her views on international politics. Until then, Luxemburg believed that a socialist revolution was most likely to take place in an advanced industrialized country such as Germany or France. She now argued it could happen in an underdeveloped country like Russia.

At the Social Democratic Party Congress in September 1905, Luxemburg called for party members to be inspired by the attempted revolution in Russia. “Previous revolutions, especially the one in 1848, have shown that in revolutionary situations it is not the masses who have to be held in check, but the parliamentarians and lawyers, so that they do not betray the masses and the revolution.” She then went onto quote from The Communist Manifesto: “The workers have nothing to lose but their chains; they had a world to win.”
August Bebel, the leader of the SDP, did not share Luxemburg’s views that now was the right time for revolution. He later recalled: “Listening to all that, I could not help glancing a couple of times at the toes of my boots to see if they weren’t already wading in blood.” However, he preferred Luxemburg to Eduard Bernstein and he appointed her to the editorial board of the SPD newspaper, Vorwarts (Forward).”

When imperialism leads capitalists into ventures of superlative, the result for US military-Hegemony was to go into “capitalist-Totalitarianism” and continue the ways developing for more and more inhumane context, that of the IMperium and coRpoRatist, one party rulers continuing the orthodoxy of transgressions for Empire, via multi-nationalist perversions already renown. Thus the history of world-Wars for banking stayed in place as fascists went into revolutions 1905 and 1919. “One of the Best Books on Vietnam August 26, 1998 By sitka@teleport.com Format: Paperback
The Phoenix Program is a grim history of one of the darkest episodes of the Vietnam War, the CIA’s civilian torture and assassination program called Phoenix. Phoenix was the grotesque brainchild of William Colby and may have resulted in the elimination, to use Colby anaseptic [antiseptic?] phrase, more than 40,000 South Vietnamese civilians, suspected by the CIA of having anti-American sentiments. This was a difficult story to excavate, taking all of the professional and human resources of one of America’s most gifted and tenacious investigative reporters, Douglas Valentine.
Valentine dares to tread across territory long considered taboo to reveal the shocking and baldly criminal behavior of the CIA and its South Vietnamese clients at the peak of the war in Vietnam. Wholesale arrests of non-combatants, brutal interrogations, torture of the most unspeakable nature and murder. Valentine shows that the My Lai massacre was no isolated incident, but an outgrowth of a systematic, decade-long program of state sponsored terrorism.
Dare to tell the truth about the CIA and you will pay a heavy price. Valentine’s book has oddly disappeared from the shelves of American bookstores. This a historical tragedy, since it is one of the few volumes that has dared to tell the truth about the true nature of the CIA’s role in Vietnam. This book demands to be republished, as it is quite simply one of the best histories of the Vietnam war.
Jeffrey St. Clair Co-author Whiteout: The CIA, Drugs and the Press…”

“…Designed to destroy the Vietcong infrastructure and ostensibly run by the South Vietnamese government, the Phoenix Program–in fact directed by the United States–developed a variety of counterinsurgency activities including, at its worst, torture and assassination. For Valentine ( The Hotel Tacloban , LJ 9/15/84), the program epitomizes all that was wrong with the Vietnam War; its evils are still present wherever there are “ideologues obsessed with security, who seek to impose their way of thinking on everyone else.” Exhaustive detail and extensive use of interviews with and writings by Phoenix participants make up the book’s principal strengths; the author’s own analysis is weaker. This is a good complement to Dale Andrade’s less emotional Ashes to Ashes (Lexington, 1990) and such participant accounts as Orrin M. DeForest and David Chanoff’s Slow Burn (S. & S., 1990).
– Kenneth W. Berger, Duke Univ. Lib., Durham, N.C.

The CIA’s discussion was along unattainable goals, such as principles! The book’s author states, in the introduction (p-14) “the American people gradually lose touch with the democratic ideals that once defined their national self-concept. This book asks what happens when the Phoenix finally comes home to roost” as terrorism is what the compendium of occurrences in the program actually came to certify—alongside torture, murder, poisoning of the Ecology w horrorific compounds of dioxin re: agent-Orange.

As I’ve stated, the anarchist-Executive “disorder” officials designate themselves as ”anarchyists” both because of their UN-constitutional and UN-lawful compendiums of allowing cIAS and penataGooons Invasions and commutations e.g. al Qaeda or CIAeda. The presidents teat Congress as though they were coRpoRatist ‘stockholders‘ and maintain themselves as mainstay for disorder via “chaos-Theory”. These neo-Con’s are neo-Liberalist “determinism” in categorization of actual impact upon those religious foes, who not being Determinists, decide because of bad-Example to give credence where maliciousness is non-Violent against others, but for Humanity sake. I’m referring to people of the “Plowshares ilk” who venture deeply into prosaics or not-so-Miserly into the Bible-teachings and countenance is therefore produced. They, too become anarchists, but pacifist-Active. “R”

“The defendants have repeatedly admitted breaking into the Y-12 nuclear weapons plant July 28, cutting through security fences and defacing the site with paint and human blood. However, they said the trespassing, property destruction and sabotage charges should be dropped because their nonviolent activities were justified — and even required. They said the work taking place at Y-12 is illegal under U.S. and international laws and threatens the lives of many. They cited the ongoing production, processing and storage of nuclear weapons and materials used in their making. The defense attorneys argued that work at Y-12 actually constitutes a war crime.
“Basically,” Shirley wrote in his report, “it strikes the Court that the Defendants seek the dismissal . . . because they contend that some other group or entity — either those operating Y-12 or perhaps the United States government– is committing a separate and distinct crime, which they describe as the production, storage, or threatened use of nuclear weapons.”

…The defense attorneys used a statement from University of Illinois Law Professor Francis F. Boyle to support their argument that the weapons work at Y-12 amounts to preparation or conspiracy to “commit a crime against peace, a crime against humanity or a war crime.”
Shirley responded that an expert witness may not testify as to what constitutes law, its meaning or its interpretation, Instead, he wrote, such experts are restricted to testimony that “will help the trier of fact to understand the evidence or to determine a fact in issue.”
Furthermore, Shirley said that even if he were to consider Boyle’s opinion on the matter, he did not find that production or refurbishment of nuclear weapons by workers at Y-12 to be “tantamount to the use of nuclear weapons by the United States.” The possession of nuclear weapons in order to deter other countries from using weapons against the United States is not the equivalent of “planning or preparation . . . to commit a crime against peace,” the magistrate wrote.”

The judge commits an offense in statement of non-Fact, but indemnity to fact. The justifiable “defense” is not already law, soooo he can IMpugn an applicable non-Stance of government not law as law. That “the nuclear-Weapons are posited to eradicate the Ecology of the world and not the So-called defense of the ‘offense-Dept’ which has masse` annihilation capability thru these weapons of 24/7that provide the waste products of Radionuclides, then he’d have shown that he understands the issue is not at risk. Here he’s merely providing statement proving that readiness is profound mistake of volition. Whereas to defend w offensive-Weapons is to obviate “definition by nonsense” he really obviates, meaning that there must, therefore be a better answer found in his lack of definition of what “defense so constitutes”. The defense attorney’s may need to make his a justification of non-equivocally, rather than one of structured nonsense, which is the missing point of contention that the judge posits freely, as his being self-Assertive, rather than “defense-law” oriented. “R”

Two such operations that Alex Jones has brought into my sphere, these days that I’d known from past research reading are: Phoenix Program and Operation Condor. One is a program the other actual manpower, paid for guns, killing spree of anti-lawful excess, for some digression from democracy that is opt democracy, one non-involvement factor which may have brought JFK to his own end, i.e. by other than specific means.

Eisenhower was as much a gook as any in US military, because as hegemony gained ground, he found floundering would suffice. He was R-O-N-G on that account. His ways were not that of Truman who as much an Oligarch who was pre-Selected by the Chicago political-Party bosses in dEMS 1944 selection of a Vice President, which had been basically, by “democracy count” none-other-than Henry Wallace. That he was suppliant to “offensive cold-War counter-Intelligence does not propose his involvement was also definitive. AND

Therefore, the histories as we-People know IMperium, and globalists is one of control of so-called “intel-Gence” as 1880 to 1980, one century of diabolical murdering the directions of “democracy” turned inward –in other words. Digressions for the transgressions of fascists for America to be dissolved or to maintain plutocracy! Which is the that-That asNSDU-238 or thermo-Nuclears as cold-War rhetoric for propaganda-Practice. Plutocracy is as imperfect as the Universe is comprise of 90% “dark-Matter”. “R”

Bio-sketch (2-27-16)…

I started into believing that I would be able to show my data and my photogRapHics in 1996. By 1998 I was learning computers would gain ascendant methods thru technics of programming for a future connected to data and information. That was nuclear-Molecular finding(s) to share and my personal-Activism w first account specifics and engendering(s).

As cameras went 'digital-Tech' I fond that editing was also to follow in 2004. Then, in 2005 my first digital camera had replaced usage(s) of s.l.r. 35 mm's. I have no mercy nor pity for the thieves who have stolen my hard werk, as anxiety of what I allowed was mid-stReam--anyway! Those asshole-Pukes have cost me $1,000's on a fixed income and I remain single, sole-Survivor of two-Families w.o. offspring!
