NRC the causes of ineffectual pronouncements oblique

Like, heroin use gets rid of “pain-Pains” galore and deadens the impact. If not the impasse`. Our society of war-Mongers needs not be arrested as they have no “moralism” to interpret due their monopoly of heroin-Like: addictions to killing people, collateral-Damage pTSD, NSDU-238 UN-cleanliness-0Excesses, and consternate being a goon-Scape, fool employed w.o. post healthcare when service is interrupted or done! The Ecology cannot withstand any more “capitalist-cronyism”. Period, as the planet’s heading for an Armageddon of “methane-Releases, because CO-2 atoms are accumulating far more than forests release O2. The US-military aka new-Rome goon-Squads are besieging and beseeching. I declare UN-fair practices, as well as “bring back the US-constitution”.

I live in a warmonger-Society, wars are fun propaganda-speil that berates our freedom thinking for democracy, nowhere near the plutocracy expellate, since 1945, today. Because wars-chaos theory has been perpetrated by a US-military takeover for the new-Rome: imperialism, and empire retains very much a shadow of incarnation of the olde-Rome. You can have wars, and you can goe kill we-People elsewhere, but the throne of despotism is UN-declared war after war after war, decadence. The sickness relates, yet since Medicare’s inception 1961, that you can go to war, but when you return, you cannot have universal-Healthcare.

Whether you know what radionuclides are, or merely NSDU-238, take your religiously-Lame-0’d halo’s off, we did not need those. What is today’s memoriam all about, if not the continuation of informing what delinquency and what truths and how does our knowledge as we-People compare to obsessives of Oligarchs and plutocracy-Practices i.e. the lame-0’d part! The NRC covets cover-ups of most all contaminations, as they are a-Hole businesses for monopoly of the most egregious two nuclear-Molecular: weapons ever concocted before the additions of “directed-Energy beams” which are similar to nuclear-Lasers. Weld, then cheRnobyl happened and I was there 5 years before today’s dateline, April 26th of 1986. My stoRiEs started into “radionuclides expose’s” as the scientific fellows went into paroxysms of becoming. “R”

Chernobyl: Consequences of the Catastrophe for People and the Environment

I am yet reading a data/PDF on Releases into May 8th 1986. Why was there nevera decent US-military interruption can be answered that “NSA” did not do research nor complain to the European Union. The anti-Matter was that raw-Goon did not attempt to dote on doling how ‘radionuclides causes human-Stress’ or pTSD—for the simple matter of healthcare and paralysis—egregiousness allowed. The followups or so-called travesties were not analyzed by coRpoRate news media in full, here in the new-Rome.

As this was the second meltdown in six years, the first worldwide meltdown of any NPP was in Pensylvania @ Three Mile Island. The studies of and onsite were both hampered and reneged by the u.s.a. NRC (national regulatory commission) a private asociation connected w reporting to US-government agencies, as well as I.A.E.A.

Agricultural Impact of Chernobyl: A Warning

Why not cover-up and be covetous as the US-miitary and us-NRC have always been? This question has assertive stipluations regarding whether truths actually got printed w measurements or any and all “radionuclides”. “R”

“PART OF THE mystery and terror of the Chernobyl disaster is the invisibility of the threat. The explosion at the Vladimir Ilyich Lenin nuclear power plant released more radiation than the bomb dropped on Hiroshima, and one might never know they were being poisoned until months, even years later. Veteran photographer Gerd Ludwig’s spent 20 years photographing the area, chronicling the ongoing consequences of the radioactive release. “You don’t see it, you don’t feel it, you don’t smell it, you don’t taste it, but it’s there,” he says. “It’s around you, and that makes many people oblivious to the danger.” Ludwig has photographed the benighted reactor and the 18-mile exclusion zone surrounding it nine times in the last two decades. The photo book he’s crowdfunding, The Long Shadow of Chernobyl, gathers the deeply affecting images he took and shows why the disaster, which occurred on April 26, 1986, remains relevant.”

What is your stoRie, there @ “V.I. Lenin Nuclear Power Station” 1981“R”? Weld. First of all, being on a “nuclear-Oasis visit” into U.S.S.R. in 1980-81 was a good accentuation to my Ecologic correlatives on: de-Contaminations, by public-need and amenity support the repRoof and knowledge regarding what those specific and general-Scoped amenities would and should be, at most, U.S.S.R., U.S., U.K. and fRance. The surprises were that the Soviet ‘socialists’ were not abashed about questions, but about answers. They were in needs of knowing a sharper debasement of context, I had surmised, however!

Being at Semiplatinsk, was the first stop. That area had numerous hot-zones, but the military merely moved onto another making-contaminant vicinity close-by. Really hot after allowable five-minutes. Next was “Chelyabinsk-40” an area of 230 sq. km. the site of first nuclear-Disaster of tritium and pu-239. Next was the horse-River, as dumpage has caused massive cancers to people w.i. 3-5 miles proximity. Then, came Chernobyl, and the first “explosion” at the “V.I. Lenin Nuclear Power Station”.

Knowing history of world-War: dos, visiting the Kneiper River Ukraines power-Station was not to be allowed, but size comparison was what I wanted to assert remediation-Area, proximity in accordance w our ’Ecology gRoup’. What came next was a tRek into German Republic, thru east-Germany (1981). There I was asked, if I wanted to go-over? The wall, of course! I felt that were I to be caught/imprisoned my task as ‘nuclear-Molecular: researchor’ might end w.o. appertunances of expropriate-Dissemination on historic-Fact of the explosion “V.I. Lenin Nuclear Power Station” (Russian= Чернобыльская АЭС им ) in 1978-79 where Charlie and I had marched up the narrow passages, cleared of radionuclides to the so-called crest-top—and we were allowed 5-minutes, there—upon misfortune we tried to joke hearing the Geiger-counters.

Soooo, what then, next happened? Was this an appellation of more Stalinism, or unjust ‘deceits, lies, lack of measurements’ the Radionuclides hot-Rubble from ‘explosion’ w an un-Named dateline given, that Charlie and I walked upon w the escorts? We hiked the 4 miles into Pripyat, Ukraines. The township was minimally wurkors and transport, sparse more precisely! This town was where the “nuclear-Decontamination from that 1978 blast (or 1979?) had decimated” to the north of reactor #2. Reactor number-4 became that one w the edifice of contaminating all of Europe and onto u.s.a. April 26th 1986. The town was quiet, and we went around following the Geiger counter escorts, some of whom were scientists. That night after not finding much in the way of food to eat, we settled into a horse barn, which was quite warmer than the outdoors in mid-teens Fehrenheit. We were not thru w my allowable ‘inspection’ of a soviet nuclear power-station.

The next day, we went hunting for coffee and got a biscuit as well. However, our comRade interpretoR, was not the same person. We awaited until 12:15 p.m. whereupon, Steve Y. asked had we been offered to go inside. The answer came back, wait until tomorrow—a more thoroughly investigative time would be set-up and we would have background badges to wear, too, which was my major concern, before preemptive viewing. I was also wondering where the KGB was, and knew somebody was around or in the immediate background!

We hiked into the forest, as nobody was looking when the man who operated the front-end bucket came by, but seemed displeased ‘not-to-wirk’ as someone-Else was slotted, but there was no supply of diesel quit yet that morning. The hike went all the way to Byelorusse, about 5 kilometers, and we received some fresher “air”. The horses were wild but indentured for transport wagons of produce. How come, I wondered, because de-Contaminations were not prevalent and, also, why were hiking soooo passively. Fish were caught and sold from the wagon, which was heading into Pripyat and beyond, since nothing in way of standing around was allowed there—in township. Again, this was 1981, post 1979 “first-Explosion” of Chornobyl reactor #2 (not #4).

Next day arrived and Charlie, Steve and I awaited the decision to view the facility. Deborah and Prof. Sam were not allowed, as the radiation was age and female, not advised. This, of course id not mean we were already dressed in protective clothing, yet, so we could not proceed according to my designations. Being a professional meant being professional, period. When 10 a.m. arrived we got word that we would not be allowed inside. As I turned and in disgust threw-up my arms, I heard a sarcastic ‘cyrillic-Response’ someone was stating, we shall get you inside, as soon as we find clothes. Okay, finally, good credence had arrived. Then shortly before the whistle when workers came pouring-out, quite literally, since 3,500 were inside the plant each day. they finally, allowed our small entourage of three americans and 4-5 Soviets, to move forward w them—semi-freely.

Wow, going inside where there was no post hot-radionuclides, was a funny itinerant fidelity. We were allowed to view but not ask questions of the controllers at the control boards/apparatus. We were followed as though Gulag detainees, but not tied-up, thus when we’d seen the control room and those narrow passages to the reactors, I was glad we could view and go no further. We went outside, and finally someone brought us better jacket protectors, altho mid-day. We waited for the next crews to assemble and mesh soooo that none of us could count their ‘crew-size’ nor account their need inside. Kinda anti-Climatic I was thinking, when Steve finished a conversation in French w someone like head-Technician outside security!

Someone below the entrance 100 yards into the doors of radionuclides perceptions, was looking at us a well. The size of the reactor towers and outer reactor encasement building was huge, at least fifteen stories high. I knew that we were not going inside there, where the example post 3-11-11 hydrogen from Daiichi’s had caused four-Reactor explosions, leading to three ‘reactor-Meltdowns’ now serves as best example. Thereupon, we walked down into a dirt area, which had just been thoroughly scarped by a bulldozer, kinda american-Like. There was no door, but there was a cave-like tunnel w which we proceeded amassed at no geiger–Counter playback noise cackle. Once inside I wondered whether this was a mine prioritized for desolate tourists to become stranded. No. where we were heading was, get this, beneath. Beneath the actual reactor that would explode on April 26th five years later.

The area beneath was dirt, and the overhead was concrete. I touched after Geiger-counter measurement. Nothing at all, cold on this warming, springtime day in the cold air of cave dirt. Fact was not fantasy. I wondered why there was an excavation beneath the reactor, but asked how thick the actual concrete was. The response was “meters thick”. Why, I yet am enmeshed in tyrannical-Thought were they wanting me to be here? The resolve for having a socialist-American around was most warmly received by me. There was no cold-shoulder. Some particular about the plant had to be the quizzical ‘answer’ to that placement on site, being non-superlative.
Soooo long, V.I. Lenin Nuclear Power Station…

Next we skipped to Iran and met w Ahmadinejad, and he provided cover for our visit to inspect Bushehr, before heading on and into Beirut, Lebanon. Once there Charlie and I protested against america’s nuclear-Thermos in the midst of a three armies battle “lull”. When we arrived into Span, we were amassed at how large Libya was, the waterwirks of Muammar Khaddafi, and his colonels. Once inside Morocco we back-tracked to Algeria, as we intended to continue south into yet another “radionuclides: hit-zone”. This time we had sought fRench-Sahara testing area’s and I wondered, again, who had the Geiger-counter? “R”

“This month marks the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. On April 26, 1986, technicians conducting a test inadvertently caused reactor number four to explode. Several hundred staff and firefighters then tackled a blaze that burned for 10 days and sent a plume of radiation around the world in the worst-ever civil nuclear disaster. More than 50 reactor and emergency workers were killed at the time. Authorities evacuated 120,000 people from the area, including 43,000 from the city of Pripyat. Reuters reports that a huge recently-completed enclosure called the New Safe Confinement—the world’s largest land-based moving structure—will be “pulled slowly over the site later this year to create a steel-clad casement to block radiation and allow the remains of the reactor to be dismantled safely.” Gathered below are recent images of the ongoing cleanup work and the ghost towns being reclaimed by nature within the 1,000-square-mile (2,600-square-kilometers) exclusion zone in Ukraine.”

Still Cleaning Up: 30 Years After the Chernobyl Disaster

“When you think of nuclear disasters, you think of the Chernobyl plant in Ukraine and the Fukushima plant in Japan, and maybe Three Mile Island. But after Fukushima and Chernobyl, the third biggest nuclear disaster is called Kyshtym. Never heard of it? That’s because it happened in 1957, at the height of the Cold War, deep in the eastern Ural Mountains of the Soviet Union. The Soviets disclosed details to no one, not even the people affected. Even the name is a misdirection, because it didn’t happen in Kyshtym. It was in the town of Chelyabinsk-65 (which was renamed Ozyorsk in the early 1990s); this town, according to the Soviets, did not exist.

The Mayak Production Association runs plutonium facility No 817 in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia. During the Soviet era, its location was a secret to anyone who didn’t work there. It was known as Chelyabinsk-40 after the postal code, and the nearby community was named Chelyabinsk-65. The facility was built in a hurry just after World War II in order to catch up with the Americans in nuclear weapons technology. The plant, which included six reactors, processed nuclear materials to develop weapons-grade plutonium. At the time, relatively little was known about the effects of radioactive materials on human workers, and even the dangers that were known were disregarded by Soviet authorities in their haste to develop nuclear weapons. The future town of Ozyorsk grew up around the facility.

The plant was dangerous from the beginning. Radioactive waste was disposed of by dumping it into the Techa River. Solid waste was dumped on-site, and smoke was released into the air with no regard to its contents. Protective gear for the workers was minimal, and most of it was believed to have been done with forced labor from local prisoners. The first recorded nuclear accident there occurred in 1953, but went unnoticed until a worker developed radiation sickness (his legs were eventually amputated due to radiation burns, but he survived). Four other workers were affected as well. It was the first of dozens of incidents at the facility that continued for decades.

On September 29, 1957, one of the Mayak plant’s cooling systems failed. No one noticed until it was too late. A waste tank exploded, sending a cloud of radioactive material into the air, which fell over an area of 20,000 square kilometers. Though 270,000 people lived there, only 11,000 were evacuated (and that took up to two years to accomplish). Those who remained were pressed into service to clean up the debris by destroying contaminated crops and livestock. They worked without protection from radiation, and then they went back to their homes.“

The Face of Imperialism: Responsibility-Taking in the Political World

by Michael Parenti, (Author) © April 1, 2011

“Some writers question whether imperialism is a necessary condition for capitalism, pointing out that most Western capital is invested in Western nations, not in the Third World. If corporations lost all their Third World investments, they argue, many of them could still survive on their European and North Amercan markets. In responses, one should note that capitalism might be able to survive without imperialism—but shows no inclination to do so. It manifests no desire to discard its enormously profitable Third world enterprises. Imperialism may not be necessary condition for investor survival but it seems to be an inherent tendency and a natural outgrowth of advanced capitalism. Imperial relations may not be the only way to pursue profits, but they are most lucrative way.

Whether imperialism is necessary for capitalism is really not the question. Many things that are not absolutely necessary are still highly desirable, therefore strongly preferred and vigorously pursued. Overseas investors find the Third world’s cheap labor, vital natural resources, and various other highly profitable conditions to be compellingly attractive. Superprofits may not be necessary for capitalism’s survival but survival is not all that capitalists are interested in. That there may be no necessity between capitalism and imperialism does not mean there is no compelling linkage.

The same is true of other social dynamics. For instance, wealth does not necessarily have to lead to luxurious living. A higher portion of an owning class’s riches could be used for investment rather than personal consumption. The very wealthy could survive on more modest sums but that is not how most of them prefer to live. Throughout history, wealthy classes generally have shown preference for getting the best of everything. After all, the whole purpose of getting rich off other people’s labor is to live well, avoiding all forms of thankless toil and drudgery, enjoying superior opportunities for power and prestige. While none of these things are really “necessary”, they are fervently clung to by those who possess them, as witnessed by the violent measures endorsed by advantaged classes whenever they feel the threat of an equalizing or leveling democratic force.”
