Nukes Are Back and So We Are w.o. defense

4]     Altho distance is infinite, “nucleus-Radiation” is finite! One of the reasons that nuclear-Power is not evidence to “clean-Electricity” is because reprocessing costs are high-Carbon producers, as well as high “reprocessing-Enrichment: costs & expenses” plus the dangers involved have not been calmed to honing significancies of awareness-Levels of any pertinent aspect factorable of “accidental” melt-Down, let-Off, over-Water pollution , emergency ‘shut-Down’ and a host of penury in mental-microns or electric pulses of the human-Brin. Those are nuons necessitating animo acid breakdowns, etc. GnEP is a 1-31-06 plan by the latent and manipulative, past admin of george-Enron’s making into the polemic, some factors that may or may not be needed in “100-Years from now”! The trouble is that the DEIS and public input “comments” period” does not end until March 16th i.e. next month.

Basically, the use of plutonium instead of uranium formidably 200,000 times more deadly has made the “bill” a misnomer, however, we do know Congress votes and places riders, like foreclosures must be supported by banks that have been give billions, when the government has needs not currently being utilized in helping those “families” 2.5 million who’ve lost a place that they were purchasing. Does the purchasing power of the Pentagons go “upward” because of the latter. The hazardous “dust” is unsettling!

GNeP is fallacious, but nuclear-Energy is also fallacious. One aspect is that the nosy-Pentagons do not report the amounts of NSDU-238 that they place into and outta the nuclear-Munitions arsenal, since they can get-away-w “we’re just-Making: armors” and they do not, are not required to report that to “both” a House & Senate committee, nor government committee. There has been a need to halt the NSDU-238 uses, since 1972, when Israel—you know the nation-Religious: state military who’s belonging sense are to kill the Palestines “civilians: en masse” and not dealt w the consequences since that same year that parable, “the dirty Lil ‘ace’”. Any commitment in the u-S can be made into reprocessing NSDU-238 and that’s where enriched uranium and plutonium get intermixed w the so-called ‘clean’ NSDU-238. That ur-236 has been traced to Paducah clean-ups of 1981-83 means that when found in Iraq, that man-Made “stuff” was transuranic, and thus upwards of 200,000 times more volatile than merely “extracted ur-238” that leaves “mostly” ur-235. That also means that fissile-Matter, was over the 60% threshold that NSDU-238 is maintained by “the military” to be authoritatively-Controlled. No wonder most scientists say the “system” is flawed, too!               “R”

“Over the past few years, attention to the recycling of nuclear power spent fuel has grown. Fears of global warming due to fossil fuel burning have given nuclear energy a boost; over the next 15 years dozens of new power reactors are planned world-wide. To promote nuclear energy, the Bush administration is seeking to establish international spent nuclear fuel recycling centers that are supposed to reduce wastes, recycle uranium, and convert nuclear explosive materials, such as plutonium to less troublesome elements in advanced power reactors.

Advocates, such the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think-tank, argue that used fuel at U.S. power plants contain enough energy “to power every U.S. household for 12 years.” Heritage points out that nuclear recycling “can be affordable and is technologically feasible. The French are proving that on a daily basis. The question is: Why can’t oui?”

The key to recycling is being able to reuse materials while reducing pollution, saving money and making the earth a safer place. On all accounts, nuclear recycling fails the test.

Nuclear Recycling and the Environment

In order to recycle uranium and plutonium in power plants, spent fuel has to be treated to chemically separate these elements from other highly radioactive byproducts. As it chops and dissolves used fuel rods, a reprocessing plant releases about 15 thousand times more radioactivity into the environment than nuclear power reactors and generates several dangerous waste streams. If placed in a crowded area, a few grams of waste would deliver lethal radiation doses in a matter of seconds. They also pose enduring threats to the human environment for tens of thousands of years.”

5]          No nuclear power-Plant is safer than the closest accident awaiting the happenstance. Any nuclear-Armaments facility would be the same. Critical mass may not be apparent, however radionuclides accumulate wastes, that are not depositable for immediate recycling. Soooo, these used radiologic materials accumulate and do nothing more than accumulate. Is this a paradigm of fresh air, or healthcare that alleviates pain, too. Hardly, butt-Holds! This stuff is primed for the 100,000’s of years before the “first: half-Life ends” which is apparently why so many people do npot feel safe “protesting in front of nuclear power Plants or Y-12 near Oak Ridge or nev-Testsite, where the ‘orge-Nal: witch’s-Brew” happened along in perpetuity. Ask me, I’ve had over 24-injuries! Do I need healthcare, or radionuclides from chemo-Therapy uses added to NSDU-238?

“In the late 1960s, Dr. John Gofman was asked to evaluate the killing power of so-called “normal” releases from America’s fleet of atomic reactors.

Gofman was a towering figure. He was instrumental in developing the atomic bomb. As a medical doctor, his breakthrough discoveries in heart disease and LDL cholesterol are still in use.

Dr. Gofman was chief of health research at the Atomic Energy Commission. But he discovered that regular radiation emissions from America’s nukes would kill 32,000 citizens per year, even without an accident or terror attack.

The industry demanded Gofman change his findings. When he refused, he was fired. He spent the rest of his life warning that Americans were being killed every day by the ever-growing fleet of US reactors.

In 1979, human error caused the melt-down at Three Mile Island Unit Two. The reactor’s owners immediately denied there was any melting of fuel. This was a lie. Robotic cameras later showed that at least a third of the fuel had melted.

The owners said there was never a danger of a major catastrophe. That was a lie. The plant was very much at the brink of an apocalyptic radiation release.

The owners ridiculed those—among them Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Health—who desperately warned that local citizens should be evacuated, especially to protect pregnant women and small children. The governor finally ordered just such an evacuation, but later fired his long-time friend at the Department of Health, who had advocated the evacuation, and who warned of damage from TMI’s stealth radioactive fallout.

TMI’s owners denied that its releases harmed anyone. But the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has admitted to Congress that nobody knows how much radiation escaped or where it went.”

6]       Let us see! There are no “demonstration-Speakers” placed on you-Tube, nor on Democracy Now (www.democracynow.org ), but DU is new “stuff”?

Your now want me to give you four other questions that pertain to the un-Declared wars, being that you arte all so conscientious about the u-S Constitution and Universal Declaration of Human Rights being supreme laws well-Adapted to the u-S statutes that keep us from allowing “the national-Guard” to leave the territorial borders of the new-Rome?

You also want me to go around driving and mentioning the facts of these past “seven” un-Declared wars for your community, so that you DO NOT HaVE to lift the middle-Finger, but you will not tell me first, that the middle-Finger is raised for the in-astute dept-of-War!

Ohhh, I get the reason that communicating daily the virtueless aplomb of the illegal bombings of Clinton admin, were to make sure that there was no “public-Discussion” on NSDU-238, because there was for much distrust spoken about @ home, preparing for the phase-# of Iraq, oNLY that Kosovo came and used-Again, the NSDU-238?

Okay, you were outta time because altho “marijuana” is not “legalizing” you were smoking the baggies by-the-Day and never thought to help in the legalization processes, while Iraq was being “hydro-Carbon-Polluted, AS WELL AS NSDU-238 toxicity obliterated for removal to beyond the moon the next week—a small project involving only a month’s laborers pay?         “R”

“the one real feel-good factor left in Iraq – depleted uranium… That it is left all over Iraq just shows how much we care, because DU is gorgeous stuff – gorgeous uranium-238 with a dash of gorgeous uranium-235. It’s cheap, if you’re subsidizing nuclear power to the hilt, and frankly we have whole slag heaps of it to dump. It’s almost twice as heavy as lead, so it’s great for armour plating, radiation shielding, ballast in missiles and aircraft counterweights… It’s splendid for shells and – better yet – it’s pyrophoric. Which is to say, if you bang it into anything, it produces blasting amounts of heat…War, naturally, involves many things banging into each other. If we’re not wasting our own troops by mistake, there’s always enemy action to consider, plus accidents and malfunctions – it’s not all shiny flight-suits and blasphemous profiteering: combat has it’s dark side, too… A few of you have heard that DU is toxic and radioactive, and maybe you’re fretting about that. With so many vehicles containing DU and so much DU ammunition rattling about and the possibilities of violence being fairly high, DU could be released into the environment and come into contact with people, even British people… And I won’t lie to you, there is a tiny chance that the tons of DU fired at and in Iraq may also have landed there. And some of it may have been slightly damaged on impact. But that’s no cause for concern, because measures are in place to deal absolutely effectively with every possible scenario.”

Our Gift to Iraq: Depleted Uranium

7]       The uses of peacefully adapted uses of DU is not the same factorable morass of autocratic-Prevalency that comes form Pentagons, lobbyists, some Congresspersons, since they’re into no-legal-Ends for the means of killing via NSDU-238. There is a world’s history found actually in western “war-as-History” parable that is the one ‘n oNLY “olde-Rome” utilized the war-Theory rhetoric for utilizing and wasting armies of peasants imprisoned in the cast system of caring for slaves and not becoming a freeman—while the populous sleeps their tax-Monies are wasted, but who are the slaves?

The olde-Rome won the geography, made the domain-of-Empire thru vicious attacks on Carthage, and upon the peoples who needed not the “Latin” tongue, they were interred to camps as slave-Earnors—another misnomer of astute “war-as-History” reckoning.

“According to Iraqi health statistics, the country’s recent increase in health problems has been concentrated in the same areas of the country that took the brunt of U.S. attacks: Baghdad, the southern port city of Basra, and the northern cities of Mosul and Kirkuk.

No similar problems are known to have occurred in Kuwait, where DU was also used, because such weapons were used mainly outside of population centers and because Kuwait carried out a comprehensive, well-funded postwar cleanup of spent munitions and combat wreckage.

Among children throughout Iraq, the number of cancer cases has risen five- fold since 1990, and congenital birth defects and leukemia have tripled, say government health officials. Overall cancer rates among all Iraqis have risen by 38 percent, the Iraqi government says.”

“Iraq has experienced a dramatic increase in child cancers, leukemia and birth defects in recent years. Wisam, Iraqi medical authorities and growing numbers of American activists cast blame on the U.S. weapons containing depleted uranium that were used in the 1991 Gulf War and in the 1998 missile attacks on Baghdad and other major cities. They also assert that such munitions — which were also used by U.S. forces in Bosnia, Kosovo and Serbia in far smaller quantities — may be a cause of Gulf War diseases, elusive maladies that have affected 50,000 to 80,000 U.S. veterans of the 1991 conflict.”

“Military experts regard DU as an almost magically effective material. DU is 1.7 times denser than lead, and when a weapon made with a DU tip or core strikes the side of a tank or bunker, it slices straight through and erupts in a burning radioactive cloud. In addition, armor made of DU appears to make tanks far less vulnerable on the battlefield.

During the Gulf War, U.S. airplanes and tanks fired off munitions containing 320 tons of DU.”

8]       Where there is war there is said that the practice of corruption or graft carries “forward”. That in Iraqs three-Phases of un-Declared: wars, both was prevalent, because of Richard Cheny and george-Enron, double-Indemnity of cronyism was also respite of grief. The death to 1.2 millions of Iraq-Lands people, the displacement of 4.3 million to refugee and un-employed in the hone nation-State ubiquity arisen makes for not “reconstruction” as need, but so much more as psychological repatriations, and social-Amenities of stress-Disorder for them. Now, PTSD for returning veterans of national-Guard illegally doing duty! How does that faire when one knows wholeheartedly that the 140,000 mercenaries and private-Contractors get a heftier “fee” and medical beyond. Why not a comparison. But, then, the BAILoUT, and them tax-Monies and surfeit of giveaways while the sub-Prime could not prime a pump, let alone a monetary-System predicated upon “elitist-Tenditiousness”.

The $13 billion in cash flown to Baghdad in a 737 aero-Jet fully loaded w palletized shrink-Wrap hundred-dollar bills, whatever happened to the lack of accounts for accountability sake being reported, as these trials ensume the consciousness in yet another paradigm so exonerable that “cIAS torture-Rendition” and excesses of expense-Accounts for “officers” why not some assemblance toward “less-Anarchy”? The 2003 (fall) for payoffs to bring Sunni’s into arms disagreements w Shiite, well that was a durned crutch. Yet that crutch did not have healthcare backup, but for sure the losses had “insurance” backups!         “R”

“…officials say that several criminal cases over the past few years point to widespread corruption in the operation the men helped to run. As part of the inquiry, the authorities are taking a fresh look at information given to them by Dale C. Stoffel, an American arms dealer and contractor who was killed in Iraq in late 2004…Before he was shot on a road north of Baghdad…according to government documents obtained by The New York Times and interviews with officials and Mr. Stoffel’s lawyer, John H. Quinn Jr. There is no evidence that his death was related to his allegations of corruption.

Prosecutors have won 35 convictions on cases related to reconstruction in Iraq, yet most of them involved private contractors or midlevel officials. The current inquiry is aiming at higher-level officials, according to investigators involved in the case, and is also trying to determine if there are connections between those officials and figures in the other cases. Although Colonel Bell and Colonel Hirtle were military officers, they worked in a civilian contracting office.

“These long-running investigations continue to mature and expand, embracing a wider array of potential suspects,” a federal investigator said.

The reconstruction effort, intended to improve services and convince Iraqis of American good will, largely managed to do neither. The wider investigation raises the question of whether American corruption was a primary factor in damaging an effort whose failures have been ascribed to poor planning and unforeseen violence.”

9]       That the “federal-Reserve act of 1913” has never passed should be of primary appeal to making another correct analysis of credit-Banking, mortgage-Banking, as the monetary-System really should have been challenged in FDR’s time—unjustly to the populous as Billy Clinton did not challenge gHW Bush’s massacre of the “march of Death: retreating army w 33,30 civilians en tow” Obama has given Geithner too much slack, because the total-Whole has been awaited by professionals, moreso than business, or inespecially because corporatism was not “business”?” The housing purchases may always be a struggle, but at least the military is not confiding that this should be their need. How sickening to have had 26-Years of wars, and no inflationary pattern because interest-Rates were always helping corporations cushion there manufacturing while that industrial morass left the nation and took “human-Enterprise” w those dollars, not leaving, of course, a savings but a “credit-Line” is morosely an attachment bigger than the crisis. That the crisis is the monetary-System not the BAILoUT, because that’s a disparagement ongoing to continue w what proceeded that keeps milking the economy’s “savings”?

“Nationalization — call it “receivership”… determine which banks are insolvent… the only way to save it is to nationalize it… As free-market economists teaching at a business school in the heart of the world’s financial capital, we feel downright blasphemous proposing an all-out government takeover of the banking system. But the U.S. financial system has reached such a dangerous tipping point that little choice remains. And while Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner’s recent plan to save it has many of the right elements, it’s basically too late.         “R”

The subprime mortgage mess alone does not force our hand; the $1.2 trillion it involves is just the beginning of the problem. Another $7 trillion — including commercial real estate loans, consumer credit-card debt and high-yield bonds and leveraged loans — is at risk of losing much of its value. Then there are trillions more in high-grade corporate bonds and loans and jumbo prime mortgages, whose worth will also drop precipitously as the recession deepens and more firms and households default on their loans and mortgages.”

“…if you think that $2 trillion is high, consider our latest estimates at the financial Web site RGE Monitor: They suggest that total losses on loans made by U.S. banks and the fall in the market value of the assets they are holding will reach about $3.6 trillion. The U.S. banking sector is exposed to half that figure, or $1.8 trillion. Even with the original federal bailout funds from last fall, the capital backing the banks’ assets was only $1.4 trillion, leaving the U.S. banking system about $400 billion in the hole.

Two important parts of Geithner’s plan are “stress testing” banks by poring over their books to separate viable institutions from bankrupt ones and establishing an investment fund with private and public money to purchase bad assets. These are necessary steps toward a healthy financial sector.

But unfortunately, the plan won’t solve our financial woes, because it assumes that the system is solvent. If implemented fairly for current taxpayers (i.e., no more freebies in the form of under-priced equity, preferred shares, loan guarantees or insurance on assets), it will just confirm how bad things really are.

Nationalization is the only option that would permit us to solve the problem of toxic assets in an orderly fashion and finally allow lending to resume. Of course, the economy would still stink, but the death spiral we are in would end.”

10]     Hey, have kids; wirk yo’ ass off; make amends for money’s in hands gone, but, to have teens sent to county-Pens to maintain that the “private Prisons” keep building the prison-Industrial: system, no way would an adolescent-Parent want to do that? Weld, not, grind-First, then prep again, like what-Ski! The judges conspire w management of hire corporate-Disunity credos and make magic! More like a day-Dream w NSDU-238 oozing from nostrils, as one awakens in a stupor of “what the heck, at least I don’t know where the Judge’s at, too”? That tender age of youth dispossessed is becoming of the g-Enron war’s long, we do not doubt, but reading g-Enron’s lips, that’s sick. Just to watch his lips hurt as transitions were never meant to transmit into change, unless “autocractic-Ascendency” rules, first and elitists, foremost appeared as a prosaic to no second thoughts, no debates, one-Strike you win!! There was the judge’s training that just naturally slipped from the grasp of, “laws”. They may have oNLY been influenced by gravity instead of corporate-Greed.

AND, of course, at least they did not cop-Out from the monetary-System, too!   “R”

“The answers became a bit clearer on Thursday as the judge, Mark A. Ciavarella Jr., and a colleague, Michael T. Conahan, appeared in federal court in Scranton, Pa., to plead guilty to wire fraud and income tax fraud for taking more than $2.6 million in kickbacks to send teenagers to two privately run youth detention centers run by PA Child Care and a sister company, Western PA Child Care.

While prosecutors say that Judge Conahan, 56, secured contracts for the two centers to house juvenile offenders, Judge Ciavarella, 58, was the one who carried out the sentencing to keep the centers filled.

“In my entire career, I’ve never heard of anything remotely approaching this,” said Senior Judge Arthur E. Grim, who was appointed by the State Supreme Court this week to determine what should be done with the estimated 5,000 juveniles who have been sentenced by Judge Ciavarella since the scheme started in 2003. Many of them were first-time offenders and some remain in detention.

The case has shocked Luzerne County, an area in northeastern Pennsylvania that has been battered by a loss of industrial jobs and the closing of most of its anthracite coal mines.”

11]       Wars are so much fun, that many want to go overseas and join in the illegal national-Guard “protection-Society”. One factor is that killing people “over-There” keeps the bases, all 737 overseas, where they can pollute and not have to have soldiers rely upon being human, like in open-their-Hearts to the EPA—at home in the pat-Act, territory—or was that once-Waz: republic! The neo-Cons do not have to abdicate the elitists rulers, but many are lousy at justifying “positive-Adventure” in law-Making amenities of providing a FuTuRE. Now that the manufacturing “base of production” has been sent abroad, we cannot be glad that they made and economy-Shrink into another rightwing backlash endeavor. Paulson was wrong but Nancy was not knowing how wrong he was-going-to-Be. Gimme dysfunction and I’d be a proletariat-Congressman. Ms. Pelsoi does not listen to the law of abiding by “the rule of law” and she’ hardly gotten into the dance of movin’ on. But this craftie-Crap of dEMs allowing wars to go along as the economy-Ruins is castigated to the radinuclides “wastebins: unseen” is justice w.o,. parody? Go some parody to parity as those needs of what has transpired because the speaker went “lameo’d” the whole remedial discourse by not discoursing. Thus, well said, allow Mr. Ralph Nader to entertain a few major glitches, if oNLY to fill in the remedial-Spite places of antiquity!           “R”

“Constitution….But Congress does not act as if it is the most powerful branch. It routinely abdicates its constitutional responsibilities-the declaration of war authority and the plenary authority to investigate and require access to information in the executive branch.

Even after the Democrats took control of the Congress in January 2007, George W. Bush again and again got his way including a rubber stamp for the huge Iraq and Afghanistan war budgets outside of the normal appropriations processes.

Efforts by Senator Russ Feingold and Cong. John Conyers to move a modest censure resolution of Bush and Cheney for their many constitutional and statutory violations were aggressively rejected by their leaders-Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Harry Reid. In January 2007, Pelosi and Reid too took impeachment off the table allowing the most chronically impeachable presidency in our history to continue undisturbed.

…their majority status in 2007 to 2009 and a Democratic President in the White House, the Congressional Democrats are not moving swiftly to repeal the ban on Uncle Sam negotiating drug prices from volume discounts under the drug benefit law. They are not moving to amend the Patriot Act, regain control of warrantless surveillance, strengthen the corporate criminal laws and enforcement budgets. Congress is not even pushing to require taxing Hedge Fund manager’s income as ordinary income not as capital gains.

I cite these policies because they are policies much favored by many Democratic lawmakers. But in practice lawmakers duck and duck and duck from translating their beliefs into contentious action vis-à-vis the lobbyists and their captive legislators.

Senator Chris Dodd and the vast majority of the American people want to do something about credit card company abuses and gouges. But he is surrounded not just by the Republicans on the Senate Banking Committees but high-ranking Democrats beholden to the financial goliaths who, are demanding and receiving hundreds of billions of dollars in taxpayer bailouts.

There is word from the politicians that consideration of health care insurance-apart from a quickly enacted expansion of some coverage for more poor children-will be put off for a year. The trade unions’ top priority to enact labor law reforms, supported by Obama during his presidential campaign, are being held back by the Democrats.

There is even doubt whether the District of Columbia will get a voting Representative in the House when push comes to shove in the Senate.”

“The nuclear power industry is back to where it always goes when it wants to build new reactors—the taxpayer trough…Time after time over the past half-century, the atomic energy industry has gone to the government to demand massive amounts of money. The most recent public gouging came during the Great Deregulation Scam of 1999-2001. As Enron and its cronies contrived phony energy shortages and nearly bankrupted California, the atomic pushers went before America’s state legislatures and asked for a massive bailout. They complained that with the coming age of deregulation (about two dozen states deregulated their electricity businesses) nuclear power plants were too expensive, inefficient and obsolete to compete in the coming green age.

So they demanded—and got—more than $100 billion in “stranded cost” payouts. These were the ultimate admission that atomic power simply could not make it in the marketplace. As deregulation failed throughout the US, what Forbes Magazine labeled “the largest managerial disaster in business history” stayed alive as America’s ultimate welfare cheat.

Now the industry is back for more. After complaining about its old reactors’ lousy economic performance, it now argues that the new ones will be magically transformed, and that billions more should be spent building them.”
